Le lit était très confortable, ce qui a rendu le séjour plus agréable, et le petit déjeuner était très bien avec un bon choix. La chambre était malheureusement très bruyante car coté route, entre le bruit de la route et les voisins que l'on entendait facilement ( isolation phonique assez limitée). Le petit déjeuner était également un peu trop bondé. avec les tables très serrées et une impression d'être les uns sur les autres.

Znajduje się w odnowionej kamienicy- widok z naszego okna - na kamienice obok - natomiast umilały go dwa piękne koty wygrzewające się na balkonie. Pokój bardzo ładny, czysty, duża łazienka. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Dostępny sejf. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, natomiast jadalnia malutka. Byliśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeni. Nie mamy zastrzeżeń.

- Journey55707191777 (2/5): Security Breach and poor customer service - I received a message from the hotel that they had a security breach and as a result my personal data was shared. This is bad enough but to make things worse when i contacted them to ask them to remove all my personal information and credit card details and to cancel my booking they did not respond. I have tried to contact them twice. In the meantime i have received a number of spam messages. Hotel Serhs have taken no respinsibility for this. Extremely unprofessional!

Zgomotoase usile de la camere atunci cand se deschid /inchid. Zona de mic dejun destul de ingusta. La etajul 7 se aude un zgomot de la lift.

La colazione veramente la cosa più meravigliosa che abbiamo mai visto. In camera abbiamo trovato come benvenuto dei cioccolatini acqua e una bottiglia di vino. Ci sono anche bollitore e tisane, inoltre in bagno troverete shampoo balsamo , sapone per le mani e crema per il corpo, spazzolino cuffia per la doccia , ciabattine di cortesia . Il personale è estremamente gentile , accoglienti e disponibili. È stato un soggiorno meraviglioso Tutto perfetto

- Bogdan (10/5): - Odličan hotel za obilazak Barselone, nalazi se vrlo blizu centra i iz njega se možete vrlo lako kretati u svim smerovima prema gradu odnosno prema atrakcijama jer je vrlo blizu metroa L3 i L2. Hotel je stvarno premašio naša očekivanja, pogotovo u pogledu doručka. Sva hrana koja se služi je vrlo kvalitetna i sveža, ima svega, pa čak i cedjeni sok od pomorandže što nije uobičajeno za hotel sa 3 zvezdice. Što se tiče osoblja, svi su ljubazni i vrlo uslužni. Prilikom dolaska, dobili smo u sobi personalizovanu poruku dobrodišlice kao i vino i vodu na račun hotela. Vrlo lep gest, za pohvalu! Čak nam je recepcioner nabavio grejalicu jer smo se požalili da je u sobi malo hladno. Nije nam se svideo premali prostor za restoran, sve je prilično skučeno i teško se mimoilazi sa ostalim gostima.
