Staff called cab for us multiple times and always arrived within 5 minutes usually less. The taxi/Uber apps were much much longer. - Susanne (7/5): Unterkunft mit tollem Personal in zentraler Lage. - Unglaublich nettes Personal. Super Lage mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht Mein Einzelzimmer war schon wirklich sehr klein und leider direkt neben dem Aufzug. Es ist alles recht hellhörig. Das Badezimmer wäre für fülligere Personen auf Grund der Konstruktion kaum zu benutzen gewesen. Im Vergleich zu meine Kollegen, hatte ich das schlechteste Einzelzimmer erwischt. Manch andere hätten ein etwas geräumiegres Bad und einen netteren Ausblick.

Great value for your money as a solo travel. When you convert CAN dollar to EurDollar it’s a bit steap. My room was very comfortable. Small but comfortable. It was right by the elevator, so in the morning you can hear everything. That room needs to be sound proof when exactly right by the elevator.

My only caveat was that my small single room did not have a window. I was not expecting a view, but it was eerie not knowing if it were night or day. a window
- Stanislava (5/5): Nezodpovedajuce hodnoteniu a cene - Jedinou vyhodou tohto hotela je poloha priamo v centre a zaroven klud z dovodu umiestnenia vo dvore. Ranajky su velmi slabe. Pecivo je dopeceny mrazeny polotovar. Odporucam neplatit si za ne, ale radsej ist do okolitych podnikov. Na toalete boli zaschnute stopy po predchadzajucich hostoch. Nasledne toaletu ocistili, s jednou handrou, najskor vnutro toalety a potom dosku, uplne nechutne! V izbach pocut uplne vsetko z vedlajsich izieb a z chodby.

La camera (superior) dove ho alloggiato non è insonorizzata e la notte si sentivano i rumori dalla strada e dalle altre camere. L'orario del check out è troppo restrittivo; è previsto che termini alle ore 10,30 e fra l'altro non consente di sfruttare al massimo l'orario entro il quale è permesso fare la colazione, e cioè le 10,30 .

- Kleber (8/5): Amazing location and staff in central Firenze - Very centrally located yet we were not bothered by noise. The staff was the friendliest we could possibly hope for, so very accommodating, gave us a map and nice tips on where to eat. We were able to leave our luggage and explore the city until our check in time. The room was perfectly functional with hot water, a mini fridge, and a towel heater that actually worked (we had 3 hotels before this one fail at that lol). We did not eat breakfast there but from the look, it was good enough with pastries, bread, 3 automatic coffee machines, and quite convenient. Cleaning staff was also very friendly and cleaned everything well. These are not total dealbreakers but notable: The rooms are outdated and need some love. The bathtub doors were old, crusty with limescale buildup (quite common in Italy due to high mineral content in the water) and they would leave a gap even when totally closed, we had to be careful about that so the bathroom wouldn’t flood. We were traveling with an elderly and there were no grab bars or a non-slip mat. The elevators are quite small (but again, not surprising in this ancient area of Italy). Nogle steder trænger måske lidt til en mindre renovering, nok især badefaciliteterne. Det ville være rart med et reelt brusebad i stedet for op i et badekar (hvor man kan bruse sig fra). Det er ikke altid super godt, hvis man fx. er ældre.

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und mein Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war auch völlig in Ordnung für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. O banheiro era muito ruim pra tomar banho, pois para entrar na banheira era muito justo e ela era fácil de escorregar. Era um perigo pra minha avó.

- Ricardo (9/5): Uma boa opção para visitar Florença! - Hotel muito bem localizado. Perto de todas as atrações mas sem que esteja no meio da confusão. As pessoas da recepção são simplesmente impecáveis e sempre disponíveis a ajudar e a dar dicas de bons restaurantes e outros serviços. Um agradecimento especial, também, para a senhora que organiza o pequeno almoço, muito prestável e sempre preocupada. O aquecimento do quarto nem sempre estava a funcionar bem. O pequeno almoço quase não tinha fruta.

By any EU standard, this hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars. Everything is run-down, the furnishings are extremely poor, the walls in the rooms are dirty, the toilet bowls are full of stains, and there are pieces of wall missing in the hallways… the hotel needs a serious renovation or should be downgraded to 2 stars. Not to mention the misleading photos! Breakfast is definitely not worth 15 euros per person. I’ve never had anything so bad and tasteless! I regret believing the reviews on Booking!

I would go back again and again, - Location can’t be better, close to all major attractions in Florence. Very clean, staff super friendly and helpful A little noisy but that is typical of Europe’s historic cities, it can’t be avoided and the noise came mostly from tourists partying at night and walking on the streets all night
