- Holikov (1/5): - Location Honest opinion. The decor is very dated, and even though it was cold outside, there was absolutely no way to heat the rooms (no air conditioning or heater). The floor was dirty; it was impossible to walk barefoot. There wasn’t even any water in the room. I understand all that, but for €130 a night there were plenty of much better options, and it was my mistake to choose this one.

- Julien (1/5): Une expérience catastrophique - Cet endroit n'a rien d'un palace, bien au contraire. Nous avons eu une chambre qui n'était pas dans le bâtiment principal. La chambre donnait directement sur une rue : on ouvrait la porte de la chambre et on se retrouvait sur le trottoir. Pendant la nuit, on avait l'impression d'être dans une tente sur l'autoroute, tellement tous les passages de voitures faisaient trembler la porte et la chambre. Autant dire que la nuit a été très compliquée.... Autre mauvaise surprise : la chambre était remplie de moucherons, dans la salle de bains, dans la chambre, y compris dans le lit. Il y avait une prise avec insecticide branchée dans le logement : l'hôtel était donc parfaitement au courant de cette invasion de moucherons, mais loue cette chambre sans même en informer les vacanciers. C'est honteux de proposer une chambre pareille, à ce tarif là.

- Freedman (1/5): not what i paid for or booked! - Was told my reservation was going to be 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. THEIR WAS NO TWIN BED IN THE ROOM ONLY A QUEEN BED. So my son didn't have where to sleep! The pictures on the site were not accurate either! The bed was not comfortable at all! This NOT A HOTEL! It is apartments for rent! No shampoo or soap in the bathroom! the cleanliness. The lighting

- Mecheri (4/5): Aspettative disattese - La posizione è buona. In 15 minuti si è nei posti principali. Colazione presso il bar convenzionato piu che soddisfacente e forse l'unica vera nota positiva. Staff non all'altezza. Poca chiarezza nelle spiegazioni . Mi è stato detto che il lettino dell'appartamento nella zona soggiorno non era previsto che fosse preparato dalla struttura. Ho dovuto farlo in autonomia. Appartamento era freddo con un sistema di riscaldamento mal funzionante . L'acqua calda del rubinetto del bagno non funzionante. Nell'insieme esperienza negativa .

- Wayne (10/5): Convenient location, clean rooms and great staff! - It was in a great location and not very far from the centre of Florence. A nice easy walk to get to and from. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a laundry for free use which was great to have fresh clean clothes. The lady on reception was wonderful. There is a supermarket very close by which was very handy. Great value for money! We had a beautiful view from the room and other great views from the top level that we were on. Highly recommend staying here.
- Jean-Charles (6/5): Excellent emplacement mais froid et bruyant - L’emplacement dans Florence, très proche du centre mais suffisamment loin de la cohue. Très bruyant car porte du studio donnant directement sur la route et les passants ,très froid (le radiateur supplémentaire est tombé en panne mais impossible de le remplacer selon la personne à l’accueil), pas possible non plus de régler l’air conditionné pour la température. Il fallait attendre très très longtemps pour avoir de l’eau chaude dans la douche Petite Télévision accrochée au mur de travers avec très mauvaise réception de signal.

Appartamento su due piani fantastico e spazioso. Colazione da fare al bistrò proprio sotto l'hotel eccezionale ! Sicuramente ci torneremo

Éramos 7, tiene una cama matrimonial, dos sillón cama, para dos personas cada uno y dos camas más en una habitación por escalera. El lavarropas y secarropas no está en el departamento.

- Tonia (3/5): - La posizione è ottima, centrale e comoda per raggiungere negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni. La tassa di soggiorno non era inclusa nella tariffa indicata e questo non era chiaramente specificato nella prenotazione. Nella mia esperienza, molte altre strutture includono già questa tassa nel prezzo totale mostrato su Booking, oppure lo indicano in modo molto esplicito. Non è tanto la cifra in sé il problema, quanto la mancanza di trasparenza sul prezzo finale, che può creare disagio agli ospiti. Sarebbe utile che la struttura specificasse meglio questo aspetto nella pagina di prenotazione, così da evitare fraintendimenti con i clienti. Inoltre, la pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare.

