- Rida Bizarre (10/5): Amazing stay at KL - That was my first time in KL, so I was a bit worried how everything would go, but thanks to staff of this hotel, had less worries. Absolutely helpful in every way, kind and hospitable. I really enjoyed the location. China Town is an amazing place to visit and try the foods and buy souvenirs. The pool is great. I enjoyed the breakfast. Every evening I was coming back to my clean room and enjoyed every night at this place. Highly recommend!

Water is provided in glass bottles instead of plastic ones, which is a huge plus point when considering environmental friendliness. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to public transport, which made getting around very convenient. Die An-/Abreise ist durch die tolle Verkehrsanbindung sehr schnell und einfach. Da es direkt an Chinatown liegt hat man alles was man braucht und tolle Streetart direkt vor der Tür. So auch sehr gute Restaurants und Bars. Wir empfehlen hier vor allem das Restaurant Lo & Behold KL sowie das K Fry Suria. Alle großen Transportmittel lagen in wenigen Minuten fußläufig vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und boten gute Ablagemöglichkeiten, auch wenn ein paar Fächer mehr im Kleiderschrank toll gewesen wären. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer genau nach vorgegeben Wunsch zugeteilt, wodurch wir einen tollen Ausblick auf das Merdeka 118 und konnten die komplette Stadtskyline mit allen berühmten Türmen direkt ohne Probleme sehen. Das war Atemberaubend. Es war sehr sauber bis auf eine Kleinigkeit (siehe unten). Die Zimmer waren sehr leise und wir bekamen jeden Tag sehr viel kostenloses Trinkwasser. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war international und asiatisch und war sehr lecker. Vor allem das Roti Canai. Der Koch hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Beim Frühstück würden wir während des Essens gefragt ob wir für das Restaurant eine Google Bewertung abgeben können. Und erst auf die Aussage dass man dies jetzt auf keinen Fall tun wird, hätte man erst wieder Ruhe. Schade, da das restliche Personal Erlebnis und Frühstücks Qualität sonst sehr gut waren. Am Eingang der Garagenwärter (?) könnte freundlicher sein und sollte nicht mit gammler Klamotten herumlungern. Ein ordentlicher Wartebereich für ihn würde hier vermutlich viel Abhilfe schaffen. In der Dusche könnten die Fugen mal wieder stärker gereinigt/repariert werden.

- KAORI (10/5): 初めてのクアラルンプール滞在に最適でした✨ - お部屋からは古いクアラルンプール駅やモスクなど歴史的建物が見えて、目の前はチャイナタウン、ちょっと歩いたり電車に乗ったりと散策するにはちょうど良かったです。3月は夕方から毎日雨が降ってましたが、チャイナタウンは通路があるので雨宿りしながら移動できて便利でした。

Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr komfortabel, d.h. neue Möblierung, modernes Ambiente, schöne Terrasse vor der Bar im 7. Stock. Toller großer Pool, Fitnessbereich. Aufmerksames, unaufdringliches Personal, schnelles Wifi im Zimmer. Super Lage, fußläufig, 5 Min. nach Chinatown. Keine Anmerkung, alles perfekt.

Perfectly located on the southern edge of Chinatown, the modern, well-maintained building exudes positive, vibrant energy. The spacious bedroom was traveler-friendly, featuring a comfortable bed, ample drawers, a spotless bathroom, excellent lighting, and finely tuned air conditioning. - roberta (9/5): A fine hotel in a great location - Our room had a great view of Merdeka 118, so we could see it at night and day. The room was comfortable with plenty of drawer and hanging space. The aircon worked well. Location was ideal for ChinaTown, with loads of restaurants within easy walking distance and Petaling Street market 2 minutes away. The room was quiet, the lifts came quickly, daily room service left us plenty of drinking water. Nothing not to like. During our stay the hotel had a planned 4 hour “ shutdown” to test equipment, with no electricity, lift service, air con etc. They didn’t inform us of this until we checked in. However, they did make sure we were aware of it once we had checked in, and also phoned our room to advise us the day before. In the event we just had to make sure we structured our day so we didn’t need to go to the hotel during that time, and services were resumed when they said they would be. I understand the last time this happened was 6 years ago, so not a frequent occurrence

- Kerstin (7/5): Genau lesen .. dann entscheiden! - Sauber, gute Lage, freundliches Petsonal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß, aber sehr "asiatisch" ausgelegt und sehr vieles war "süß", vieles war "fettig". Rohes Gemüse gab es fast nicht (manchmal geraspelte Möhren). Kein dunkles/gesundes Brot.Gebratenes Gemüse gab es eine Sorte, sehr fettig und völlig überwürzt. Da jede Person einen anderen Geschmack hat, empfehle ich: einen Tag das Frühstück zu buchen und dann zu entscheiden. Frühstück ist bis 10.30 Uhr. Geht man nach 9 Uhr frühstücken (Stoßzeit), ist das Küchenpersonal nicht in der Lage alles nachzufüllen. Man braucht 1/2 Stunde um seinen Teller (mit warmen Dingen) zu befüllen, so dass die ersten Dinge beim Essen schon wieder kalt sind. Ich habe 6 Tage gefrühstückt. An allen Tagen musste ich jeweils 10 min warten bis das gebratenen Gemüse nachgefüllt wurde. Es gibt keine Äpfel. Nach Bananen oder Mandarinen musste man auch immer nachfragen. Manchmal gab es dann welche. Das Toasten der Schnitten konnte man nicht selbst machen. Man war auf eine Person angewiesen, die ständig andere Aufgaben hatte und man musste wieder warten. Beim Eingang wurde die Zimmernummer erfragt und man musste unterschreiben .. alle mit dem gleichen Kugelschreiber .. hygienisch ein No-Go !! .. bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse. Ging man mal vom Tisch weg um noch etwas Essen zu holen, fasste das Personal das Besteck an (welches auf dem Teller lag) und räumte die Teller weg. Auch das kann nicht sein. Achtung: Kein Zimmer hat ein Fenster, was zu öffnen geht .. man ist auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen. Diese geht gut zu regulieren, bringt aber keine richtige Frischluft. Wenn man in der Nacht nicht mit der lauten Klimaanlagen schlafen kann, ist der Sauerstoff-Mangel ein Problem.
