- Maik (5/5): Der Service war nicht so gut. Die Aussicht schön - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Housekeeping sehr gründlich. Die Lage ist schön und die Aussicht sehr gut Das Frühstück war jeden Tag exakt gleich. Die Auswahl war nicht zufriedenstellend und sehr westlich gehalten obwohl man ja in Japan etwas japanisches erwartet. Das japanische Frühstück im Keller hingegen war sehr teuer und nicht lohnenswert. Bei Ankunft wurden wir weggeschickt mit der Begründung der Check In sei nicht offen. Uns wurde nach einer 20 h Reise noch nochmal ein Glas Wasser angeboten und ein Bereich, in dem man warten kann. Zudem mussten wir anschließend unser Gepäck selbst in unser Zimmer (27. Etage) bringen. Während unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir beobachten, wie jedem das Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde.

While I’m understanding of cultural differences, it was a shame that a tiny 2 inch tattoo on my significant other’s forearm prevented us from being able to use the spa facilities. Even when offer to cover up with make up or a wrap :(

J'aurais aimé savoir à l'avance, lors du check-in, qu'il y aurait une taxe de séjour et son montant totale.
- Ferhat (6/5): - Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Zimmer wurde teils 2 mal täglich sauber gemacht. Die Unterkunft war ganz okey, für über 500€ pro Nacht erwartet man aber schon etwas mehr Luxus, die Zimmer sind sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen, dafür immernoch so einen Wucher Preis zu verlangen find ich nicht fair. Die premium Lounge die wir hatten hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht, jedoch lies das buffet zu wünschen übrig. Viel Auswahl gibt es nicht. Gebäck wird nicht frisch geliefert, das schmeckte man sehr stark bei den Croissants raus, Vielfalt gab es auch nicht da jeden Tag dasselbe buffet aufgetischt worden war. Alles in allem würde ich für diesen Preis aufjedenfall woanders nächtigen. Man müsse in Betracht ziehen das ich die Unterkunft Monate voraus gebucht habe. Ein Zimmer pro Nacht in dieser Klasse kostet 1000€ aufwärts. Nicht gerechtfertigt.

- Jason (8/5): hält was der Preis verspricht - Sky-Bar mit Blick auf den Tokio-Tower war unbeschreiblich, aber auch teuer. Wer das nötige Kleingeld hat ist hier sehr gut untergebracht. Es hat sogar eine Bowling Bahn. Die Zimmer waren gross und geräumig, das Bad sauber und die Badewanne hat eine Whirlpool Funktion.

- noah (7/5): - Besonders schön waren die Lobby sowie das Frühstück im obersten Stockwerk mit beeindruckendem Panoramablick. Auch die Bar ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer wirkten auf den Bildern deutlich moderner, weshalb ich vor Ort etwas enttäuscht war. Insgesamt machten sie einen eher in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck. Die Betten waren sauber und grundsätzlich in Ordnung, jedoch war auf den Ablagen sowie im Bad an einigen Stellen Staub zu sehen. Als Schweizer hat mir hier allenfalls teils möglicherweise auch zu hohe Erwartungen?

- Parag (1/5): - We had booked a suite and the Airconditioning never worked. We complained they attended next morning and again at night it stopped working. The staff was not sorry about it and looked like didn’t care. Staff is not trained to communicate with tourist in English. The only language they can talk is Japanese. How does this work in hospitality industry . All money paid down the drain. We could not sleep for two days during our stay .
- Inès (6/5): Below expectations - It’s impossible to deny that the view of Tokyo Tower was breathtaking, although it came at a significant extra cost, of course. The bed was comfortable, the hotel’s location was particularly convenient, and the establishment itself is beautiful and elegant. The room design is clearly not up to the standard expected for this type of establishment: the rooms feel very old-fashioned and outdated. There was also a noticeable lack of cleanliness, particularly on the walls and the bathroom blinds. The breakfast is excessively expensive for what is offered, and the dining area is obviously too small to accommodate all guests. We had to wait around 20 minutes before being seated. The buffet is also poorly organized: some stations, especially the egg station, create long lines that block access to other food items. For a hotel of this standard and at this price point, this is quite unacceptable.

- JOERG (9/5): Very Good but not perfect - Location, Club Level Lounge, prince Suite Room is very spacey with an additional toilet. Bedroom Airco was not possible to lower below 18 degrees, but when putting on 18 degrees the actual temperature in the room was between 22-23 degrees which was not cold enough for a comfortable sleep.

