- Crystal (2/5): - There was a lot of weird stains on walls and chips of paint also a weird smell inside shower area, the toliet area you can barely stand inside, the area around the hotel has almost nothing around it and its about a 34 minute train ride to get near any popular destinations. The beds are INCREDIBLY uncomfortable and squeaky it felt like one wrong move and it would break.

- Zoe (10/5): - It's about a 10 minute walk from the subway. Very quiet and safe, with a surprising amount of room. The staff was very responsive over Expedia and all of it was online.

- Raymond (4/5): Will try other hotels instead - Family of Four stayed for 7 nights in August 2025. These are our thoughts: Pros: 18-minute walk to Shin-Osaka / Shinkansen station 12-minute walk to Minamikata Station Lawson / Family Mart stores located within 3 min walk Large garbage/recycle bins! Unit includes washing machine with detergent Body wash, shampoo, facial tissue, toilet paper included Larger shower stall then hotels Cons: Late 5pm check in time! Bed frames squeaky which makes it difficult to rest for 4. Denim sheets and pillow case with dark navy blue towels (- we are used to white sheets and towels) Un-manned property (no front desk or cleaning staff) Had to ship luggage from Tokyo to Sagawa Express pickup location instead. Then ship them back to Tokyo again using Sagawa. (About 15 min walk). No Dryer, but you can walk to the local coin laundromat (12 mins for 100 Yen - we washed the included towels and floor mats multiple times) Unit's aging A/C unit was barely working and unit was very warm during August stay. No microwave but a full size kitchen sink and mini fridge. Very small separate toilet closet that you cannot close the door while using it!
- Kazue (8/5): - こざっぱりしてて良かった。チェックイン手続きのリンク先URLが開かなかったりしたがメールできた手続き通り入館すれば大丈夫です。バスタオルが泊数あると良い。フェイスタオルはないがペーパータオルがあった。（気づかず購入してしまった）またお水などもないのでペットボトルなどは買って行ったほうがいい。ハンガーが三本だけだったのでもっとあると良い。総合的には満足。
- Verified traveler (6/5): コスパいいです - ホテルにいる時間が少ない旅行でしたので、家族四人でとまるのに値段も手ごろで予約しました。値段が安いので単なる部屋だろうと予想をしていましたが、その通りでした。寝るには問題ありません。チェックインが無人なのは書いてある通り、問題は二泊で用意されていたのは臭いのついたバスタオルが4枚あるのみというところです。ちなみにボディーソープしか置いてないので、アメニティーはそれを見越して準備が必要です。 何が困るって、朝一番で”タオルの交換をお願いするにはどうすればいいのか”を聞いたら9時間以上たって、”交換はありません”という返事ですね。値段が安いのでタオルの交換がないところまでは文句は言わないのですが、9時間返事無しは対応悪すぎです。 クレームみたいな書き方をしていますが、お盆の繁忙期に破格に安かったので、コスパで考えれば不満はありません。タオルの問題も、近くのコンビニで買えばいいだけなので、方針を決められなかった9時間に問題があるだけです。

They will non-chalantly renege on it and take no responsibility. They do not consider themselves to be accountable and are a blot on Japan. They spoiled the last 2 days of our trip.

- JUN (10/5): - 道路に面した環境でしたが、とても静かでかいてきでした。エレベーターがないとの最初の情報でしたが、現地に行くと完備されていて、5階まで楽に移動できました。 また、訪れる際には利用したいです
- Anarkh (8/5): - The property is spacious compared to my stay in Tokyo and Kyoto which was the only plus side to it. The absence of staff and other facilities such as spa or restaurant maybe less appealing to some people. The station(Shin-Osaka) is close by like 17min by foot so that’s a plus. Restaurants and other dining are only present near the above said station but you have a convenience store to rely on for anything late night wants and needs. Overall it’s was very cheap for a 3 night stay so the price is very reasonable for the facilities present.
- Dawn (10/5): Tiny room but clean, quick response to messages - Address provided leads you to the wrong building a couple blocks away. Told by a resident who lives there it happens all the time. He graciously led us to the correct building. Very small room with 4 single beds with no room to walk around them. No separate living room. Has a kitchen with a mini fridge and a sink. No microwave. Has a toaster oven but sign says can’t be used. No tv. Toilet room too small to turn around in. By the airport so can hear the planes. Very quick response to messages. Clean. We only went there to sleep so worked for us. Has regular beds rather then the Japanese rooms where you sleep on the floor, even if they are close to the ground. As long as you know you are getting a small room it is good.

