Nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'attendre trop longtemps et la communication avec la personne qui nous a accueilli était très bien établie. Il y avait même une petite bouteille de champagne dans le réfrigérateur pour notre arrivée ! Il est juste dommage que nous ne puissions pas garer notre voiture dans la cour de l'immeuble car il est difficile de trouver une place à l'extérieur en raison des travaux dans la rue.

- Resylem (10/5): Beat hospitality ever. The host and the owner are so warm and friendly. The owner even called a cab for us and accompani - The hospitality of the owner and the host Nothing much. Just the sink in the bathroom was broken,I told to our host and she said that she would send someone to fix it but nobody came. But it didn’t bother us much cos theres 3 bathrooms.

- Trpimir (10/5): Great apartment in a great location - The apartment is even better the expected feom the pictures and reviews. It is clean and very spacious, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A lot of nice and funny art pieces make the stay even better. The location is great, easily reachable by car and only ~15 minutes walk from Duomo. Own garage parking spot is a big plus in central Florence. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate. The only minor downside was the garrage entrance since it was very narrow and steep so be extra carefull if driving ;)
