- Klaudia (5/5): Noisy, dirty and not worth the money. - The staff at the hotell is exceptionally helpful and polite. They elevated our otherwise bad experience to an acceptable level Firstly, the hotel has some issues with reading off the bookings made through the booking.com. When we arrived I was asked to pay even though I have already made the full payment through the booking.com. Then, I got the wrong room type - i ordered a suite but got sent to a regular room. After that the suite i got was not cleaned proper bathroom mirrors had finger marks on, soap container had some odd blood like marks. It was disgusting. The suite itself was towards the street with the levels of noise from the street that did not allow us to sleep - the property windows are not noise cancelling at all, and it is after we all slept with ear pluggs. The breakfast was mediocre to say the least. Poor choice of fruit, no vegan or lactose intolerant food. You had to order everything. The plates were never picked from the tables. All in all, I’d never stay there again.

After a long and delayed flight, at check in and despite showing booking details and payment in advance receipts, there was silent uncertainty and furtive glances and then questions asking me for many other forms of evidence to guarantee that I had actually made the booking. Eventually, upon asking someone else to help, my booking was easily found. It was a very distressing experience. Lots of advertising hype claims this hotel is great. It is perfectly ok but not amazing. I paid a lot for a room that was clean and fine, and certainly not what I’d imagined. Experience with desk staff was really bad.

- John (7/5): Great as always except the lift issue causing a lot of time delays each time was extremely poor knowing the 2nd broken d - Balcony view on river front, nice hotel in general and 3rd stay there. One lift out of Two in the wing we was on had one lift out of order and apparently it had been like that for at least two weeks with no sign of it being fixed during the third week we was there and took ages waiting to go up each time and to go down took over ten minutes for the lift to teach us at it stopped at most floors and by time it got to us it was jammed packed as they aren’t big lifts plus they wasn’t exactly the fastest travelling lifts ever been in didn’t help the situation. Only reason not rated as is usual high scores as this was just unacceptable and no excuse for the 2nd lift to be out of action that long. They need to put newer more reliable faster lifts that use card swipe for your floor outside the lift before you get in like they have at the newer art otel in Hoxton owned by the same group.

Many hard marks on the surface that could - The view The breakfast buffet tasted ok but wasn’t hot….the food was barely warm. Also you had to get your own coffee from a machine. Most 4 star hotels have a person that brings your coffee to the table. The towels in the bathroom were very rough, not soft at all. Their room service menu for their full English breakfast listed black pudding was available to order . When I asked the guest relations person they said they don’t have black pudding. They shouldn’t advertise it if they don’t have. Seeing I paid for a suite with a river view & balcony I expected better quality & service for a 4 star rated hotel.

- Ylva Cristina (7/5): - Läget och restaurangen var fantastiskt! Vi bokade just detta för att ha tillgång till pool för barnen. Väl där så var det svårt att boka tid till poolen. Personalen var behjälplig och vi hittade tider, men det begränsade flexibiliteten och därför badade vi bara en gång. Poolen var också mer lämpad för vuxna. Trevligt med flera bastu ändå.

Менеджеры Jedelle и Erik сделали все возможное для нашего хорошего прибывания в отеле. У моей супруги был день рождения и нам повысили уровень комнаты и сделали позднее выселение в 13.00 в подарок.

- Darryl (1/5): - The building has some nice features and the decorations inside that are fantastic. Brilliant views from the executive lounge over looking the river. Some staff do lack basic manners. Whilst using the shower after swimming, whilst still in the shower in the changing room it became flooded so a female cleaner walked into the male changing rooms to de flood, not a nice experience! There's two lifts outside our room that go upto the 12th floor for the executive lounge, after stood waiting for 20 minutes the lift we decided to had to walk up the stairs! 9th to 12th floor, lifts apparently broken. Breakfast time was an utter joke!!!!! We went upstairs first, thinking it would be nicer, with the view in executive lounge. Its a buffet breakfast but no veggie sausages so we ordered two and was told wont be long which was fine sonwe waited with a coffee. Some 50 minutes!!!!!!!!!! later they finally arrived( apparently the deep fat fryer wasnt working) The toaster had been removed as that wasnt working so you could have bread but no toast but was working when we walked in 50 minutes beforehand. After asking several waiters where food was, eg croissants, hash browns, they would just give a blank stare, ignore us, walk into the kitchen and come back and look busy!! We arrived for breakfast at 9am, breakfast is on until 11am. Later, after another 20 minutes what looked like a manager came upstairs and we again asked if some c croissants were due to be brought out and he said they have to get them sent up from the downstairs buffet area at Chino Latino restaurant to the Executive Lounge! After been advised the previous day that the executive lounge buffet breakfast has the same breakfast experience as the downstairs Chino Latino we went downstairs to finish off our breakfast which is 12 flights!! Downstairs at the Chino Latino restaurant it was a much better experience and did have everything required and the staff were much nicer. Nice fancy touch button AC in our room that didn't work and didnt realise this until during the night when our room was like a sauna when we tried to put it on! It just blows out warm air!

- FRANCESCA (7/5): Great for a family treat in London. - All the staff were wonderful. The rooms felt a bit tired, but we had a fantastic view. The room service was fairly priced and tasty. The swimming pool was hugely appreciated by my son! Thank you for looking after us :-) The pillows were a bit lumpy and the shampoo bottle didn’t work in the bath. The lifts took ages as we were on 17th floor.

A lift was broken and apparently had been broken for days, so waiting for the one operating lift was frustrating. Requested more milk for room but that never arrived.

- Nicojvj (9/5): Wonderful Family Stay with Amazing River Views and onsite SPA with swimming pool - We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade to a river view! The room was incredibly spacious for London standards and even included a small kitchen. The Executive Lounge on the 12th floor offers a fantastic view—we really enjoyed having breakfast there. A special shout-out to the very friendly staff who kindly took a photo of our whole family. Having an onsite swimming pool and spa was also a massive bonus and the perfect way to relax after a long day of walking around the city. The room description mentioned a complimentary Elemis kit, but it wasn't in our room. When we asked about it, we were told it had been discontinued. I'd highly recommend updating the room descriptions on Booking.com so future guests have accurate expectations.
