Ruxandra (4/5): - Hotel de tranzit, cu mobilier, parchet uzat si invechit. Fetele din receptie amabile, parcare mare contra cost La micul dejun, la ora 9:00 dimineata toate platourile erau goale. Paine, omleta, bacon, legume, branzeturi, totul lipsea. Fata care probabil trebuia sa aiba grija de refill a stat de vorba continuu cu niste prieteni veniti din exterior. Desi am solicitat de mai mai multe ori sa ni se aduca ceva pentru a manca, raspunsul a fost: “sunt singura, nu fac fata. Iar in bucatarie nu este nimeni. Nu are cine sa gateasca”. Am mentionat acest aspect si la receptie, iar domnisoara si-a cerut scuze. Scuzele nu ne-au ajutat pentru faptul ca am platit un serviciu, respectiv pentru micul dejun pe care nu l-am avut.

Joy (4/5): Not a four star- will not be returning - I liked the pillows and there is a spar across the street. I can’t believe this is a four star hotel my room number 101 reeked like stale cigarette smoke. I immediately returned to the check in area and asked for a different room. I was told someone could come and spray some chemicals in the room. Obviously that’s going to make the air even more difficult to breath. I had to launder all of my clothing as soon as I got home. The water in the shower was only medium warm, there was no lotion, no creamer in my room (turns out the did have powdered creamer just forgot to stock my room), the floors were not completely clean etc

Carsten (5/5): - Ich hatte ein normales Zimmer als Alleinreisender gebucht. Bekommen habe ich jedoch ein Triple Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption, was ich denn mit 3 Einzelbetten soll und wieso ich denn so ein Zimmer bekomme, war die Antwort nur recht unfreundlich, dass sonst alles ausgebucht wäre. Kein Vorschlag, ob ich nicht wenigstens 2 Betten zusammengeschoben habe wolle, gar nichts.

El hotel está lejos del centro pero muy bien conectado ya que enfrente pasa un bus que te lleva al centro. El primer día me hicieron la limpieza de la habitación de manera deficiente. El segundo día no la hicieron por completo y no tiraron ni la basura.

Mariana (7/5): Good hotel if you don't mind the location - Clean hotel, very comfortable room and beds, modern building, no smells, everything seemed absolutely fine. Location is less than ideal, but if you are travelling on a tight budget to Amsterdam, this is a good price for what you get. It took us one 25 min tram ride to get to the city center, after walking 12 minutes to the nearest tram stop. The area where it's located though is not the best. There is not much around at all, and at night there's not a soul on the street.

One of my collegues had flora bite in the bed. The receptionist denied it but Said “mosquito bite” . Le 2ème ascenseur inutilisable, ce qui fait de longue attente. Pour le petit déjeuner, manque de fruits (salade de fruits)

Laura (5/5): Nicht den Preis wert leider - Lage war gut, Lobby ebenso, gut dass man das Gepäck lagern darf extrem dreckige Zimmer, staub überrall im Badezimmer, unter und neben den Betten schmierige Reste von keine Ahnung was. Vom "Putzservice" wurde Dinge weggeworfen die sich nicht im Mistkübel befanden, sondern zur Lagerung neben dem Bett aufbewahrt wurden. Absolutes No-Go

Berhan (9/5): C’était agréable et surtout les jeunes réceptionnistes sont très serviables et sympathiques. - La proximité de l’aéroport et les transports sont à côté. Le lieu est calme et beaucoup de verdures autour. Au 1er étage, c’est un peu brouillant, car ça donne sur le hall et la réception.
CAM (5/5): Disappointed - Location is great for us as we've stayed here several times before and 'normally' a clean, quiet hotel. We were not made aware of the renovation works in progress and were allocated a room on a floor where works were being carried out our entire stay. We understand the need of updates and renovations, but feel this should have been made clear during booking. Even with these works, the hotel reception still charged us an extra 5€ for checking in to our room just 1 hour early. An overall discount would have been more appropriate.

