• Meggy (4/5): Frustrant et décevant. - L’accueil, le personnel, la cadre de cet hôtel et son emplacement. Le spa. FROID. Le hammam; NON PRÉCHAUFFÉ (on a jamais vu ca !!!). Par conséquent, de vos 50 minutes de spa (que vous avez payé) vous déduisez, 5 minutes que la réceptionniste vous enlève pour l’habillage, le temps de préchauffage du hammam, que vous voulez mettre à profit dans le Jacuzzi mais malheureusement celui ci est froid… du coup vous avez payé cher un hôtel pour le spa mais vous n’en profitez même pas! Extrêmement décevant et frustrant alors que tout le reste est qualitatif!!! Vraiment grosse erreur de la part de l’hôtel de ne pas vouloir chauffer l’espace spa!! Pour le coup, j’ai mille fois préféré le bassin de flottaison du Petit Beaumarché, mais le reste de l’hôtel n’est pas aussi quali que le Petit Oberkampf, vraiment dommage!!

• Ben (10/5): Very relaxing and welcoming hotel to make a city break feel like you can still rest and rejeuvenate. - The location was amazing, near enough to walk everywhere you need to get to but not too close that you are bothered by noise. The local area is filled with lovely independent businesses. We recommend Fauna for coffees and breakfast, the Petit Mitron boulangerie opposite makes excellent pastries for great value. Round the corner you have Kubri for a dinner and Delicattesen place to grab an evening wine and some great food. The spa was a lovely facility to have access to, the steam room and waterfall pool were good for post city exploring relaxation.

• Morgane (1/5): - L’emplacement Nous avons choisi cet hôtel principalement pour son spa, ce qui justifiait un tarif plus élevé que d’autres établissements similaires. Malheureusement, le spa était indisponible durant notre séjour (ce qui n’était pas précisé lors de la réservation). Aucune compensation ne nous a été proposée spontanément. Après réclamation, le petit-déjeuner nous a été accordé à moitié prix seulement. À 20 € par personne, il est très décevant (pancakes et gâteaux secs et industriels), peu de choix au vu du tarif.

• Manuel (9/5): Wenn man in Paris PETIT hervorhebt, dann ist es auch PETIT! - Top Lage im sehr lebendigen Paris Life-Style-Viertel Le Marais, wir waren geschäftlich vor Ort und fanden auch die Lage zwischen den zwei Metro-Stationen und der Nähe zum Drehkreuz Republik perfekt. Die Rezeption ist mehrsprachig und sehr geschult, die Zimmer sind PETIT und wenn Franzosen sich diese Adjektiv in den Namen schreiben, dann ist auch alles PETIT. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohlgefühlt und können das KLEINOD der Pariser Hotel-Szene voll empfehlen, es bleibt aber ein kleiner Nachgeschmack, denn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis muss wegen der wirklich fehlenden Größe (Platz) als zu hoch eingestuft werden. Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht, es ist frisch und die Räume sind GROß genug, um entspannt und gemütlich zu frühstücken, durch die Top-Lage ist alles fußläufig leicht zu erreichen, wer Paris kennt weiß wie weitläufig es ist, das Hotel liegt in Marais im Herzen und die Metro ist eben NICHT weit weg. Das gilt auch für die Metro mit der 5 ist man direkt am Gare du Nord und dann direkt zum Einsteigen in die REB entweder nach Orly oder Charles de Gaulle am Start, besser geht es eigentlich nicht! Der Preis, es ist für die angebotene Zimmergröße zu teuer, aber dennoch empfehlenswert, denn das Gesamtpaket wird bewertet und da müssen wir fair sein, denn das ganze Glück gibt es nicht!

• Saler (6/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es hatte alles einen cozy vibe. Nähe Metro - sehr hübsches Viertel. Die Zimmer waren unfassbar klein. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer und bei beiden roch es feucht und modrig aus den Badezimmern. Das SPA konnte man nur nach Buchung nutzen. Zu den Zeiten wo wir abends dann da waren, war es immer ausgebucht weshalb wir es einmal nur genutzt haben von 6 Übernachtungen. Wir waren als Familie zu viert es durften aber nur 3 Personen gleichzeitig ins SPA. Nicht so toll. Das Frühstück… so klein wie die Zimmer. Wer gern gesund frühstückt und sich ernährt findet nicht unbedingt all das was es dazu braucht. Kein Gemüse. Schade - denn der Frühstücksraum selbst ist unglaublich gemütlich und hübsch,

It is very comfortable and the amenities you offer are wonderful. Only thing I would suggest is maybe a choice of pillows. All the amenities and offerings were perfect just for our liking we would’ve wanted the spa to be a bit warmer

• wang (8/5): It’s wonderful for a short weekend stay. - Cocktail bar is very nice. We loved it and revisited several times. Nice area. Location is very convenient to access to Le Marais. So many restaurants and cafe to choose just around the corner of the street. Room is small. It’s a bit hard for turning beside the wardrobe area, especially when there is a suitcase.

