• Sreelakshmi (1/5): Bad experience - Only breakfast Staff attitude was bad. There was a fire alarm at 3 in the morning. There was no help from staff. Corridors were stinking. Lot of smokers and vague people siting at the entrance.

• JUNLIANG (10/5): - 来欧洲大半年住的3次酒店里，这家早餐最为丰盛，有很多的水果，以及一些照顾亚洲人胃口的白粥和汤。如果再次入住的话会再次预定早餐。前台的小姑娘非常热情而且主动为我升级了房间，很赞。在住宿过程以及退房后遇到一丢丢小问题，但是万豪团队响应迅速，很快就解决了问题。

• Guevara (4/5): Couldn’t sleep well. - Nice staff We had a fire alarm at 3am. No one in the hotel was giving instructions. The lack of preparation and support to the customer was a deep concern. A employee of the hotel should have been advising and helping people outside. The rooms are comfortable but everything is old.

• John (10/5): Amazing hotel great location, great value for money. - Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was really clean and spacious. The spa, wellness centre and pool were closed for maintenance which would have been nice to use. But only a small dislike
• Hazal (1/5): Unauthorized Overcharges on Our Card – No Refund Provided - Nothing Honestly really disappointed with this stay. Even though our reservation was already fully paid through Booking.com, they still charged an extra €180 from my card. On top of that, another €130 was charged by mistake the next day. They told me it would be cancelled, but it’s still showing as pending. So right now, about €310 has been taken/held from my card for no valid reason, and I’m still waiting for my money back. This is definitely not what you expect, especially from a hotel at this level. I hope they fix this as soon as possible.

Desayuno muy limitado en opciones de comida. Las camas deberian ser mejores para un hotel de su categoria, mejorar el buffet y definitivamente prestar atencion a los aires acondicionados

La habitación es muy grande, la cama comodisima, sabanas, iluminacion, almohadas. El hotel es grande, muy grande. En el piso donde estaba mi habitación habían 131 habitaciones así que había que caminar bastante para llegar a ella. No hay mucho que se pueda hacer contra eso. Y bueno, como es un hotel 5 estrellas, si te quieres comprar una bolsa de doritos, espera pagar casi 9 euros. Como es un hotel muy grande, espera grandes colas en el check in.

• MsHellfire (10/5): Good stay. - A largely good experience including exceptional service in the executive lounge and nice food and beverage options. Room was comfortable and quiet and location was convenient. Coming from the US, the pricing felt favorable. Would have been even better with a spa! Check out was a little slow just before 6:30am - there was only one staff member on duty and the guest checking out took a long time. When I reached the front I had a mystery bar charge on my folio which I queried. I asked them to show me the signature of who had charged the drinks (presumably) to my room and the hotel obliged but was unable to locate the documentation and accordingly removed the disputed charge, which I appreciated.

In der Schlange stehend und dadurch weniger Zeit in Berlin verbringend war sehr deprimierend. Auch sehr deprimierend war die Frage ob man Ambassador Member ist, um in der Schlange vorrangig behandelt zu werden!

• Oliver (1/5): Scheiße - Nachts ab 0:00 Uhr wurde über uns die Küche gereinigt. An Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Nach drei Beschwerden Umzug Nachts 2:00 Uhr in ein anderes Zimmer. So genervt kann man dann auch nicht mehr einschlafen. So hellhörig wie das Hotel ist, dürfe man diese Zimmer unter der Küche gar nicht vermieten. Beim check-out wurde das vom Personal nicht angesprochen. Da fühlt man sich nicht abgeholt.

I particularly enjoyed the bar, which was the highlight of my stay; the live music created a wonderful vibe, and the staff there were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive, making for a truly pleasant experience. While the hotel maintains its reputation for certain standards, my recent stay was marred by significant service failures and concerning financial discrepancies. 1. Room Hygiene Issue Although the shower appeared very clean, there was a persistent, unpleasant odor that released as soon as the water started running. For a hotel of this caliber, this was an unexpected and unwelcome experience. 2. Security Deposit and Refund Delays At check-in, a €50 security deposit was required. Despite checking out, the refund was not processed automatically. I had to send numerous messages to both the hotel and Booking.com to finally retrieve my funds. This level of follow-up should not be necessary for a standard deposit. 3. Unauthorized Charges The most concerning part of my stay involved unauthorized billing attempts. Despite having prepaid for the room and settling all restaurant/bar bills on the spot, an attempt was made to charge approximately €170 from my card. When confronted, the reception dismissed it as a "mistake." Management later claimed there was no record of this attempt in their system, even after I provided documentary evidence to the contrary. Upon checking other reviews on Booking.com, it appears this is a recurring pattern rather than an isolated error. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding billing and the poor communication from management. I strongly advise future guests to monitor their bank statements closely when staying here.

• Clodagh (10/5): Excellent. - We had a lovely stay in Berlin. The hotel was very comfortable and breakfast buffet was extensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed and had all the facilities we required. As the hotel is not close to any shops etc we appreciated having the facility to buy from the great selection of drinks and snacks in the lobby area. We did not want to have the full breakfast every morning so we bought coffee and pastries from the coffee shop which can be accessed from the hotel and staff there were lovely. The bar in the hotel had music every night and had a nice atmosphere which was great after a busy day sightseeing. Although this did not bother us as we like to walk there are no facilities in the immediate vicinity so you need to be able to wallk 10-15 minutes for shops/ restaurants outside the hotel. However it was very easy to get a taxi/Uber if required.

Comfort & Cleanliness: Our room was spotless and very comfortable—the perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. I even received an upgrade per my Bon Voy status. Superb Breakfast: The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start the day right. Prime Location: The hotel’s location is ideal. It is situated within easy reach of many major attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the best of Berlin. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning on our next trip to the city!
