• Mait (9/5): - Very good position to explore Venice. Very nice view and balcony. Everything we needed was there. Maybe some renovation would do good and be ware of mosquitos.
• Marta Esther (2/5): Incómoda - Solamente la ubicación. Excepto la ubicación, lo demás me pareció, pésimo; no había gua caliente en un baño, tampoco salía casi nada de agua, no había ni un solo armarios, ni perchas, no coincidía en absoluto con las fotografías.

• kahina (10/5): Tres belle expérience - L'emplacement est idéal! Au centre de tout, tout pres du pont des soupirs, à 3mn à pied de la place saint Marc, pareil du vaporetto pour explorer les îles autour. L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. La presence de 2 salles de bain etait un plus non negligeable car nous etions une famille de 5 personnes. Les échanges ont été fluides et très bons. Bref je recommande vivement! Seul bémol mais c’est bien pour la santé c’est les 4,5 etages à monter pour arriver à l'appartement. Mais c’etait dit dans l'annonce donc pas de surprise, et en plus le gros avantage de cet appartement en étage eleve est la superbe vue de la terrasse! Dôc ca valait le coup de monter les marches.

Стены требуют немедленной покраски, шторы все в раздавленных комарах, диван 🛋 он разлагается на него страшно смотреть не то что садиться и спать на нем!Квартира требует небольших вложений постирать шторы, покраска стен, замена дивана его место на свалке, бокалы, штопор,ножи.

• Moni (8/5): Bellissima casa in centro. - La Signora Ketty è stata gentilissima nel darci dei consigli sia per i mezzi da utilizzare che per i posti in cui mangiare. La casa è in una splendida posizione in centro, vicinissimo a tutto. È una casa grande e molto bella e ben organizzata, luminosa e molto ben insonorizzata. I due bagni comodissimi e dotati anche di set di cortesia. TV con Netflix che le nostre bambine hanno adorato nei pochi momenti di riposo. Purtroppo la bellezza della casa viene un po' rovinata dai muri pieni di zanzare "spiaccicate". Inoltre se dovessi dare un consiglio alla signora Ketty, secondo me sono necessarie delle tende più oscuranti, perché alle 6 del mattino con tutta quella luce eravamo tutti svegli. Inoltre le scale sono veramente faticose, sicuramente non adatte a persone con difficoltà motorie o respiratorie.

• GIjsbert (7/5): Als je eenmaal boven bent met je koffers een fijn verblijf - De ligging dichtbij San Marco Plein, het prachtig ge balkon en de ruime opzet van het appartement Vijf etages op langs een smalle trap. Niet fijn met koffers. Watervoorziening, zeker het warm water was matig en de airco in de woonkamer deed niets

• Ronan (4/5): Basic. Not ideal for anyone with any mobility issues, but pretty inexpensive - Location good- walking distance to St Marks Swuare. Extremely steep steps -five flights to get in. Garbage in downstairs hall- smelly. Showers occasionally cold. Apartment scruffy- could do with painting and entrance hallway pretty grim. The “terrace” could barely fit two chairs. Venice has lots of good options, including for food.- i wouldn’t go self catering if we come again. Would stay in a hotel.

• Lorraine (6/5): Alright however needs some work doing to it. - Location, balcony & lady very friendly. The property has a lot of items broken in it. The curtains are paper thin and let in all the light. The bins were not emptied during our stay.
• Dagmara (7/5): Central location good for San Marco and well connected - Central location, at the back of San Marco. Ideal for taking vaporetto and commute to anywhere. The apartment has 2 bathrooms. We could check-in 1 hour before which was nice. Mosquitos, no coffee machine, outside furniture could be more comfortable. A lot of stairs to get there and the view is nice, but quite limited for the price. Additional fees of 100 EUR seems unresonable (included in the price breakdown).
• Sarah (9/5): Fantastic location! - Fantastic location. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch world go by. Apartment had windows on 3 sides, lovely and airy, could see so much. Double glazing excellent, although noisy below once the windows were shut, all you could hear was the bell of st. Marks. With some TLC apartment could score far more highly. Some of the description given on booking .com in accurate. Although excellent location- luxury is not a fair description. It is already looking tired. Needs a paint, some shelving and electrics need fixing. Settee old and stained. No iron, no champagne on arrival as described. 2 not 3 toilets. Dirty dish cloth and used sponges. No dishwasher tablet, very little soap. Only one chair on the balcony ( broken).
• Lucian (8/5): Best location in Venice - The location is really great. So close to San Marco square. In the middle of a small square, with good restaurants at the door, and shops and really everything. The view over the buildings is also quite nice, and it's good to have terraces. No real deal breakers, but still to mention some improvements: The announcement does not indicate that the apartment is on the 5th floor, and it is quite a climb up a circular, narrow staircase with around 80 steps. I guess, this is to be expected in Venice.... :) but still, would be nice to know upfront The apartment could use some refurbishment, the walls are scratched and full of marks, some parts of furniture are damaged and the beds are not comfortable at all (except the double one in the room). Recommendations: some small outfitting details are missing, like support for towels and tools in the kitchen, an other small chair in the living room, to put stuff on, no towel hangers inside the bathrooms.

