• Elisa Koper (9/5): - The staff is very friendly and the facilities were good. Checking in went very easy and the room was nice. Parking was sometimes a bit crowded and they had to move another car for us to get out when we went to the airport. Also some streets nearby were a bit shady.

• Mike (7/5): Nice for a quick stop over - Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was nicely made up and clean. Free parking. The aircon was very noisy so needed to be turned off to sleep. The bed was not very comfortable. There was considerable noise from the rooms above right though the night.

Кровать и дверь в туалет ужасно скрипят, номер был грязный, полы в грязи. Слышимость ужасная, слышны все разговоры соседей и даже работа кондиционеров в соседних номерах.

• Ana (10/5): - When aI need to stay closer to work for a couple of days this is my safe spot…. The front desk guys are always making me feel welcomed and can’t even begin to praise the amazing ladies taking care of the rooms… I can say they care about making the stay a great one.

• Aline (7/5): Não volto a me hospedar!!! - Localização, quarto e estacionamento ok. Não gostei dos funcionários, eles não foram nada cordiais na minha segunda estadia. Minha viagem foi divida em 3 etapas, e ficaria hospedada com eles as três vezes, fiquei só duas. A primeira ok. A segunda fiquei arrasada, pois eles não deixaram eu entrar 1 hora antes mesmo eu tendo feito check-out as 6 da manhã, nessa estadia anterior, o que foi muito antes do horário do check-out que é as 11. Queriam cobrar 28 dólares para entrar 1 hora antes, o que achei um absurdo visto que o valor da diária era 87 dólares ... confesso que fiquei tão chateada que cancelei a 3° hospedagem que tinha com eles! Não volto a me hospedar!!! O hotel fica em uma rua com muitos usuários de drogas, o que é perigoso de ficar andando a noite a pé! Cuidado!
• Aline (7/5): Não volto a me hospedar! - A localização é ok. A rua tem próximo um mercado target e algumas lanchonetes. A cama a pesar de mole o colchão para passar uma noite ou duas é ok. O chuveiro tem a água bem quente. O frigobar funciona, tem ferro de passar e o ar condicionado/aquecedor também funciona. Não gostei dos funcionários!!! Achei que eles não foram cordiais. Já havia me hospedado por 2 noites no hotel há poucos dias, tinha feito o check-out dessas noites as 6 da manhã ao invés das 11 horas, falei que eu faria novamente o check-out nesse horário e mesmo assim e com o meu quarto pronto eu tive que ficar 1 hora aguardando para ser liberada a chave para entrar no quarto 103. Eles até me deram a opção de entrar antes, mas tinha que pagar o equivalente a praticamente 1/3 da diária para poder entrar 1 hora antes o que eu achei um absurdo (28 dólares, paguei 87 na diária), então preferi esperar... para na verdade, entrar tomar um banho e sair novamente. Não estou acostumada com isso! Sei que é uma empresa, mas achei realmente um absurdo!!! No Brasil e em outros hotéis ao redor do mundo onde já fiquei isso numca aconteceu!!! A estação de metrô fica a exatamente 12 minutos cronometrados, é perto, mas perigoso a noite, pois tem muitos usuários de drogas na rua. Cuidado! Não tem cafeteira no quarto, o que para mim faz falta.
• Lorena (9/5): - Facilidade com o estacionamento, incluso na diária. Próximo a target, 7 eleven, ross. Para quem está de carro é uma boa opção. Não tive problemas para me deslocar . Foram super gentis ao aceitar que eu recebesse um limite de encomendas na porta. Não tive problemas para caminha na rua por insegurança. Chuveiro forte e muito porém, um pouco barulhento mas nada que atrapalhe . Para quem é do Brasil e quer algo acessível, econômico e está de carro está valendo a pena a estadia. Não tive problemas

• JT (10/5): - Really great renovation has been done in the last couple of years. The entire property is top notch. Bed, very comfortable and the roomy room and bathroom was great. Location to food and downtown was great too. Note: I left a personal bag on checkout and realized this that night and two hours down the road. Contacted the hotel desk. They had it at the office and I picked it up the next morning. So helpful and honest. Thank you... The area surrounding the property is undergoing a renovation. Not a lot of homeless, we felt very safe within the total area.

• minyi (5/5): Decent stay and affordable but would not booked at this hotel again - I like that the hotel offer free parking, wifi and resort Fees. There were plenty of attractions and food options near by. Having a microwave and fridge in the hotel was a plus. The shower handle in the shower needs to be replaced and the wall was peeling off. It was also peeling off behind the towel rack. The floor was dirty and didn't look it had been sweeped. The staff that checked me in a thick accent that I could barely.undertand him and would to the things that he wanted to tell me.

• Soledad (2/5): - Staff was nice and attentive. There’s no free breakfast, no coffee, and WiFi didn’t work. The bed and pillows were not comfortable and I kept hearing this sound on and off. It was good for a nights sleep even though the rest was disturbed with noises from other guests. Don’t like to write these kind of reviews but I love an honest review.

• Bill (8/5): - We had booked the room months before my GF had an accident and required ADA accommodations. The desk manager graciously accommodated us by giving us an upgraded room on the first floor at the rate we originally booked. The property is a good value for the money, especially for those attending shows at the Greek Theatre or other nearby venues. Some outstanding Thai restaurants within short walking distance. The AC worked just fine.
• Sashim (4/5): - Loud stomping from people above me, it was like they wore bowling balls for shoes. Do not get a room on the ground floor. Reported it two nights in a row, They talked to the neighbor and it improved but then on my fourth night the loud stomping returned. Since I did not want to talk to anyone, I sent an email to the hotel asking them to address the issue. I never got any response.

Rooms were outdated and in need of some repair, but were clean. For the price though, I can't complain since we just needed a place to sleep after our concert.