- Takuro (2/5): - Toilet was leaking before I got there and they sent a service guy to my room. They told me they can’t fix it until we check out of the room which was 3 days later. There is no public washroom as it was an apartment style hotel with no front desk so I had to walk to the closest McDonald’s every time I had to use the bathroom. I contacted them via email and they will not give me any compensation for this. Will never use this place again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 次に使うことは多分無い - 深夜に騒がしい部屋が近くにあり眠れない時間が続いた。サポートセンターに連絡したが、翻訳しながらの対応で全く話が噛み合わず、管理者にも連絡が取れないとのことで結局のところ騒ぎが落ち着くのを待つしかなかった。 やはり使うべきでなかったと後悔している

- ri (2/5): - お部屋は綺麗でした！ 最寄りの駅からは10分くらいで着くのでアクセスも悪くはありませんが、スタッフの方の対応が良くはありませんでした。 8泊したのですが、使い切ってしまったティッシュやタオルなどは自分で購入する必要があり、追加で補充してくれることはないです。 また清掃も一度も入らないのでゴミの回収もないです！ お部屋は綺麗ですし、値段も安いので、少い宿泊数でしたらお勧めします！

Once your at the door email is the best route. They will make sure your you and your in. It's very clean and you get your own bathroom with shower and bath tub which was great. We loved it. - Abagail (10/5): - Very convenient area. Not too far from the station. Accommodations was very nice and clean. There is a fridge, but no way to warm up food. That was a minor inconvenience. We also only had plates, cups, and platic knives, but no other utensil. Beds were a little creaky, but still comfortable.

- さえこ (10/5): - 新大阪駅から徒歩で移動できて、コンビニも近くて良かったです。 お部屋もお掃除がきちんとされていて、過ごしやすかったです。お掃除ロボットが準備されていてそれは良かったのですが、夜遅く帰ってきて朝早く出ることがほとんどだったので、使うタイミングがつかめませんでした。もし可能ならワイパーのようなものも準備されているとさっと髪の毛とか掃除できてよかったかなと思います。 洗濯機があって、靴下や下着などちょっとしたものを洗えたので良かったです。 また大阪に旅行する機会があったらぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました☆

- Kevin (8/5): - Everything was great, the only thing i would change is the beds, my family and I were 4 guests and although everyone had a bed to sleep in, they were pretty uncomfortable and the wooden frames made a lot of noise when moving, I would prefer sleeping on the floor with futons. In my opinion the room is still worth renting.

- Sami (4/5): Clean, not very spacious, cheap(ish) - Check-in process could be much better. Instructions were in mostly Japanese with no translation. Check-in was at 5pm and the instructions were received exactly at 5pm, leaving us wondering in the meanwhile if we should book something else as communication with the place was poor.
- Jun (10/5): A nice homestay, if you know its limits - This is a shared homestay. No frontdesk etc., as it is not a hotel. You get check in instructions, get into it by yourself, sleep there for a few days, then leave. The place is clean and quiet. You should NOT consider this if: 1. You are expecting some frontend staff to greet you or to answer your questions. 2. You cannot ready Japanese AND cannot use any tool to translate Japanese messages (as the check in instruction is in Japanese only) at all. 3. You are expecting some room service. 4. You must have some items provided like bottled water, slippers, toothbrush, etc. 5. You want to check in early, check out late, or must leave the luggage at the hotel (instead of railway station lockers) 6. You must live at a place very close to the subway system. There are 3 subway stations in that area, all over 10 mins of walking distance. And you SHOULD consider this facility if you can live with all those limitations above, and want 1. Very affordable price 2. Relatively close to the Shin Osaka JR station (13 mins of walking, not super close, but doable) 3. A very simple kitchen, and a washing machine free to use, with free detergent. 4. Close to convenience stores and some restaurants, like Coco Curry and Yayoi restaurant.

