The lounge was awesome, and I enjoyed that I could drink tea from the lounge using the pot in the room. The price for the day-of booking was a little high, but not too much so. Honestly, there was not much I didn't like about this hotel.

The location was good, and not crazy at night. The Akasaka station was close, with no need to walk up and down the hill because there is a public elevator. The room only had a shower. After walking far more than we were used to it would have been nice to take a bath tub to soak.

- Miguel Ricardo (8/5): Buen hotel muy cerca al instituto Goethe - Dado que me quedé en ese hotel porque tenía que tomar un examen en el Instituto Goethe, definitivamente fue eso lo que más me gustó. Me ahorro mucho tiempo y energía para rendir satisfactoriamente ese examen. Hablando del hotel en sí, las habitaciones son cómodas, en especial la cama, y es un buen detalle que permite que uno se quede en el ambiente al costado del lobby (donde uno puede desayunar) después del check-out. Es un buen lugar para relajarse usando la laptop, leyendo, etc. Aunque es inevitable, para llegar al hotel hay que subir una colina bastante pronunciada de la cual no hay escapatoria. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que no sirvan jugo de naranja en el desayuno. Eso debería ser básico para cualquier tipo de desayuno. Y algunos miembros del staff no son muy amigables (no todos obvio, pero al menos pude contar 3 de ellos, incluyendo quien me hizo el check-in).

I wrote several emails and was told it would be taken care of but at the hotel they said they couldn't change the reservation. I lost one night fees and had to pay for the other day. Your reservations are not helpful. The hotel itself is fine. It is not within walking distance to many restuarants.

- masako (9/5): 価格が安く、ホテル内は快適だった - ラウンジの飲み物が豊富、空間もゆったりしていた ミニパンケーキのサービスがあり、嬉しかった 部屋のシャワーが、とても良かった 浴槽はないが、シャワーで十分快適さを味わえた 赤坂駅から少し遠く、急な坂道がきつかった
- Carla (7/5): Hotel de precio moderado bastante céntrico para ser Tokio - Había café y té gratis, y todos los días ponían un snack diferente para coger libremente, los recepcionistas eran muy atentos y nos ayudaron con el takkyubin, habitación bastante grande. Buena ubicación. Se veía un poco viejo, el baño se veía antiguo, y no hacían la cama todos los días.

- キキ (8/5): - チェックイン、アウト共にスムーズで時間がかからず良かった。清潔な部屋、快適な温度管理で、静かな環境に満足した。 フロントでアメニティとティーパックをもらい、部屋でお茶を飲みたかったが、電気ポットに入れる水がどこにあるかわからず、自販機でお茶を買うことにした。氷はとても良かったが、ウォーターサーバーも一緒に設置して欲しかった。

- 万貴 (8/5): - 部屋が清潔で綺麗で落ち着けました。受付のところに珈琲マシーンが有ったのが嬉しかったです。 朝ごはんの先着無料キャンペーンなどの案内を教えて貰えてなく、チェックアウトの時に立札を見て知る形になったのが残念でした。

- Kay (9/5): - The room was a great size and the bathroom was a normal walk in bathroom - not a capsule. The initial walk up the hill was a little daunting but was good exercise after dinner each night. As we didn't take the breakfast option we were not able to access the lounge area during the period they were serving breakfast. The only place to sit was in a small area at reception and a lot of times were surrounded by tour groups waiting to leave for the day. Great having a laundry room but I think the dryers need replacing as they take a long time to dry the clothes

- Jocelyn (8/5): Good value clean hotel in good location to access the subway - Very good location although up a hill but there is a lift to avoid this. Coffee and tea always available in the lobby. Nice staff. Decent room. Clean. Reasonable price. Very hard painful mattress.

Coffee, tea and treats in the lobby were appreciated. Mini frig, kettle , hairdryer and good soap, shampoo etc were in the room. I missed having windows that open. Room got a little stuffy.

- 霜崎 (5/5): まあまあ - 朝食のスクランブルエッグ、クロワッサンが美味しかったです。 クロワッサンをトースターで温めましたが食べるときには冷めていて温めて無い時とほぼ同じだったのが残念でした。 ちょっと部屋が狭いのでテーブルがコーナーにあり変形していたのでミラーも斜めでお化粧品もしづらかったですし、書き物も狭くて使いづらかったです。 枕が固かったです。 パジャマはセパレートタイプ？だと足元がはだけてしまうのでズボンの方が良いです。

- Masanori (5/5): アクセス良好 - スタッフが丁寧でした。立地が良かったです。 空調が全然効かなくて寒かったです。シャワーの水圧も不十分でした。トイレットペーパーホルダーの位置が悪くてとても取りづらかったです。
