Good for business people maybe.

The room was so small that you couldn’t open a suitcase. The rooms were also very outdated. I felt like the photos online were deceiving on how small the rooms were.

- Zolti (8/5): - מלון יפה. הלובי מקסים. החדרים די קטנים. נקי ומסודר, אבל הצוות קצת חסר יכולות. לא מסוגל להסביר באנגלית דברים מעבר לרגיל שלהם. יש להם לאונג' בקומה 14 שמזמינים את האורחים לשם. אבל בפועל זה פינת קפה די עלובה. בערב הם נותנים שעה אחת יין ובירה. אין כיבוד מעבר לכמה עוגיות. מלונות פחות טובים הגישו בלאונג' הרבה יותר. סהכ בסדר אבל די בינוני

- JEROME (6/5): Un certain compromis - Localisation, bar de l hotel, excellente aide de Mme Aoi qui s est demmenee pour trouver un tres bon sushi un dimanche soir (aide au menu, resa, trajet...) merci, pas le cas de tous. Tres bon petit dej boen organisé. La partie lounge au 14eme avec boisdons en libre service, aucun charme, chaises en rang d oignons...il suffiraiy de pas geqnd chose mais à ce stade aucune envie de s y arreter. Chzmbre un peu exigues pour le tarif.

- Sasha (9/5): - The staff were very attentive and the dinner and drinks were nice, we ate in the bar which was quiet. Our room had a beautiful view and a very comfortable bed. The club room was nice and had a good selection of nibbles and drinks. The nearby transport links were fantastic, we mainly used the metro but also the bus and walked to Tokyo tower.

- Roger (9/5): Great views and a superb afternoon tea. - We had afternoon tea here and it absolutely fabulous - apart from the abundance of food and the magnificent explanations from the attentive staff, there was a two hour 'as much as you can drink' window. That certainly made the afternoon into a fun event. The room itself was much larger than I expected with all the mod cons and the view was breathtaking. There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

- 406landis (10/5): Good value for money for the corner executive rooms - We booked 2 rooms corner executive king and corner exexutive twin, and we really liked the rooms which are spacious and we also liked the view of the city, the view of mount fuji and Tokyo tower were a bonus. There were diiferent train stations nearby the hotel, and some bus stops as well. Convenient stores were about 5 min walk. Minato is a quiet neighborhood, after a noisy day from Shinjuku or Akihabara..., it's good to have some peaceful moments when going back to the hotel. The staff is diligent and really helpful. The minus point is the lack of self service laundry and the buffet breakfast is mostly the same every day even though it gives many choices (we stayed 4 nights there).

European.Excellent location far from the noisy crowds & yet near to upperscale places like GiNza & Tokyo city. they could have shuttle services from the airport & train stations.

- Maria Luppi (10/5): - This hotel is very stylish, newly designed and comfortable; our room was nice, I think better than the average in Japan. Staff was nice and everything was smooth. Location is quite convenient, next to a metro stop Spa is just a room for massages, I'd have expected a sauna and/or a bath.

We also really appreciated the overall dining experience. The room felt quite small, and the decor seemed a bit outdated. The bathroom was also very compact, and the shower curtain was not very practical or pleasant to use.

Staff were super friendly and helpful - I forwarded my luggage from the airport a few days early before my check-in, and it was all sorted impeccably. The bed was very comfy, and the room was clean with good views over the city. The lounge was a bonus for anyone wanting more space to relax and grab some refreshments. The location for this one was a tad inconvenient; there weren't any food or shops in proximity. Two train stations nearby will bring you to all the main areas though. Direct line to the airport was good.

- Nombasa (8/5): An enjoyable stay with standout service and atmosphere. - A lovely stay at Hotel The Celestine Tokyo Shiba. The reception area is beautiful and welcoming, and the restaurant and bars are definite highlights, stylish, vibrant, and perfect for both relaxing and dining. The staff were superb, delivering exceptional service throughout the stay and truly elevating the experience. The rooms offer great views of Tokyo from certain vantage points, which is a real treat. While comfortable, they could benefit from some modernisation to match the standard of the rest of the hotel.