La stanza singola è molto piccola. Spazio solo per il letto alla cui testa c'è il bagno con una vetrata. Per quel prezzo si trovano stanze di uguale comfort ma più spaziose.

Not great if you want to go to bed before that. Also the main stairs to the next level of the hotel are outside the 1 ground bedroom, again not great. We were un lucky .

• Sue (8/5): Great location, comfy beds and pillows, good value for Paris - Location, bar in hotel, beds and pillows were very comfortable, safe in room, en suite bathroom had a nice shower (small) and separate sink and toilet, a replenished water bottle daily and tea pot on desk in room with packets of coffee tea creamer and sugar, and luggage rack inside closet. Zina was especially helpful multiple times with great recommendations for food and the Christmas markets. The head bartender was also very friendly and gave recommendations as well. The masseuse did excellent work on the Thai bodywork massage. Street noise easily heard from theirs floor room that faced the street. A water leak ifrom the room above hit the shelf above my toilet making some of my items wet. This was fixed but I have never heard back from the manager regarding this. Breakfast was good but there was few choices. The breakfast attendant was not very friendly either if you did not speak French. The “spa” was more like a cold plunge with barely lukewarm water, which is apparently common in Europe. If from US please adjust your expectations when you want to book time in the spa. Some staff did not seem to know how to do certain processes such as how to split a bill into separate rooms (which was requested at check in but never done. This is fairly common in the US) and kept our taxi waiting more than 15 minutes when we were trying to depart for the airport while one staff member attempted to do it.
• Shai (1/5): Avoid this place. We were cheated by the hotel, and unfortunately, also by booking - the hotel is actively defrauding people on Booking by overstating the room size. They indicate the room size of the next level rooms - only to be surprised that the measurements were "mislabled for the class you ordered". The bigger class is not available, and we were stuck in a tiny room after paying for a much bigger room. To add insult to injusry, the front desk basically told us to "f-off" since we were so upset, and the manager (who was allegedly already out of his shift) just walked away since I was not reasonable in my lack of understanding that I paid for a bigger room that was not available based on a mistake by "booking" not them. Booking did not refund any part of the cost neither.

They were not accommodating of any requests, something I personally expected after reading the other reviews. Overall, it fell short of what I had expected and experienced in other hotels nearby.
• Ute (9/5): Perfektes Hotel für einen Paris-Trip - Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage von Paris. Zimmer mit viel Stil und vor allem ruhig. Wir haben einen Upgrade bekommen, daher war das Zimmer nicht zu klein. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend. Bei vier Sternen wäre ein Obstsalat und etwas Gemüse noch nett. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

• Antje (8/5): Nettes kleines Hotel in der Nähe des Canal St.Martin - Obwohl unser Zimmer sehr klein war, war alles gut durchdacht aufgeteilt. Schöne , geschmackvolle Ausstattung, sehr bequeme Betten. Der kleine privat nutzbare Spa besteht aus einem Dampfbad, dessen Temperatur individuell regulierbar ist, und einem etwas größeren Whirlpool. Nett aber nicht umwerfend. Lage sehr gut und bei geschlossenem Fenster einigermaßen ruhig. Wir hatten das Zimmer 204, vor dessen Fenster direkt die Beleuchtung der Hotelfassade angebracht ist - leider ließ sich der Verdunkelungsvorhang nicht komplett lichtdicht schließen, was beim Einschlafen gestört hat. • Rebecca (9/5): Great! - The hotel has great décor, it's clean, trendy, and overall very comfortable and nice. The bar is good. I didn't try the breakfast or the spa, but they seem great. The staff is very helpful to guests, although they do not seem to get along with one another and they were slightly less professional than staff I've experienced at other hotels in the neighborhood.