- Wilfried Lahr (8/5): Verbesserungspotential - Großzügige saubere Zimmer. Buffet in der Club-Lunge hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr zentral - neben Tokio-Tower gelegen und auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metro. Wenn die beiden Negativ-Punkte nicht wären, würde ich wieder kommen. Zur "negativen Komfort-Bewertung" die Erklärung: Der Ceck-Out ist um 1 pm. Der Flieger geht um 10 pm. Da man die ganze Woche in der 30. Etage war, also in den Premium-Zimmern und dadurch Zutritt zur Club-Lounge hat, hätte ich mir erwartet dass man dies am letzten Tag nach dem Check-Out auch noch darf. D.h. die Zeit bis einem das Taxi abholt. Aber, NEIN, kostet einen Aufpreis. Leute, wenn man 599.926 JPY für diese Woche zahlt, dann ist es eine Frechheit hier einen Preis für den einen Cafe oder Bier/Wein, was man in der Club-Lounge bezogen hätte zu verlangen !!! Weiters sollte jeder wissen dass vor dem Hotel der Sammelpunkt der Rallyfahrer ist (die man u.a. bei Booking buchen kann). Die Vollpfosten fahren natürlich mit überhöhter Geschwindigkeit weg und dies natürlich im ersten Gang bis zu 10.000 Umdrehungen. Die alten Balkontüren sind für die Art der Schallisolierung nicht gemacht. Also entweder bis 2 in der Nacht jeden Tag mitfahren oder in einer Bar sitzen. ;-).

The location is also fantastic: peaceful, elegant, and relaxing, yet incredibly convenient for exploring Tokyo. It was easy to access trains, restaurants, shopping areas, and major attractions while still feeling away from the chaos of the city. The facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, which made traveling with children much easier. Both adults and kids in our family loved the hotel equally. The atmosphere feels luxurious but warm and welcoming at the same time. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay. The breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of delicious food, high quality ingredients, and a beautiful dining environment. It was the perfect way to start each day in Tokyo. Overall, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Japan. - JEROME (10/5): Choisir l option business lounge .... - Programme busines avec grande chambre au 31eme et lounge speciale du petit dej au diner au 32eme...avec en cas toute la journee, jus, vin, biere et champagne...peu de monde et vue directe sur tokyo tower. Dans ces conditions ces hotels sont tres tres agreables sinon ce dont d enormes lieux impersonnels. Attention certaines chambres sont proches des routes et la nuit les grosses cylindrees jouent a fast and furious entre 23h0o et 4h00 du mat...et lele au 31eme c est insupirtable ! nous avons demandé un changement de coté et la c etait bien. Les chambres ayant un petit balcon les fenetres ne sont pas etanches.

The room is very clean and the amentities provided were the best I had by far. There is also a convenience store located in the hotel which makes buying snacks very accessible. It's hard to find something i didn't like about this property.

Our room was on 18 flour with a balcony and beautiful views to the garden, the Tokyo Tower and the city. The breakfast was with various food choices on the 33 flour with a beautiful view to the city, very nice staff. This was my family’s second visit to Tokyo and on both occasions we stayed at this hotel. The bathroom was slightly outdated but this in no way impacted our pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel.

- Kyoko (9/5): 満足 - 部屋を２部屋取ったが、近くに手配頂きました。 数回の変更に対応頂きありがとうございました。 アメニティにパジャマを記入して欲しかった。セパレート型についても、事前に分かると良かった。 オーブントースターが有れば、買ってきたパンを温められたので便利。
- Anna (9/5): Almost perfect. - Location was perfect. Excellent access to the center of Tokyo and subway. Staff were always ready to help. The fitness area is too small and inconveniently located. Needs to be updated and should be closer to the guest rooms. Pool/spa access should be included in the price of the rooms. Club Lounge breakfast service/ layout is awkward and not logically setup.

- Manfred (9/5): Gutes Hotel für City-Sightseeing - Gute Lage, großes und komfortables, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Bei guter Belegung wird es sehr schnell voll im Frühstücksraum und die Gäste müssen in der Warteschleife (wir zB einmal 20 min) warten bis wir angerufen wurden. Einmal waren wir die Nummer 42.

- Guido (8/5): - Das Personal war super nett, besonders hervorzuheben sind aus unserer Sicht die Koche im hauseigenen Steakhouse, Das war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis Das es keinen Aussenbereich zum rauchen gibt :)
