- Thomas Wingfai (10/5): Will pick as my first choice to stay on my next visit to Hong Kong. - Room has a good view and enough spaces for the guest. The hotel is closed to the park provides convenience for guest to have a spread. Convenience for guest to go anywhere within Hong Kong by train, MTR or bus. The hotel is inside the business complex creating high population and traffic every places. Prices are on the high side, not cheap but reasonable.

- Peter (6/5): OK for short stay. - Room is reasonably clean and comfortable. Staff are nice. We didn't use the restaurant for breakfast because of the high price for what it is. Overall, what what we expect from a 5 star hotel. It's more like a 3 - 4 stars.

We had no cutlery and the matress was way too hard. There is also a distinct lack of a club lounge for a 5 star hotel and usually when paying for a suite, breakfast is included.

Due to the war in the Middle East, our flights were at risk and we had to extend our stay and book another flight to get back to the UK. Rody Ma was exceptional in her help to extend our stay at this establishment and gave us peace of mind and solved our problem very efficiently. Thank you Rody!

- Travel01180521795 (10/5): Excellent Concierge Service - It was my second time for staying. It was sad, we cannot enjoy the swimming pool as it closed on March 16. Many thanks to Billy, Lewis and Jack from Concerige team. Billy is very friendly and also share some travel experience with us. Lewis is very responsible to accommodate our need for renting the bike ride. Jack is very helpful and responsible for ensure the bikes are in good condition. We enjoyed the bike ride along the riverside. Please make sure only ride with bikes sign allowed in the park.

- David Lai (10/5): Great stay 👍 - Wonderful stay, I was greeted warmly and my check-in was perfect. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I was gifted a diary and birthday card as the lady checking me in noticed my birthday was near, it was a pleasant gesture. I had left my whole wallet of credit cards and Identity documents in the room and was immediately contacted before my flight so I was able to pick them up before heading to the airport. Definitely reccomend this hotel, trustworthy staff and great service. Clean rooms. 5/5. Booked again for the coming August with my family this time. Nothing to dislike!

The only lacking point was the breakfast, it's not cheap, but lack of food selection, some staff weren't that polite, a bit disappointing for a 5-star hotel.
- lindawO6513SE (2/5): Mouldy and damp smell - There is an issue with mould and ventilation at this hotel. All along the corridors there are dehumidifiers and inside each room there is an air purifier machine. The building has a dampness issue you can smell it when you enter the rooms. We asked to change rooms and still had that problem. Eventually we changed hotels, forfeiting 3 nights stay as both husband and I were coughing. We went with another 2 families - they also complained about the mouldy smell but didn't cough like we did. I would not recommend this hotel if you have underlying lung/heart problems. It clearly has a dampness issue, you don't need air purifiers in each room and dehumidifiers along the corridors if you don't. Our new hotel was fine, no smell and did not need dehumidifiers etc

- dyhx (10/5): Great stay! - Chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Science Park, a 15 mins drive away. I love that it's connected to New Town Plaza Mall via a sheltered linked bridge on L3. The mall is huge, with many F&B options, supermarket and even a cinema. It is however far from typical tourist areas in the Kowloon side, approximately 30 mins by Uber which is rather costly in HKG. The mall is connected to the metro (Sha Tin station on the East Rail blue line), a more affordable means of transport but a longer travel time. The room is spacious by HKG standards, though the bathroom is small, typical of hotel rooms in HKG. The bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking. In general, the room is clean and well maintained and looks fairly new. The standing shower is a good size with a showerhead of strong water pressure. However the toilet bowl doesn't flush too well and requires multiple flushes to clear properly. they don't provide bottled water but there's dispenser at every level. The swimming pool is an odd-shaped but good size, I love that it's heated so a swim is possible even when the weather is cold. While the pool is technically outdoors, most part of it is sheltered, which makes it good for a swim in mid day too. note that it's closed for a few hours in the day for cleaning. The breakfast is a good spread, including a live local noodles station. The staff are friendly and full of smiles, from the gentlemen at the doors, the front desk, to the concierge and housekeeping lady. I appreciate that they noted my preferences and assigned a room that matched it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will be happy to stay here again if I needed to be in this area.

Connected to the MTR, and two phases of shopping malls. A laundromat is available nearby as well. Rooms are very spacious, can fit a small family comfortably. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well. There are great eateries around the area, including humble HK coffee shops. There are outdoor parks nearby as well, that are connected by the shopping malls. They are open till night time and are very safe and a great way to end the night. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking for a good connection between the New Territories and Kowloon/HK area. I cant say I disliked anything at all about this place. I was very satisfied with the service and the hotel overall.

The room was spacious, quiet and very clean. Numerous standard plugs and USB/USB-C ports available bedside/tables. All staff I interacted with were polite and friendly.

Easy to reach from airport by bus which stops right outside the premises. On leaving, big shout out to the concierge with glasses who took our luggage right up to the bus stop and even checked the timetable for us! The views from the bus on the way back to the airport were spectacular. Nice gym and pool facilities as well. 24/7 gym would be preferable