- CHENG (8/5): - Nicely managed apartment. Spacious. I appreciate if there’s an oven or microwave. In the check-in procedure, it’d be nice to indicate where the entrance is to the building as it was’t obvious or was there a signage. The youtube links for check-in instructions that were sent an hour before were broken links. I couldn’t get any help at that point, making me nervous as it was also getting dark in the cold winter.
- Benjamin (10/5): Great apartments - This place is an apartment block of one-room apartments. So don't expect a hotel-type experience. But fo expect a very spacious room, and plenty of privacy. Also great is the washing machine. It's about a 10 minute walk from the east exit of shin-osaka station. Would vey happily stay here again when we're next in Osaka.

- Amanda (10/5): - I stayed here with my husband for two weeks and it was my favorite place I’ve stayed at on a budget. Very spacious, and they had a separate bath area and toilet. The main room had a door separating it from the entrance and restrooms as well. Wifi was great here too. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to multiple different stations, tons of food options around there, and pretty quiet for the most part (other than people walking home after drinking). Overall I’d give this place a 9/10. Only point off would be that there isn’t a microwave or anything to warm up food.
- Michael (6/5): Wohnung mit viel Potential. Gute Preis-Leistung. - An und für sich ein sehr gutes Appartment. Der Check-in war etwas umständlich und die Zugangscodes wurden erst um 16:30 übermittelt. Man sollte also Internetzugang haben. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt. Jedoch gibt es Abzüge für die quasi nicht vorhandene Küche (Hätte ich erwartet bei Buchung eines Apartments - Kühlschrank u Wasserkocher gab es), fehlende Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu trocknen (Waschmaschine und Waschmittel waren vorhanden - 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es eine Coin Laundry, da waren wir zum Wäsche trocknen), des Weiteren gab es keine Möglichkeit Jacken aufzuhängen. Die Betten knarzten schon extrem. Haben letztendlich die Matratzen auf den Boden gelegt zum Schlafen. Die Wohnung an sich ist recht hellhörig. Flugzeuge vom Itami Flughafen fliegen direkt übers Haus hinweg und die Hauptstraße war direkt vorm Schlaf-/Wohnraumfenster. Würde man noch ein bisschen investieren wäre es eine tolle Wohnung. Aber dann würde man sie wahrscheinlich auch nicht so günstig mieten können.

- chiaki (10/5): - ワンルームの一部屋を借りるイメージですが、コンロがない為自炊は出来ません。電気ポットでお湯を沸かす事はできるのでカップ麺くらいは作れます。 洗濯機が自由に使えるのが良かったです。ベランダは有りますが外干しは出来ず、部屋干しでしたがエアコンで部屋が乾燥していたせいか一晩でほとんど乾きました。洗濯物が大量で乾かない場合は近くにコインランドリーがあるので、乾燥だけそちらでしてもいいかもしれません。 コンビニも近くに数件あるので便利です。 手厚いサービスはありませんが自由に過ごせる気楽さが良かったです。

- Etienne (10/5): - The property was very clean, and very convenient to access from Shin-Osaka station. There is an elevator for taking the luggage up, but also stairs for quick access. The host communicated well in both Japanese and English. My only constructive criticism is that the instruction PDF file is a bit overly large, and could be slow to access in some situations. Thank you Enzo Shin for everything.
- Paul (6/5): Problem for none Japanese speakers - It was a nightmare if you don't understand Japanese. An email was sent in Japanese about instructions that you need to do before your stay which was a bit of a problem. I had to use translation software to be able to keep my booking.

- YOUNGBIN (8/5): 짧은 자취생활(조리x)에 적합 - 바닥 청소가 잘 안되있어서 로봇청소기를 써보려했지만 작동이 안되는 장식품이었어요. 먼지가 많아서 청소부터 했네요. 방이 넓고 베란다도 이용 가능해서 일본에서 사는 듯한 느낌으로 여러명이서 쓴다면 좋을듯. 대신 서비스나 주방이 있다는 기대는 하지 말것. 머무는동안 피드백이 필요하다면 차라리 호텔이 나음.
