• Kirsten (10/5): Recommended! - Very happy with this apartment. Very clean and nice and what you need, for example. towels, soap, toilet paper and coffee for the coffee machine. The apartment is very centrally located right on the main street and the Pile gate, with a short walk to everything. Very nice host who let us check in early and we were able to keep our luggage in the locked hallway while we waited for our flight. Recommended! A short distance from the main street, so there was a bit of noise at night. But that's to be expected when you want to stay so centrally.

No need to climb on some steps, its just conveniently situated above an ice cream/coffee shop and at the next bend is the convenient store. Very handy I like everything in the property.

• Tracy (10/5): Fabulous stay in a lovely apartment, exploring an amazing city! Loved walking the walls of the city - a must see! - The apartment was perfect! Comfortable and clean with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The location couldn’t be better - just a few steps from the main street of the Old Town. The apartment is situated close to the bottom of a small street so very few steps to reach it. Many apartments are higher up and a bit of a climb, so this is a great location, particularly for those who struggle with stairs. The owners were hugely accommodating and very prompt to respond to any questions and give advice. The Dubrovnik pass is worth getting to visit many attractions, including walking the city walls. We were lucky enough to be here when they have the festival of lights, a yearly event in November. Overall - fabulous! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

• Kitty (10/5): - Perfect location! Very comfortable bed. Everything we could possibly need for our stay. We picked it because it was right in the heart of old town. That said, it’s right in the heart of old town so you can hear a lot of happy people having a good time until quite late. Stay here anyway and bring your earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

L’emplacement est idéal et l’appartement, à la fois propre et très agréable, offre tout le confort nécessaire. • Steve (9/5): Cozy apartment in the centre of it all - Location! Steps from Stradun and near everything. Was great to be able to explore and then pop back to rest a bit before continuing. Small but efficient with everything you need for a stay where you eat out and take advantage of Dubrovnik’s eateries. Large shower and nice bathroom. Not much. Sofa bed was typical - serviceable but not great.

• Alison (10/5): Sadly, we wished we could have stayed for a week in this apartment - it was lovely :) - While the apartment is small, it is exquisitely refurbished: the old beams, raised bed, limestone walls and also modern in the kitchen galley unit and bathroom. There were large, wooden shutters we could open and use a drying line for our bathing suits. The exterior lane to the apartment offers a bit of intimacy (and shade) from the open squares in the old city and the crepery/gelato cafe below the apartment was a lovely spot for breakfast :) Everything was great and our hostess was a fantastic communicator.

• Emily (10/5): Great stay in the Baro apartment - Our stay in the Baro apartment was absolutely wonderful. It was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed, and Ines was very helpful when we had any questions. The space was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked great (it was HOT while we were in Dubrovnik!). I slept on the pull out couch in the living room and it was very comfortable.

Loved the layout and design features of the apartment - we decided if we were ever looking for a studio apartment to live in, this place sets the standard. Very comfortable with so many conveniences. And what a location, right off the Stratum, not far from the Pile gate. Loved this place, and our time in Dubrovnik.

• C. (10/5): - The apartment was spotless. Nice to have a washing machine in the unit after being on the road for ten days. Stones throw from the Main Street in Old Town with all the bars and restaurants. Try Taj Mahal while you’re there. Since we had a later flight after official check out it was really nice to be able to leave the luggage in a safe spot and collect it later.
• Jillian (10/5): Great apartment with tons of amenities - Wow! What a great apartment right in the heart of Dubrovnik! The location is great just a short, mainly flat walk from Pile gate, and while there is a view of ample vertical and stairs on the road of the hotel, you get to the door long before so no strenuous stairs! Inside they redid the stair well to make it extremely easy to walk up the three flights to the room. The hotel is really well appointed - tiny kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, sitting area, comfy bed and really great shower with hot water pressure and washing machine! You can hear the sounds of Dubrovnik from just outside the window while always being comfortable. Host was communicative and supported an easy means to collect the key through code and then again to store our luggage for a couple hours when we checked out

The apartment felt special I would have liked an iron and ironing board. Although it wasn’t a big deal.

