• Katelyn (9/5): Clean, comfy, simple - The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful! The kitchen area was very stocked and was also very clean. The space was small and simple but very worth the stay. It was a bit of a far walk from the central station so I would recommend taking the metro. The only other thing was there were only 2 bathrooms and a decent amount of people but we never had to wait super long to use it next.

• ARUN (8/5): The stay was decent value for money. - I stayed in 7 bed dorm room for 3 nights. The beds were comfortable. Location is close to Milano central and to many restaurants. The kitchen was very small and didn't have any stove or oven. The ref. was too small for the number of rooms. No way to cook anything. The booking.com wesbite states property taxes as 2 euros/night but infact they were over 9 euro/night which I didn't appreciate.

The online self-check-in process is overly complicated, and the tutorial video fails to explain the steps clearly. At 1:30 in the early morning, I couldn't get in touch with any staff members. I stood on the street for more than half an hour before finally figuring out the procedures. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00. However, a male staff member entered my room at around 9:50 while I was changing clothes, leaving me exposed unexpectedly. There is a time limit for luggage storage. All luggage must be collected by 5 or 6 p.m., and late retrieval is not permitted.

Y tb esta a 15 min caminando de Milano Centrale. Genial Que las camas en habitaciones compartidas, no tuvieran un poco más de intimidad entre ellas. Quizá alguna cortina. Xq solo separan las camas un biombo hasta l a mitad de la cama.

El personal, más que amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Está algo lejos del centro, pero muy cerca de avenidas hermosas para hacer caminatas divinas hacia el duomo y demás! Todo perfecto, no tengo nada que no me haya gustado!

• Camilo Andrés (7/5): - Habitación cómoda, con muros separando cada cama y buen espacio. Baños limpios y espaciosos. Muy buena localización, a unos pasos de la estación Loreto y a 15 minutos a pie de Milano Centrale. Llegar al lugar es complicado, hay que colocar varios códigos, como 4 veces, el sistema es un poco confuso. Por esta razón tuve inconvenientes con el personal que trabajaba en el primer piso. Al parecer cambiaron el código al dia siguiente y al tratar de ingresarlo varias veces intenté con el timbre pero no funcionaba, al rato salió una señora supremamente enojada y grosera porque no podía abrir la puerta, luego no sé si era la pareja, un señor de edad me empezó a gritar aún más fuerte. No deberían permitir que gente así trabaje, fueron extremadamente groseros y es una pena porque el personal que me atendió en la mañana en el piso del hostal fue muy amable y me permitió dejar mi maleta después del check out. Tal vez no es directamente responsable el hostal del trato que me dieron, pero lamentablemente me dejó una mala experiencia de mi último día en Italia, ojalá contrataran un personal que sepa tratar a la gente en la administración del edificio.

Ist zwar mit dem Hostel in einer Etage aber es gab Regeln zu Ruhezeiten ! Die metrostation direkt vor der Türe der Hauptbahnhof 15 Gehminuten!

Não tem fogão. Comprei ovos e frango para fazer achando que tinha e não tinha. Fora isso. Tudo excelente. Tem até uma super varanda pra estender roupa. Fantástico.

• Alexd (10/5): An excellent and cheap overnight stopover in Milan - The 6 Bed dormitary was chosen for value for money and location. I returned from Venice to Central Station with a short Metro journey and walk to the Hostel.

• yujia (10/5): - 位置很好，从地铁出口上来就是大门，工作人员非常乐意帮忙，总是有起码一个工作人员在这点很安心，这意味着很多问题都可以及时解决。 目前没有，可以的话提供密码锁柜子最好。 最大的浴室没有热水。