The area is quiet, and we actually enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods around the hotel. The breakfast is quite varied, with plenty of options to choose from. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport, which was very convenient. -

Amandine (4/5): Confortable mais très bruyant - Literie confortable, belle salle de bain dans la chambre Proximité avec le centre d’Amsterdam Parking sous terrain (25e par jour en plus du prix de la chambre) Au 1er étage, vu sur la cafétéria, pas de fenêtre extérieur, bruyant le matin car mise en place du petit déjeuner, plus personnel qui passe l’aspirateur dans le haul sous nos fenêtre à 2h du matin la 1er nuit, quant à la deuxième soirée & nuit, travaux + aspirateur aux alentours de 3h du matin
Donatas (7/5): - The staff answered all the questions we had and helped us in our favor. Liked the whole aesthetic of the hotel. Loved the controllable thermostat and fan in the room. The room was full of facilities. While it looked like the room was indeed cleaned and tidied, the floor didn't come off as mopped. Even after coming back to the room consequently a stain that was there since day one was still there. If that wouldn't had happened, the stay would've probably been perfect.
Gilmore (10/5): Perfect spot to explore Amsterdam from! - There is a great convienience store right next door which was perfect for grabbing a cafe and snack before taking the bus into Amsterdam or Centraal Station. Easy to get anywhere! Restaurant closes really early in the evenings.

Oksana (10/5): - В номере была кофемашина, правда капсульная, но тоже замечательно, чтобы утром в номере попить кофе, никуда не выбегая), в ванной оказался тёплый пол, что стало приятной неожиданностью, моему любимому очень понравилось одеяло, оно было огромное и очень тёплое. Также большим плюсом оказался магазинчик продуктов прямо напротив отеля.

Vesovic (5/5): The bed was the best. The staff was the worst - The bed was one of the best I've ever slept on. The bathroom was nice. Staff was very unpleasant. Both at the reception and bar. Majority of the people i interacted with in the Netherlands were awesome, very polite, and pleasant to talk to but the staff at this hotel was complete opposite. It really left a negative overall experience for me

Olha (8/5): Непоганий готель, враховуючи ціновий сегмент Амстердаму - Найбільше сподобалась наявність ванної та працівниця Ксенія, що допомогла вирішити всі виниклі проблеми та привітала з днем народження. Поруч є зупинка автобусу, магазин та непоганий ресторан в самому готелі. Пробка для ванної була зломана і це не зміг вирішити персонал, просто лишили як є і зігнуту ложку. Допомогла лише українка Ксенія, яка все ще раз перевірила та замінила нам номер зі справною сантехнікою. Тому готелю мінус за це.

Pirkko (9/5): Hotell oli ilus, linna sai kenasti ühistranspordiga. Hommikusöök väga laia valikuga ja maitsev. - Hommikusöök oli väga maitsev ja mitmekesine. Toas oli vahepeal liiga kuum, ei saanud reguleerida korralikult konditsioneeri.
Federico (8/5): - Camera funzionale, letto comodo e confortevole. Colazione ben assortita con prodotti di buona qualità. Posizione un po' isolata, ma in contesto residenziale piacevole e silenzioso. Ben collegata coi mezzi pubblici: autobus nr 18 (fermata davanti all'hotel) oppure tram nr 2 (a 10 minuti a piedi di distanza).

Sam (5/5): Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is waardeloos hier - Als ik echt iets moet noemen; de matras was ok Hygiëne laat veel te wensen over. Het is gewoon niet schoon. Daarnaast hanger er allemaal blowende mensen (veelal toeristen) bij de ingang. Het ligt onwijs afgelegen en het ontbijt is ook maar zo zo. Maar het aller aller ergste…. Ze rekenen prijzen die ik bij een radison blue, Novotel en andere grote higher end ketens gewend ben. Het is het totaal niet waard

Ideler (6/5): Not again because of above - Room was fine The hotel cannot provide a proper invoice and i do not care if it is booked via booking.com. My co worker Hannah Crane staying the same nioght 15-16 of April still cannot get an invoice. This is extremely bad. She called twice. Had to-again- send an email and did get an answer with no invoice. We travel for business every week in various hotels and this is just no good service. So please provide!!!!!!

Svitlana (9/5): - The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The interior felt a bit soulless, though. We stayed with my husband and our two children, and we were surprised by the unusual room setup — there were four very tall single beds lined up along one wall.
