- Sophia (8/5): Perfect propert for passengers of Haneda airport - The property was well located, short distance from a metro station and convenience stores. There is a free shuttle bus service to the airport which runs every half hour, it was quick and efficient and staff were friendly. The self check in machines are available making checking in and out seamless and fast. The room was a good size supplied with a small kitchen area good shower and comfortable bed. There were a few hairs in the bed and in the bathroom which made us question the cleanliness of the room, but no other signs of dirt.

- Gaynor (8/5): Great, convenient place to stay near Haneda airport, would stay there again. - Great hotel well located near the airport, near Anamori Inari train station on the Haneda Keikyu line. Lots of convenience stores & Fuji supermarket nearby. Room was small but adequate & very clean, breakfast buffet had a good selection, mostly Japanese style but healthy & tasty. The airport shuttle operates mostly to take people to the airport, and was not available for pickup when we arrived at 6 am so we took a taxi. Shuttle service to the airport runs on a timetable but is a very good service Window in our room couldn't be opened as the handle was missing. The bed had a quilt on it which was too warm for sleeping so suggest to ask for an extra sheet to give options.
- Samantha (2/5): - I would not recommend this hotel we only booked this for the free shuttle turns out the shuttle closes at 11 so if you had a later flight it didn’t matter which I read that it comes ever 30 minutes which is wrong It’s not the cleanest and the shuttles are deceiving

- Sibo (8/5): Amazing Hotel - What I liked most about this hotel was how incredibly friendly and accommodating the front desk team was. Our flight was delayed and we arrived much later than expected, but after sending them a message, they handled everything perfectly and made our late check-in completely stress-free. The hotel was also conveniently close to a train station, and one of the receptionists took the time to thoroughly help us navigate the train system, which made getting around Tokyo so much easier. Another thing we loved was how close the hotel was to many local restaurants and convenience stores, making it very easy to grab food or anything we needed at any time. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. There wasn't really anything not to like

- YuChing (8/5): - 地點離機場真的很近，房間就看得到飛機起降。飯店有安排機場接駁車，記得提前十五分鐘去排隊，不然會客滿，司機的服務非常周到，日文英文聲道超流利。因為有買一個蛋糕需要冷凍，但房間裡的冰箱沒有冷凍庫，所以飯店人員請我拿到隔壁隔壁棟的west wing櫃台借冰，感謝他們的包容。 早餐菜色也算多了，但空間稍微比較擠

- Ernest (5/5): Convient Location but dated hotel. Only good for a night or two max. - Close to airport if you have a morning flight. Hotel is dated, needs a refurbishment. Clean bed and room. Annoyed that my bus came earlier than expected and left without me. I had to sit the taxi to airport costing around $20. The hotel taxi driver drove so fast I got sick, and he was rather rude as well, wants cash only.

- Jamalia (10/5): Comfortable clean and relaxing - The staff were great. The room was fantastic clean and enough space to do what I needed. Would highly recommend this to anyone Not much around near the hotel to see or do but was nice and close to the airport

- Sonomi (8/5): 便利 - 空港への往復バスが便利だった。係の方がスーツケースの積み下ろしをしてくれて助かった。 大浴場か温泉があればもっと良かった。
- Kanji (7/5): - ロケーションが良かった。あと羽田空港シャトルバスが便利。 接客が丁寧、備えつけのコーヒーが美味しかった。 ボトルウォーターのサービスがあればもっとよかった。
