- Danh (7/5): - Le positionnement de l'hotel est indéniablement un atout pour visiter Prague ! Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir et sommes allés directement diner au restaurant avec ma compagne. Nous ne savions pas que la cuisine était fermé à 21h30 donc nous n'avons pas pu prendre un dessert. Dommage ! En parallèle, nous avions signalé chaque matin que tuyau de douche fuyait dans la baignoire. Aucune réparation n'a été effectué, ce qui est un peu agaçant quand chaque matin, le standard vous indique que le technicien viendra réparer pendant la journée.

- Companion30291817173 (10/5): Lovely hotel great location - Had a lovely stay at the Mozart prague, on arrival a small hiccup but swiftly dealt with without any fuss. As an All Accor Gold member received great service and a lovely touch leaving a bottle of white wine in our room as a welcome. Thank you this was very well received and appreciated, was lovely. The hotel is nicely located very central and allowed us to explore the local sites and Prague old town with ease. Food and drinks at the hotel very nice and we enjoyed our stay so much looking to visit again next year.

- phatmarc (10/5): Wish We Stayed Longer - Fantastic. My wife and I visited 13/02/2026 for a quick stop over. Upon arrival we were informed that we were upgraded to a suite, The Royal Palace. The room was fantastic, spacious and the bed was incredibly comfy. We were also lucky to have a few bottles of water, cola and beer complimentary too. One thing that could have been better was the shower warmth (but that is me just being picky). The breakfast was very nice, with the usual selection of cold meats, cheeses yogurts etc as well as warm meals such as crepes and coconut porridge. We never used the bar for alcoholic drinks but there appeared to be a humidifier for cigars. Particual mention to the young male receptionist, he was great and the young Portuguese waitress. The hotel is brilliantly located, everything is practically walking distance from the hotel and it's only 20-30 by uber/private transfer. Definitely will be returning.

- Kellym91 (10/5): Fabulous! - We’ve just had the most incredible stay at The Mozart Prague and honestly… I don’t have enough good word to describe this place! ⭐️ Perfectly located just one minute from Charles Bridge and only a short stroll to Old Town Square, you couldn’t ask for a better base to explore Prague. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning – set within the beautiful Pachtuv Palace, it’s full of history and charm while still feeling luxurious and elegant. Our suite had the most amazing views (waking up in such a setting felt so special!), and the whole place just has that “wow” factor from the moment you walk in. The staff were incredible – so welcoming, attentive and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. They were also so informative about the area which made our trip even better. We even came back one day to find the loveliest complimentary treats waiting for us, including bottles of wine and cake – such a thoughtful touch! Don’t even get me started on the breakfast 😍 😋 If you’re visiting Prague, I genuinely couldn’t recommend The Mozart enough. It feels like a 6-star experience ✨ Already dreaming of going back! 💛

Upon request to move rooms, they put us in a smaller and less nice room. The shower would overflow and flood the bathroom, and the size of the bathroom felt more like a hostel. If I were paying half the price, it would have been fine. That being said, paying for a luxury hotel I was hoping for much better.

When we asked to change the room, it seemed possible, but then a receptionist looked at us unpleasantly and finally changed the room.

They were a little slow at replenishing the breakfast buffet at times, but this was the only issue we encountered and it really wasn’t a big deal. We booked the Full Fresco Baroque room and, if I’m honest, it wasn’t quite to my taste - I would probably choose a suite with a view next time. That said, this is purely personal preference and I’m sure others would love it. The room itself was huge, warm, and very well equipped. We had an amazing time in Prague, and we’d definitely stay at this hotel again when we return.

- A4456OPandrewp (10/5): Great Hotel - My wife and I booked a room at The Mozart Prague Hotel as part of an anniversary trip and they were so kind as to give us an upgrade to a suite with a castle view. The room was beautifully decorated and had tons of space for our clothes and items, which we found rare compared to other hotels we stayed at in Europe. The room itself and view from the hotel room overlooking the caste and Charles’ Bridge was definitely a highlight of the trip. The staff were so kind and helpful to our stay and the room was so clean and organized when we got back every day. We’d often come back to little desserts and surprises in the room for us! Would definitely stay here again if we return.

They did ultimately switch her room but never once did they acknowledge or apologize for the smell. In order to switch, it meant we were in different parts of the hotel. Small things like our towel warmer did not work and there was no concierge.
- Leo_Najjar (8/5): Nice hotel close to Charles Bridge - To start with and most importantly and as expected the room views published by Hotel on their site and other sites are not real! I booked a room for €500+ a night just for the view and it was disappointing but honestly i wasn’t surprised. You can see the castle and the bridge from a couple of windows if you stood the correct way but it’s nothing compared to what’s published. The room is small but nicely equipped. Hotel building is historical so you need to expect all the issues that come with that but nothing is a big deal really. Front dest staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but the venue was really nice. Hotel is only minutes away from Charles Bridge and around 10-15 minutes walking to old town center. Overall it’s a nice hotel with excellent location.