• Rae (10/5): - Fantastic stay at Nije Presa Apartments! Perfect location in the Old Town, only a 2 min walk to Pile Gate and just a couple flights of stairs to climb once in the building. The apartment itself was very thoughtfully designed and well equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine. Very clean, comfortable bed, and awesome rainfall shower. Ines was incredibly helpful before our stay with communicating and even was updating us on when the Dubrovnik airport was allowing planes to land, since we were delayed getting there from Bari due to high winds. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Dubrovnik and would highly recommend!
• Lisa (10/5): Beautiful apartment in an incredible location - The location of the apartment is perfect and the apartment itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Ines, the host, met us at the apartment to show us everything and was lovely. There are loads of places on hand for breakfast, dinner or drinks. The apartment is close to Pile gate, perfect for taxi drop off and also bus tours. We did both Bosnia and Herzegovina and also Montenegro from here. The town of Dubrovnik is stunning and we also did a boat trip from the harbour.

• Biljana (10/5): Amazing stay, great location - Ines was amazing. She arranged a transfer from thr airport and waited for us at the entrance to the old town to walk us to the apartment. Gave us great advice where to eat and what to do. Location was exceptional, with not many stairs to reach the apartment. Apartment was super clean and comfortable with beautiful authentic decor. Even sofa bed was big and very comfortable. There was coffee, tea and cedevita that was refilled the next day. There was also a daily cleaning service, which we did not except, since we only stayed for two nights. Since we had a late flight we were able to store the luggage until our transport to the aiport. The apartment was well equped with everything you need for your stay. Ines, thank you again for everything. /

• Rachel (9/5): Wonderful location, great amenities, friendly host. - This studio apartment is in a fantastic location located along the main walkway in Old Town. The apartment is located on the third level of the building so be ready to walk up some stairs, but that is pretty standard for Old Town. The bathroom and shower were spacious, the A/C worked great and there was plenty of space with beautiful historic touches to the design of the room. We had an issue with the washer/dryer on the evening of our last night before check out and reached out to the host. She was able to send her son out to fix the issue within an hour and solved the problem. I highly recommend a stay here. My husband had some complaints about the bed and the flatness of the pillows, especially on the last two nights of our stay. I did not have any issue, so may just be personal preferences.

We were allowed to leave luggage at the apartment building after check out for a few hours. Perfect stay. Nothing.

She connected us with a good parking location, and met us on departure and arrival as planned. Room was perfectly located, and very comfortable. Directions to the correct gate for drop off could be better - went to the wrong gate, and it was a tough walk down the stairs.

• Lorraine (10/5): Perfect base and location in an amazing city. - Amazing location, just yards from the main thoroughfare. On the third floor, so a few steps involved but the room was spacious enough, very clean and decorated beautifully. All the facilities you need - fridge, kettle, microwave, safe, hairdryer, washer/dryer, air con/heating as you need. Given how close you are to the main stretch, the Windows’s give great sound proofing too.

• Elisab14 (10/5): Perfect location - The place is spotless! Love the location- it is centrally located in Old town. The host is always available if required, quick to respond and thoughtful - she left water & milk in the fridge on our first day as only few shops are open on a Sunday and provided extra beach towels for us. The apartment was cleaned every 2 days and towels were replaced and coffee/tea were topped up. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Dubrovnik! The only negative is the noise at night as it is above the shops/restaurant so can be noisy. Just prepare to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore on foot. The redecorated 1-bedroom flat was charming, and the addition of a sofa bed comfortably accommodated my family of four. The host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing us with a free parking solution and personally escorting us there. Their responsiveness and hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The amenities, including a coffee machine with Dolce Gusto pods, were a nice touch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Plus, the thoughtful provision of beach towels made our trips to the nearby beach even more enjoyable. Overall, this property offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended! All was great

The location is probably the best in Dubrovnik if one wants to stay in the old city. Ines and Dubravka were amazing, the communication was friendly, and check-in in easy. Everything was to a very high standard. I am so grateful to Ines and Dubravka for making our stay in Dubrovnik unforgettable. Honestly, nothing to add here.

Insuite laundry was a godsend, and allowed us to pack much lighter than we otherwise would have. The bed was comfortable, but you have to be mindful of the steps at night!
