marinamikhael2022 (10/5): Guest Service and Space Wins! - I love how spacious this place this. The new remodeled suites are totally worth it overseeing the Nile. The house keeping is exceptional. Mahmoud Ali and Nema have such great guest service. They are also so fast to clean the whole place. I have 2 little kids and clean space is essential.
Dolores (8/5): Nice location, value for money - Location is great! We were lucky to get an upgrade and had two wonderful presidential suites! The hotel is pretty outdated unfortunately, however very clean. The lady in the breakfast room was not friendly, however the life guard at the pool and reception staff were very friendly. There was an evening at the hotel, so unfortunately we could not use the pool during the day. I think the pool water was too cold for me. My husband and son were ok with the water temperature. In the room you can choose to keep towels or to change for sustainable reasons. We all chose to keep the same towels, but they were still changed everyday.

Un día se inundaron los elevadores y no fue posible subir a las habitaciones hasta horas después que habilitaron el elevador manualmente. Tuve que cambiar de habitación al no haber agua caliente, el agua de la regadera salía amarilla (sucia) y los azulejos del baño estaban negros (hongos).

Existe uma segurança rigorosa na entrada do hotel (como em todos os boteis do Cairo) tanto de carros como de pessoas. O predio é antigo e necessita de uma melhor conservação nas instalacoes. There are some things to improve like setting up a Gym, room accessories (Magnetic door latch, kitchen equipment etc.). Breakfast is good but the variety can be improved. Indian food items can be more tasty. Smoking in the common areas should be restricted. Overall, a satisfying stay.

Wasseem (10/5): Excellent choice for families that want to be in the heart of Cairo - Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are so spacious with an incredible view and the breakfast was simply excellent. All the staff were very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Some of the rooms are a bit old and needed some renovation, but the hotel is already working on that. The pool was a bit cold because we stayed during the week, not the weekend, but that is only a minor issue that is applicable during the colder months.

Hayley (9/5): - We stayed here as a family of 5 with our 3 children aged 5, 8 and 10. Our room was absolutely huge with a lounge, three bedrooms and more bathrooms than we could use. It had a fantastic view of the Nile. The decoration is very old fashioned / old but it was all perfectly comfortable. The breakfast was good. We had a morning around the pool which was great for the kids and the staff were lovely. A complimentary late check out was very helpful. As above the decor is faded so if you want new/modern interiors this is not the right choice for you. If you want that top standard in Egypt, our experience is that there is a very significant step up in price. This place was good value for money.

Pawel (10/5): It was a very nice trip for our family. - Very good location. Exceptionally friendly, hospitable staff. The perfect place to stay when exploring Cairo. The rooms are huge with two bathrooms and an additional toilet. This hotel is not the most modern, but perhaps that even adds to its charm. It's currently being renovated, and after the renovation, prices will undoubtedly be much higher.
