- acyr (6/5): Apto bem localizado no centro. - O apto era grande e confortável, e bem localizado no centro de B.A. Cozinha parcialmente equipada mas faltou um escorredor de louças... A cama era confortável e quarto devidamente mobiliado para guardar os pertences e com cofre.No banheiro falta uma reforma no cano de esgoto da pia que estava com vazamento, e o vaso também estava solto. A tampa estava quebrada, mas no primeiro contato o anfitrião fez a troca por uma tampa nova.As trocas de toalhas foram prontamente atendidas quando solicitadas. O atendimento da recepção foi excelente com portaria 24 horas. Muitos mercados, frutarias e restaurantes próximos. Excelente localização.
- iveleslie (4/5): - Las fotos de dentro son muy diferentes al apartamento, la reserva me decía un número de habitaciones y en el check in me enviaron otro número de habitación, cuando llegue a la habitación había una cucaracha en la puerta, el piso tiene alfombra, y la ropa de cama no se veía limpia. El área es muy céntrica y abajo hay un restaurante que sirven desayuno.

Quarto ficava muito claro, inclusive a noite por conta da luz da rua. Acomodação não possui calefação. Nos dias frios ficava muito desconfortável, porém a equipe deixou disponíveis mantas extras o que ajudou bastante.

Mas o ponto principal foi a instabilidade da internet por todo o período da hospedagem, ficamos sem internet por vários momentos e quando havia a conexão caia sempre o que nos prejudicou para encontrarmos os locais, chamar uber e afins, para usarmos bem a internet tínhamos que usar da recepção.

- Michaela (8/5): Good location, but not quite as depicted - Overall, we had a good stay in the apartment, despite the issues I mention below. The apartment's location is good too and there is a receptionist, which made us feel a bit safer in the building. A big plus was the fairly prompt communication by the managers of the apartment. They responded quickly and tried to help as much as they could (though half the time they responded in Spanish, so I was grateful for Google translate). The areas that need work are: putting more accurate pictures related to the apartment we were staying in, as it doesn't look at all like what was in the Hotels.com pictures I was shown. Next, the bathroom door was broken, so we couldn't close it. The team did send someone over to deal with this and other issues, but it took multiple attempts over a few days for some progress to be made and ultimately the door still couldn't close properly before we left. Also, there were small cockroach-like insects in the kitchen (they gave us a spray to use on them when we complained about that, but with no possibility to open windows, we didn't want to spray it too much). Finally, the internet was very slow in the apartment. It's not a major issue, but future customers would probably appreciate it if that could be improved.

- Julio (6/5): - El lugar es muy bien, es comodo, lo que si a mi no me sirvio mucho, debido a que el ancho de banda del servicio de internet no da a basto, ya que es compartido con otros departamentos. En mi caso que tenia uqe hacer video llamadas no me sirvio y me tuve que ir a un coworking. En la mañana despues de las 10 a.m. funcionaba bien cuando se iba la gente. Despues dejando de lado eso, lo peor es la cantidad de acaros y cucarachas, no podes cocinar o dejar algo de comida en la mesa o la mesada que se llena. Un asco, deberian fumigar, encima me cobraron 101 dolares dos noches. Fui por comodidad y tranquilidad, y tuve que salir igual para comer, estudiar y trabajar. Detalle extra, los tomacorrientes estan defectuosos. PRO: la cama muy comoda, y la limpieza de como recibi el dpto espectacular, en el baño funciona todo. La ubicacion es excelente si tenes que hacer cosas en el microcentro
- Doralice (6/5): BOA - Excelente localização, sendo q o quarto é no primeiro andar, a janela é lacrada, ñ tem vista, ñ correspondeu a foto do que vimos no site. Ñ tem como ver a luz do dia! Apelidamos o quarto de " caverna ". A cozinha é funcional e a recepção é ativa. O ar do quarto fica muito viciado por ñ ter ventilação. Ficamos 7 diarias sem limpeza. A cama é confortável. O cofre ñ funciona.
- Ana Lucia (8/5): Excelente custo benefício. - Pelo custo benefício vale muito a pena, mas , faltam detalhes de cuidados com o WC que é essencial. Tinha vazamento, faltou papel higiênico. Na recepção te dizem que você está pelo Airbnb e que precisa solicitar com o local de compra. No mais, os recepcionistas são educados, o quarto é amplo e com boa roupa de cama e cozinha equipada. O local é de fácil acesso para tudo. Voltaria!
- Carlos Eduardo (6/5): - O Banheiro tinha baratas, era escuro e mau conservado. É localizado em uma região segura, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos. O quarto é grande, a cama é ótima e espaçosa. A Cozinha bem funcional. No geral, mto bom!!!

- Daniel (2/5): - Their pictures are deceptive is completely internal. It has AC but not no ventilation in the apartment room. Serious cockroaches infestetation one time in the bed, fecal odor covered with a nauseating amount of scent, dilapidated, floors, bathroom and kitchen, utensils and floor dirty, only window inoperable and showing an internal patio filled with trash, the safe inoperable, they refused to furnish the lock for it, 17 nights without any offer of sheets or towels change, closet with 4 drawers 2 of them needing extreme effort to open or close. I could not believe the place was this wasted and requested cancellation or exchange as soon as I had access and saw the place, but they refused. I couldn't believe Expedia selling a place this bad, never happened to me before. If you want pictures, I have many, including the dead insects I killed,
- Julieta (8/5): Enchufes?? - Todo impecable, lo único que le faltaba era más enchufes, solo hay uno en la cocina y dos en el baño. Se complica para cargar celular, para planchar, etc

- Ale (10/5): - Excelente ubicación. Excelente servicio. Con la ola de calor el aire funcionó excelente. Súper amplio. Lo único que le faltó son enchufes. Solo hay un enchufe en la cocina y se hace un poco tedioso. Más que eso, perfecto para nosotros

- Melina (10/5): Recomendable - La verdad que una hermosa experiencia, el departamento es tal cual de la foto. Todo muy limpio y confortable. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesites para hacer algo rápido de comer.. los recepcionistas todos muy amables y correctos.

- Gustavo (8/5): Buen lugar, pero sin contacto para necesidades - Muy buena habitación y lugar. Lo negativo era que al no ser una habitación del hotel (nos dijeron en recepción que era privada la habitación) no nos tomaban los reclamos o necesidades en la recepción y no teníamos ningun contacto a donde dirigirnos.
- Gu (4/5): - The building is old and wasn’t quite “brand new remodeled”. The electricity of all rooms was out when we woke up and one guest told me she was locked in the elevator for a while which is no doubt scary experience for the small and aged elevator. Above all the room smelled and there were varieties of insects including small cockroaches when we first entered the room that was really disappointing. So we lost any thoughts of using nicely equipped kitchen materials. The towels were new but the paper tags were still on so they obviously didn’t wash them before it’s first use. The 24 hrs concierge service was helpful for transportation reservation and late night check in/out but they were not professionals. The aged building is causing many inconvenience for this staying. I acknowledge they are trying but lamentably it’s not enough.
- Randall (10/5): - Great furnishing, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms. Included breakfast was very good as well. Would definitely stay here again.
