- Claudia (9/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist außerordentlich gut - nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Westminster Abbey, in 10 Minuten ist man am Buckingham Pallace. Das macht es ideal für einen Kurztrip mit viel Sightseeing. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Von dem Pub haben wir in unserem Zimmer nix mitbekommen.

Mimo, że doba rozpoczyna się o 15 pozwolono nam zakwaterować około 11:30. Nie było również problemu zostawić bagaży w przechowalni w ostatnim dniu naszego pobytu. Do większości miejsc bardzo blisko. Nie jest to typowy hotel moloch, wszystko dopracowane w każdym szczególe (nawet żelazko i prasowalnica w pokoju-to się rzadko zdarza w hotelach). Czyściutko, codziennie sprzątane pokoje. Szczerze polecam.

Breakfast was delicious and provided in a cool, authentic pub below the hotel. Room was not large, but worked well for us. Was able to store luggage on our last day which allowed us to take full advantage of our time in London. Rooms were very clean and bathroom was updated and very nice!

Silencieuse malgré qu'elle soit située à proximité de la sortie de l'ascenseur. Très bien situé à deux pas de monuments prestigieux, de la station de métro St James et des taxis. A ce prix là, je pense que le management de l'établissement pourrait faire l'effort d'embaucher du personnel bilingue ou ayant au moins des notions de français. De plus, un mode d'emploi de la climatisation serait plus que nécessaire.

- Bart (10/5): Superleuk hotel waarbij je verblijf al half is geslaagd. - Zeer centrale ligging, veel lichtinval met de grote ramen, alles was aanwezig in de kamer, zeer ruime kamer, heel vriendelijk personeel, van de onthaal medewerkers tot de poets medewerkers welke steeds vriendelijk en met de glimlach jou begroeten, mogelijkheid om je bagage reeds vooraf veilig af te geven of nog even te bewaren na je verblijf. Zeer goed ontbijt met de mogelijkheid om bereidingen te laten maken zonder meerkosten, rekening houdend met allergieën. Geen opmerkingen.

- famavi (9/5): Breve soggiorno a Londra - Posizione strategica a pochi metri da Westminster Abbey e ancor più vicina alla metro Saint James's Park. A piedi si raggiungono molti punti d'interesse e con la metro così vicina si possono raggiungere facilmente tutti gli altri. La colazione nel PUB collegato da un passaggio interno all'albergo è ottima con buffet classico per colazione mediterranea ed incluso un piatto a scelta nel tipico menu inglese come, ad esempio, uova strapazzate etc. E' mancata la spiegazione di come attivare il riscaldamento che era acceso solo nel bagno con lo scaldino elettrico, anche se, nonostante fosse febbraio, siamo stati benissimo senza. Credendo che fosse sotto i pavimenti, abbiamo scoperto come si azionava solo l'ultimo giorno.

- chomcho (9/5): イギリスを感じられる、お気に入りの場所 - メトロからほど近く、ビックベンなども徒歩圏内です。 まず、お部屋の雰囲気ですが非常に雰囲気がよくレトロ＋かわいらしい小物が部屋を彩っています。（黒電話風電話とか） ホテル自体非常にコンパクトなので、非常口なども分かりやすく、迷いも少ない作りです。 なお、グランドフロアにあるパブが朝は朝食会場になります。メニューも豊富で、数日滞在していても決して飽きることがなく、私は非常に満足しています。事前にチェックインに必要な情報や、支払いをオンラインで済ませておけば到着時に面倒なことは一切ありません。大変気に入りました。（スリッパ・ローブあり、アメニティも問題なし） 私の部屋のみだと思いますが、シャワー（ユニットバス）が詰まりやすく、シャワー使用時は流れて行かずにスタック気味でした。（笑）そこだけが唯一の残念ポイントでした。

- Lynn (8/5): Good option for short stays - Good location. Room was spacious, functional - well laid out. Price was great for London. The entrance, stairs and carpet to the reception area are straight out of the 1980s. Makes a poor first impression. The carpet looked old and threadbare. The rooms were excellent however.
- ana (7/5): Ventanas no funcionales - La ubicación ..y la primera recepcionisra Las ventanas no abren..sensación de claustrofobia..no se ppdia ventilar la habitación..son ventanas viejas y no funcionan...tampoco entiendo que siendo tres personas adultas no hayan albornoces para tres..ni tazas por ejemplo.. No m gustó que el pub estaba de reformas y no fui informada al hacer l reserva