Although I was initially hesitant as it was unfamiliar to me and different from my usual luxury stays, it turned out to be a wonderful choice. The atmosphere was especially charming during the Christmas season, with beautiful festive décor adding to the experience. We had booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Mozart Suite, which was the highlight of our stay. The suite was stunning, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable — truly a place one could live in. We are very grateful to the gentleman at reception for this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay feel even more special. The suite was spotless, peaceful, and offered great value for money, especially considering we booked close to Christmas. Service throughout the stay was excellent; the staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was enjoyable, though the selection is small and intimate rather than a large buffet — something to keep in mind for those who prefer more variety. This did not detract from our experience at all. Overall, it was a memorable and delightful stay that I will always cherish. I would happily recommend this hotel without hesitation!

- matthewmP4018AD (8/5): December in Prague - The location is outstanding. Less than 5 minute walk to Charles Bridge. Very close to the two major Christmas markets. Great view of the castle. The room was quirky. Our room had ceilings that were part of the roof and we were not able to stand upright due to low ceilings - in the hallway leading to the room and inside the room itself. We made it work, and no complaints …. but “heads up” on this nuance. Other finishes, fixtures, water pressure, etc were great! Atmosphere, service, etc were all just fine. What you expect from a luxury hotel. Very nice and helpful team of people. We would stay there again - but I’d ask about ceilings and any other nuances that could possibly come with an older building

- katief218 (8/5): Great Location - My husband and I arrived about 1pm and only had to wait about five minutes after checking in to be shown to our room. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite with river and castle view. The room was huge with a separate living area. The bathroom and toilet were also separate. Our bathroom had Rituals toiletries which I love! We never had any problems with hot water. My only criticism with the bathroom was that you had to step in and out of the bath to have a shower so wouldn’t be suitable for people with mobility issues. The hotel is located in the old town so excellent for all of the historical sites and shopping. We walked everywhere and didn’t feel the need to use the trams. Staff were very friendly and were happy to make dinner reservations for us.

- moporho (4/5): Not Even A 3 Star - Well, like in every great trip, comes a disappointment. We arrived in Prague ready to hit the ground running. The staff at Mozart Hotel had a different idea. Let's say it was and is a cluster. Our room is way up in the attic. We take an elevator up to the 4th floor but have to walk outside to enter a steep staircase to our room on the 5th floor. On our first trip up, the bell service forgot the keys, so we had to wait. Dragging our suitcases up the staircase is a nightmare. There are stairs down into the room and even more down to the shower. Next door, a spotlight shines into our room, hence the blackout sleep masks on the nightstands. The staff had to come up to show us the roll-down blind, which is shy a few inches on either side. The shower floods since it only has half a door. There is no shower gel, just hand soap. The “shower” soap dispenser falls off the wall when you press it. The hot water is scarce. Mold floats up from the grout when the floor floods. There are no plugs by the bed, no USBs, and night table lamps that don't have a place to plug in. This morning we waited to leave our room so maintenance could throw a bed down the lonely stairs out. Yes the bed broke apart but we managed to dodge the bits. I loved Accor hotels. I got spoiled with Grand Amsterdam, Fairmonts, Sofitel St James, Sofitel Munich, and the Bachleda. I loved all Accor hotels so much that I bought stock. I was not even recognized as a loyal member by the staff. The bed was comfortable. The location is wonderful. So, yes, disappointed is mild compared to how I feel. This was the most expensive hotel of the four we stayed in this vacation. Never again!

- Peter (8/5): - Ontbijtbuffet kan qua diversiteit uitgebreider voor deze locatie en ambiance. De kwaliteit was verder goed. De rustieke sfeer en de kamers waren enorm sfeervol en ook ruim en compleet. Dat voldeed ruim aan de verwachtingen. De bezoekers van het hotel kozen er niet voor om van de bar, het cafe gebruik te maken. Deze was wel geschikt om gebruik ,van te maken. Het personeel is in het algemeen te reactief en dient proactiever haar gasten te benaderen om gebruikte maken van de mogelijkheden in het hotel en haar faciliteiten.

- helenw997 (10/5): The Mozart is a grand, old lady and is worthy of your patronage - Set perfectly on the River Vltava overlooking the Charles Bridge and a short walk from the Old Town. Modernised but still full of character and, with that, some idiosyncrasies, like difficulty with getting hot water for showering and washing - be patient, it arrives eventually. Superior room, 2 floors above street level and facing into the courtyard, it was a very peaceful location. There was no noise from the streets below or even the adjacent rooms. A large modern bathroom at one end and a walk in wardrobe at the other end of slightly tired room. There was a fridge with complementary water, coke and beer, refreshed every 2 days. The staff are a delight. Smiling, welcoming and always keen to help. A fault with a hair dryer and the toilet flush were quickly resolved. We ate in the hotel on two nights out of our four night visit. It's tourist prices but the quality of the dishes was excellent. Breakfast was included - both buffet and a la carte options - for us that was poached eggs cooked to order. I had no issues getting gluten free bread and there was a small cereal selection plus yogurts and dried fruits and nuts. Would have liked a wider choice of fresh fruits - perhaps citrus and soft fruits like raspberries, but there was melon, fresh plums, kiwi fruit, meats, cheeses along with a selection of pastries and breads. Hot buffet dishes included sausages, bacon, baked beans, mushrooms, scrambled eggs.

Je l avais préciser via l’app avant mon séjour , je l ai demandé en arrivant en laissant ma carte pour les instructions. Rien n a été fait et le jour du départ on me dit que ce n est pas possible! .