- Simona (7/5): - Nel complesso, la mia esperienza in questo B&B non è stata delle migliori. Il personale l’ho trovato piuttosto freddo e poco accogliente non c’è stata particolare attenzione verso il cliente. Inoltre, a mio parere, è risultato anche poco preparato. La stanza, invece, era molto bella abbiamo soggiornato nell’attico, che è davvero suggestivo. Purtroppo però l’ho trovato trascurato e non particolarmente curato nei dettagli. Ci sono stata solo una volta, quindi questa è semplicemente la mia impressione personale.

- Michela (4/5): - Posizione centrale ed appartamento grande con due bagni. Soffitto pieno di zanzare morte si vede schiacciate da qualcuno che ha soggiornato prima di noi. Non funzionava la chiave di accesso alla struttura , siamo rimasti chiusi fuori la sera, menomale che sono entrate delle studenti che alloggiavano lì e siamo riusciti a entrare dopo mezz’ora lì fuori, e diciamo che poi con difficoltà e qualche incomprensione.siamo riusciti a risolvere il giorno dopo questo problema delle chiavi,altrimenti sarebbe stato difficoltoso sia il soggiorno e sia dormire con la porta aperta tutta la notte.

- Marguerite (8/5): Just by chance my husband & I stayed here in 2009. - It was a good location for us. Close to the Centrale Market which was amazing. There were a lot of people around and lots of locals. We were a group or seven people and had two apartments. Neither place had a large enough seating area for us all to gather.

- PAOLA (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo... perfetta la posizione, la pulizia, ma alcune cose da rivedere - Bene ma non benissimo direi Ottima la posizione, centralissimo, 7 posti per parcheggio ma nel caso garage a 400 mt comodissimo. colazione inclusa con voucher da riscattare al bar sotto, nel nostro caso dovendo alzarci presto siamo passati la sera prima e ci hanno dato tutto il necessario. nella stanza microonde, bollitore, lavastoviglie purtroppo abbiamo sofferto il freddo. fine novembre, praticamente poca differenza di temperatura tra fuori e dentro, non c'erano coperte pesanti nell'armadio, e non essendoci reception continua non abbiamo avuto un supporto. abbiamo dovuto dormire vestiti con maglioni e calzettoni doccia guasta, che non permetteva di scegliere se usare doccino o soffione... è stato fatto presente e ci hanno risposto "si lo sappiamo che è rotto" nonostante la zona centrale sia top se vuoi riposare bene non è perfetta perchè molto rumorosa. per tutta la notte si sentono compagneie di persone sia in strada che negli appartamenti accanto (all'1 di notte abbiamo dovuto bussare ai vicini per chiedere di abbassare la voce)

- Sophie (7/5): Good location and apartment - The room was large and spacious and in a great location. The reception was really friendly and looked after our luggage until we could check in. Bathroom was great and shower pressure was good. Big high ceilings. Beds were a little uncomfortable and a worn - the two singles were camp beds that felt a bit like a school trip. The temperature in the apartment was really warm, and a note to say not to adjust the thermostat. Felt like it could do with a little refresh, but overall satisfactory.
- Alan (9/5): Un petit coin de paradis au coeur de Florence - L'appartement du 4 ème étage avec sa terrasse est une vraie merveille , peut être cliché mais la vie sur les toi et les monuments de Florence a grandement participé au plaisir de notre séjour, l'appartement est spacieux les lits confortables et equipé comme il faut , ne vous fiez pas aux avis google on a rien eu a redire sur la propreté ni sur les ascenseurs qui était fonctionnels, nous avons pu avoir la réception a chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin avec un personnel très agreable Le (tout) petit parking disponible pour 6 voiture a 25 euro la journée ( raisonnable pour florence) juste bien penser a réserver avant puisque vous devrez passer par la ztl du coup il faudra vous faire enregistré avant de venir
