Even though some parts of the hotel were closed, it did not affect our experience at all because of the excellent hospitality and professionalism of the staff. I especially loved the boat driver he was always available, very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Cleaning need minor enhancement

- Denis (8/5): - Люблю отели Jumeirah, был во всех. Виллы, состоящие из номеров со своим двориком - чудесно. Особенно с 17.00 до 19.00 каждый день в happy hour: бесплатные алкогольные напитки и снэки. КОМАРЫ. Их в номере большое количество. Не помогает в борьбе с ними ничего!

- Noora (9/5): Amazing - The location the room it was amazing wasn’t satisfied with the butler service in our room, as I found her not very helpful. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly and the room felt warm.

- shamma (1/5): Toooo bad - Nothing They lied to me .. they cancelled my reservation without informing me.. the say they will shift me to alnassim jumairah while the golf cart shifts me the driver took me back to ask me to take my car then he said your reservation is in Mena alsalam!! How come shifting me between hotels without notifying me. Room service was closed swimming pool is closed no cafes or any type of facilities. Checking in took 3 hours!!! The most horrible experience I ever had with Jumairah hotels

Our butler, Ashis, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. All the facilities were wonderful for our daughter, and the hotel itself is truly one of the best in Dubai. With multiple beaches, stunning pools, and views overlooking the Souq and the Burj Al Arab, it felt like a dream. We even enjoyed taking the boat directly from our room to visit them.

- Liliia (10/5): Beautiful hotel. Very delicious food! Stunning view and clean room! - Amazing breakfast and dinner. Big and beautiful room with a very nice view. Reception was very overcrowded and not well organized. They offered a free room upgrade in front of the beach club which was very strange from the receptions as we have a 3 months old baby. We had to go back to the reception to get our previous room which I booked ( lagoon one ) as we needed a very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Basically it took us 1 hour to get a room which we booked from the very beginning. The receptions was not friendly at all.

- Mr-SLR722 (10/5): Nothing compares to Jumeirah group - The location, food, staff, scenery and facilities are simply the arabian world class standards of elixir living. Nothing comes close to Jumeirah end to end the best. The staff went out of the way and then some in exceeding hospitality excellence. Highly highly recommend it. Massive thank you to all staff including Osama, Stacey, Fancis and others.

The staff were all so professional and friendly; the room spacious and so well equipped; the villa was perfectly positioned for us and we loved enjoying our evening drinks on our patio with the daily peacock visitations; the food was wonderful; pools and beach all stunning; Abra taxis so relaxing and the grounds beautifully cared for. Everywhere in the living areas among the villas was so peaceful but once you moved into restaurants and Madinat areas you could feel the buzz. All perfect! Couldn’t get the Bluetooth speaker in room to work!!

- Malia (10/5): My personal favourite place to stay any time i visit dubai. - I had a room over the canals. fantastic view and feel of the complex. I love the fact you can take boats between buildings and to different areas. All via the E-butler service. The tradition style buildings are absolutely beautiful with increible internal finishings throughout. The full buffet breakfast has options for everything and is of great quality. There are plenty of food options for dinner as well. from over the ocean, and in the complex. Love the variety. The souk has plenty of shopping options and is also an excellent building to explore. From the drive into the complex, you go past the golden horse statues up to a fountain and then greeting by extremely helpful and polite valet. They help with bags and guide into check it. its all very professional and a great experience. Location wise, it splits downtown and the marina perfectly, so you can go either way easily. With emirates mall 5 minutes away. I/we have declared we will only ever stay at this facility when we travel to Dubai. I would be really stretching to find a reasonable suggestion to offer for improvement.
