Special thanks to Tajul from the resturant who was always there to support you along all the teams. From reception desk also they were very supportive, I cant remember the name of the lady that starts with L as far as I remember but she did great job too.

- Wael (10/5): Family trip to AlAin - The hotel is well positioned in the city, great staff and service and has good breakfast and dinner options. The pool was great for the kids although it got busy over the weekend. Apart from the pool there wasnt much else for the kids to do.

- Ahmed (10/5): - The stay was amazing, a long with great service, staring from the entrance/ valet Luis helped us, then Jessie did great job at the reception along with great service support from the IT and the reception to solve a small issue I had at my room, then great breakfast with a lot of varieties and Yousef there was very polite and supportive, near the pool the people were very supportive specially the life guard Anaas and the team. The room that I booked is huge and I recommend you to book on first floor -new wing- it perfectly fitted my family including 2 of my kids and has huge balcony facing the pool, In general I would do it again for sure and this my 3rd time at this hotel, I could notice the level of changes and the great service level, thanks again 👍

- Verified traveler (4/5): Unpleasant - I booked on Hotels.com a king size bed pool view on the new wing, Where do I start .. I was given a twin room instead with a view of a pool under renovation, the balcony has no visual barrier to the rooms both to my right and left, if you look left or right you see your neighbors hence zero privacy. The bed mattress was quite stiff but the pillows were great, location is very good with plenty of parking. Don’t expect a “Rotana” experience.
- Eldar (2/5): Nice building, terrible service - I was really disappointed in the level of service we received during our stay in the hotel. The room was not properly prepared for 2 guest, even though that's what the booking said. Half of items in the room were missing for the 2nd person, like bathrobe, slippers, etc. When we brought this to the attention of the staff over the phone, we were promised the problem will be resolved shortly. After 10 minute silence, we called again and got another portion of promises. And then the same happened again. And again. Overall we made 4 calls in the span of an hour. We have wasted all this time waiting for someone to come, which is a lot considering this was a weekend trip for us. We have brought up this issue during the checkout, to which we got a response which I can only summarise as "Ah, so sorry that happened to you". It didn't happen to us. You did this. Talking to guests in passive voice does not make the situation better. It is baffling to me that this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel service. I would your hotels at all cost.

- James (10/5): - Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and can happily say it was a great experience. The breakfast had a-lot of choice with staff going out there way to get you anything you wished. The area had a lovely calm feel to it and was nice and quite too. In the evening we spent each night at trader vic restaurant/ bar, which was amazing! Food was great especially the seafood wok dish. Had a great tiki vibe with a large selection of cocktails and mock tails. The music Spanish vibes which worked really well. They had two girls who sang with great voices and added to the experience which was brilliant. Would highly recommend this place and if I’m ever back in Al Ain it would be the only place I would stay without a doubt.

The suit was in excellent condition however it was missing some items like slippers, coffee machine, iron and iron board, but the stay was great. Thank you Jessie for making our stay wonderful.

- Miguel (10/5): Perfect Hotel For Families - We had a great time at Al Ain Rotana. We got upgraded to a suite, which was a blessing considering we were travelling with kids. The staff was also super friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. I'm terms of facilities, the hotel seems to have been renovated recently, it features a really large pool and a playground so for those travelling with kids it's a great choice.

I had requested many things that did not happen A bed not put in the room It was also my birthday Thecheck in men seemed very confused too I also want to bringto your attention achild poo'd bext to the pool and this was just sprayed down with water. I think some kind of disinfectant shouldbe used. Especially with the outbreak of the coronavirus. The child was then cleaned by the mom and gor bacj into the pool. The facilities however were super!!!

No indication of additional cost and this was the main reason why we chose to stay there. Room was dirty and with terrible smell. Elevator was scary as not properly functioning at times.

The 2nd shift room service order taker seemed to really dislike his job. He wasn't pleasant on the phone and "forgot" to put in my order. After a 45 minute wait, I called and they did not have a record of my order saying the last guy didn't submit the order. Also, the prices on the room service menu are not accurate. They are considerably more. Ask when you call.

The swim up bar was inaccessible for a number of hours as the children were using it as a play area rather than the actual family pool and kids pool. We were disappointed that there are two pools advertised and were both mentioned at check in, however, it depends what room you stay in as to whether or not you have access to the other, quieter pool.

Check in was fast and efficient, even though we arrived amidst several other travelers. The valet took our car and we were offered seats at the café in the lobby while the receptionist gathered all our documents for check-in. While waiting we were offered, fresh local Al Ain dates and Arabic coffee, a very nice touch. Afterwards the actual check-in was fast, and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. The overall arrival and check-in was top notch. We booked one of the two bedroom villas with direct access to the pool, so my review will be based on that room, not the regular hotel rooms. Overall it was a very nice, spacious room. My wife and I had a comfortable King-sized bed with separate patio overlooking the pool and ensuite bathroom. My son had a spacious room with two twin beds and separate bathroom as well. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. The living area of the villa was also quite large, with a separate kitchen and family room with a patio overlooking the pool area. An added bonus; there is covered parking right outside the villa door with a separate drive up, gated entrance. I think the room is quite dated though, and is in need of a remodel and/or renovation...the furniture was old and very standard, nothing spectacular or memorable. Staff are highly well trained and motivated, from arriving at Reception, through to room check in, I felt that I had arrived somewhere, which was truly special. A special thanks to the young Greek Receptionist who excelled in her duties and was a true ambassador of the Rotana values Staff are attentive to every need and should be commended for their attention to detail and exceptional high standards. The room was outstanding, incredibly clean and well maintained. Food quality is high, with dishes catering for all nationalities. The onsite bar is a lively place to meet, drink, eat and socialise. Bar staff make you feel as if you have visited your local bar. I can not find a single fault in this hotel, I will certainly use it again either for business or pleasure. Highly recommended
