• ALEJANDRO (5/5): MALA POR LA FALTA DE AGUA Y SIN RESTAURANTE - el restaurant cerrado por que la persona no trabajo, la picina nunca la encontre NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE EN LA REGADERA. AUNQUE SOLICITE FUERA REPARADA DESDE EL PRIMER DIA, NUNCA FUE RESUELTO ASI QUE A BAÑARSE COMO PERRO CON AGUA FRIA. ESO FUE LO PEOR
• Ornella (7/5): Bien para una noche - Lo elegimos para pasar una noche y tenia aire acondicionado y ventilador, baños y cama limpia. No usamos la pileta pero se veía muy bien. La atención y comunicación con el personal del lugar fue muy fluida. Que nos toco por una sola noche (llegando 2 am) una habitación en el fondo. Tarde mas en llegar y en volver a comprar agua, que lo que dormí 🤣. La zona donde esta ubicado no es muy pintoresca, pero fácil acceso a puerto juarez.

Al llegar al hotel y al cobrarme me hicieron un cargo adicional de un impuesto que no estaba específicado en la página.o sea me cobraron 2 impuestos. Segundo no había agua caliente en el baño

• Pâris (5/5): Hôtel à éviter - Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre 1 heure afin de faire notre Check-in. On pourrait croire que nous sommes arrivés à un moment de rush mais pourtant il était minuit. Hotel très loin des plages. Tentures presque transparentes et salle de bain miteuse. Cet hôtel est bien uniquement pour dormir et pour les personnes qui se fichent du confort.

• Lynchee (8/5): Nice rooms for a short stay. Friendly staff. - The room was beautiful and clean, quiet. The location was fine for my needs as it was my last night in Cancun however it was not a nice area to walk around. The saving grace was the amazing pizza joint across the street. The staff were amazing during the rain storm they warned me that it would be very wet to go to my room as there were hurricane like winds and the centre of the building is open. I stayed in the lobby until it passed. The rain made the pool area flooded and it was slippery so I didn't feel comfortable climbing the three sets of wet stairs after the storm. I left my baggage in the entry overnight and piced it up in the morning.

• giles (3/5): Motel. Not boutique. They even ration the scratchy toilet paper - Bed was ok. Reachable to the port The cost was £68pn, the second most expensive in Mexico, but the service was worth £20pn. This cost was for a small room! The hotel concrete is crumbling. The floor tiles are lose and the sharp edges cut my foot. The surroundings are 2 very noisy roads - not even a nice location. I had to go down to reception and ask for toilet paper. They then went to a side room and got me a single roll of scratchy paper. The bathroom door didn't close. The staff were unwelcoming and spent most of the time getting me to sign up two rules sang no smoking, no alcohol, no losing the key. (I speak Spanish so there is no excuse for lack of pleasantries) . The room had a little bit of mould. When we asked reception for a cab, the receptionist told us to wait outside and flag one ourselves.

• Weronika (5/5): - Dłuższy spacer (nie trzeba brać taxi) do portu, z którego wypływa prom na Isla Muheres. Na recepcji można kupić wodę. W pokojach pachnie stęchlizną. Wokół, w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru, nic nie ma, jedna knajpa. Hotel jest położony przy drodze szybkiego ruchu, w pokojach słychać cały czas hałas z ulicy. Restauracja hotelowa była zamknięta. W pokojach nie było ciepłej wody. Generalnie hotel powinien być dużo tańszy.

• Martina (8/5): Na přespání. - Poloha v dojezdové vzdálenosti od Zóna Hotelera, čisté, bazén, denní úklid, parkování. Na dvě maximálně tři noci s autem. Na pokoji žádný stůl, židle, rychlovarná konvice,ramínka do skříně museli přinést. Holobyt, postele a nic. Na požádání přinesli. Docela hluk z ulice. Neustále zablokovaná pokojová karta na otevření dveří, museli na recepci aktivovat a to běháte nahoru a dolů, pokud jste v patře a v druhé budově. Samé zákazy, jak v celém Mexiku.

• Meghan (7/5): Convenient, comfortable but a bit loud... - The hotel was comfortable, well located and convenient with the breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful. The biggest issue was having music on at the pool 24/7, so I couldn't sleep well. When I called to mention this at the late hours, they said it was programmed so unable to turn it off. This was a let down and really my only complaint.
• Edyta (3/5): Nikt mnie tam nie chciał. - Dach nad głową. Lokalizacja, bardzo wysoki taryfikator dopłat, brak jasnego regulaminu, brak transferu nawet z dworca autobusowego. Brak komfortu bezpieczeństwa w pokoju. Robaki pod prysznicem. Okna mają wyjście na wewnętrzny korytarz/taras. Obsługa nie weryfikowała osób wchodzących na teren hotelu.

• Liuba (5/5): Un hôtel pas cher à cancun - L’hôtel est confortable et la piscine agréable. Le personnel, on m’a refusé une fourchette et on ne pouvait pas non plus laisser nos bagages à la réception ni profiter de la piscine en attendant notre vol. La télé de la piscine passe de la musique en boucle même la nuit. Les rideaux n’occulte rien et la lumière du couloir reste allumée toute la nuit. Le quartier ne vend clairement pas du rêve non plus.

• alain (1/5): Terracaribe clerk demanding 500 pesos to wait at the poolside. - I arrived at the hotel at 13hr. Check in is at 15hr. So I ask for them to hold my bags while I wait for my room at the poolside, like I usually do ( I am a customer for the last ten years). The clerc refused and said I have to pay extra 500 pesos to wait for the room near the pool. I refused and cancel the reservation. I then booked at hotel Parador where they let me use the pool while waiting for my room. They also kept my bags while I was waiting. In conclusion, I am very disapointed by the attitude of the clerk at the office at hotel Terracaribe. I will not go to Terracaribe anymore.