• Alexandru (10/5): Great location, amazing view, very clean and comfortable apartment! Definitely recommend! - Great location, literally 5 min walk (with 4 kids) to San Marco Square. Very friendly host, also giving us advice on sightseeing and luggage depot (since we checked out at 10.00 but had our train at 21.00, so we wanted to leave our travel luggage somewhere). Apartment with an amazing view, similar to a penthouse with windows allover, very nicely illuminated. Restaurant and coffee shop downstairs highly recommended (we ate there - food was great, not cheap but worth it, and coffee we served each morning). Apartment very clean, with 2 bathrooms (which is a major advantage with 4 kids 😅), in a quiet area (no issue to have a good night rest), also just 5 min away from S. Zaccharia port (departure/ arrival to/from Murano-Burano). Nothing to mention.
• Simone (7/5): Perfect location and communication was good - Location is perfect with restaurants and shops nearby. 2 mins from Piazza San Marco and the ferries. Nice view from the terrace too. Clean and practical. Had tv and kitchen is well equipped. Good WiFi too. One of the beds was broken and we ended up with a mattress on the floor. We advised the owner but nothing was done about it. 5 flights of stairs and no lift but this is very common in Italy and the place is a penthouse. Exceedingly bad smell at entrance hall which drastically needs seeing to.

• Brittnei (7/5): The Venice experience! - Great location with decent privacy. The bed was comfortable. It’s located right next to Doge’s Palace and you can see it from the balcony. It’s also a short walk from the pier. The owner was very kind. She showed us to the apartment upon arrival. Food, water, medicine, and gelato are extremely convenient to get to! This apartment has everything you need to live comfortably. Check out Ristorante Ae Rasse for dinner!! Excellent staff and food! It was a little lack luster. I was there during the fall, could have used a thicker duvet or extra sheets. The water pressure was lacking some. The 80 steps up to the apartment aren’t ideal for guests with limited mobility. The walls in the apartment could use a wipe down. Linen closet could use some organizing and some artwork was leaning against the wall.
• Usman (10/5): Visiting Venice was a lifelong dream for my family and I and, oh my God, I couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation t - The location of the property is great. It is close to the main places of attraction. There are also great restaurants right below the building. The location of the apartment, at the very top and with great windows gives one a breathtaking view of the charming city and the dome of the San Marco Cathedral. Nothing really. For the less fit, the stairs may be a bit too steep and one climbs to the fifth floor.
• David (6/5): - The property was in a great location. It was on the 5th floor no elevator but we knew that. The problem is the bathroom sink was split in two. You could lift one piece off Ceramic when broken is an extreme health hazard uf you get cut. We told the contact about this. No response

• Jacinta (10/5): The perfect and beautiful Venician penthouse for our family. - The location was ideal. The baths were so beautiful !!The kitchen was great. The Balconies made for a great extra. We all loved this property!! Only minor things. Possibly increase the water temperatures for bathing. If at all possible the addition of a washer would make this apartment truly PERFECT. The second air conditioning system in the bedroom seemed somewhat ineffective but this was not problematic. Once the main unit in apartment had successfully cooled the apartment there was no problem.

Seinillä, katossa, kylppäreissä ja verhoissa ällöttäviä likaläiskiä. Kaipaisi perusteellisempaa puhdistusta ja siivousta. Terassi ok, mutta ei kovin viihtyisä. Ei pimennysverhoja!
