- Elena (5/5): Kan beter. - Leuke locatie in de oude stad. Grote kamer met een grote bed. Ze waren vriendelijk en verraste ons met een taartje aangezien ik jarig was. Dit was zeer attent van hun waarvoor nogmaals bedankt! De ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. Niet zo schoon. Het kan veel beter. Ondanks het feit dat we lieten zien om niet gestoord te worden de kamermeisjes kwamen gewoon binnen zonder te kloppen. Dit is twee keer gebeurd op twee dagen tijd. Ik raad jullie aan om deze meer te respecteren. De handdoeken zijn niet meer zo wit en ruiken ook niet zo vers. Geen strijkijzer aanwezig. Ze geven wel de service om je kleren te strijken/ wassen.

- kavitha (7/5): Great location, Historic property, don’t expect modern hotel facilities. Old facilities also have a lot of stairs - amazing location, It’s an old historical building . Great experience in general We changed rooms every day of our 3 day stay. First day couldnt stay in the room that we booked as there was a cat sitting in our bed. New room was in a new building outside the main building. We moved next day day2 morning to the previously booked. But at night we realised ac is not working, It’s super hot in side but we cannot open windows because of cats and noise. So on day 3 we again asked staff to check on it. They immediately checked and told us we need to move again. But we got back very late that day. We were asked to pack and move in 5 minutes. While moving again we missed few chargers in the old room. The person at reception was quite rude to us. He told us you are losing stuff etc. They never said sorry even once for constant changes. We were not complaining al though we moved constantly despite booking the same room for pur short day. But the staff were not very nice about it.

- Erica (5/5): Beautiful place but not flexible - The aesthetics of the building. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with a big variety of food. Place is close to many shops and restaurants. One of the managers called Vera, was very attentive. She sends a text msg to check on the guests. We appreciate… The isolation is terrible. You can literally hear everything from the other rooms including the next door and upstairs. Even the water going through the pipes and people making phone calls. It was really bad. The room was on the ground floor and people passing on the streets were loud sometimes during late hours. It’s a very busy area so be ready to be disturbed most of the time during the night. The wi-fi doesn’t work well at all. Even if you are “connected” it doesn’t work and when it works, it constantly disconnects. We had to buy extra eSIM data during our stay as theirs wasn’t reliable.

- Gökhan (5/5): Katastrophe - Grundsätzlich ganz gut, ich war auch schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel, aber diesmal eine Katastrophe... Ich habe diesmal ein "gehobenes" Zimmer gebucht. Es war das schlechteste Zimmer überhaupt was ich in diesem Hotel bekommen habe (ich war bestimmt schon 10x in diesem Hotel). Das schlimmste überhaupt war, das ich mich mehrmals beschwert habe und es wurde mir versucht zu helfen, aber leider ohne Erfolg. Die Dusche war so undicht, dass das Wasser komplett in unser Zimmer geflossen ist, so das überall Wasser war. Ich habe ein Zimmer bekommen, das direkt neben dem Haupeingang war, so das ich in der Nacht glaube ich maximal 2 Stunden geschlafen habe, weil ich jeden Gast gehört habe, der durch die Haupttür ist. Da Ich mich mehrmals beschwert habe bei der Rezeptionistin Diana wurde ich so unfreundlich behandelt von ihr, das ich mich beim Manager beschwert habe. Danach hat Sie sich am Abend bei mir beschwert wieso ich mich beschwert habe. Ich habe ihr klar gemacht das ich im Urlaub bin und mich nicht in Diskussionen mit ihr einlasse, ich musste ihr das mehrmals sagen. Danach hat sie mich nur noch ignoriert, egal was ich als Gast wollte. Ich werde nicht mehr kommen, dank Diana....

- simona (10/5): Wonderful experiemce at Alp Pasa Boutique Hotel! - Great hotel, indeed a boutique hotel, in the heart of the city. Breakfast was exceptional, the room big & comfy. We were lucky to get a room next to the pool, which was a bit cold since it was April but still we had the chance to take some sunbaths when good weather outside. Helpfull staff & soecial thanks to Vera who welcomed us so nicely!

We were tucked away in an attic room, so there was no view. The shower is also faulty, and water sprayed all over the bathroom. The wifi was also not usable...
- carole (5/5): Je déconseille si ont veut du calme - Jolie hôtel, c’est tout … Hôtel très jolie par contre la chambre une catastrophe. Aucun équipement, même pas de cintres, ni de chaussons, l’abattant des wc cassé, aucune insonorisation, avec la musique dehors obligé de porter des bouchons pour dormir, le mini frigo soit disant mini bar, rien dedans et en plus il fesait beaucoup de bruit. Nous devions y rester 4 nuits, j’avais annulé parce qu’il n’y avait pas de plateau bouilloire, j’ai bien fait.

- Josue L. Delgado (8/5): Great location, charming historic hotel. - Excellent location, great value for money, very attentive staff, and a quite varied breakfast. Highly recommended! The room had a musty smell. I completely understand that the hotel is very old — over 400 years — but the dampness is noticeable inside the room. Also, on the last night there were leaks from the room above dripping into our bathroom. Other than that, everything was fine.

In check-in we got frustrated as the young male receptionist didn't want to give us the upgraded room as booked on booking.com, they said the hotel is full while there was avaliablity they lied to us, after 15 minutes argument when i said i would cancel my booking then they call the manager & give us the right room Always there is bad smell in the rooms like wood or paint smell. They don't have iron boards which is necessary. The breakfast was very bad, i had to buy from a bakery near by.

- David (10/5): A high quality hotel in a great location. - Was a beautiful building with character . There’s also a modern part with character opposite the building. Both sides good in their own way. Electricity was a bit flaky
- Sara (6/5): Ubicación excelente; gestión deficiente. - La ubicación del hotel es excelente: en plena ciudad antigua, pero en una calle sorprendentemente tranquila, lo que permite descansar sin ruido. La habitación era espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda, algo que siempre se agradece. Mención especial para los dos señores que ayudaban con las maletas y aparcaban los coches: fueron MUY amables y atentos en todo momento, marcando claramente la diferencia en el servicio. Sin embargo, la experiencia con recepción dejó bastante que desear. Habíamos reservado un estudio que, según las fotos, era luminoso, espacioso y contaba con balcón y cocina. Al llegar, nos informaron de que nos habían hecho un “upgrade” a una suite. Aunque la suite era grande, no tenía ni balcón ni cocina, por lo que realmente no cumplía con lo que habíamos reservado. Además, tanto el baño como el vestidor (donde estaba el espejo) eran extremadamente oscuros, sin luz natural y con una iluminación artificial muy deficiente. Por si fuera poco, el wifi no funcionaba en la habitación. Solicitamos un cambio, pero el recepcionista, de forma bastante seca, nos dijo que no había disponibilidad en ese momento y que todas las habitaciones del edificio tenían la misma configuración, algo que comprobamos que no era cierto al ver otras habitaciones abiertas en la misma planta. Como solo nos quedábamos dos noches y no queríamos perder más tiempo en cambios, decidimos quedarnos, pero insistimos varias veces en que solucionaran el problema del wifi. Tras tres quejas, siempre recibíamos la misma respuesta de que iban a reiniciar el router, pero nunca llegó a funcionar. Nuestra habitación era la 2006, que recomendamos evitar, ya que otras habitaciones del mismo piso tenían una distribución claramente mejor.

Although the location is great, very central, it can be very loud as there a many bars close by that have music very loud at night which can make it hard to sleep. The wife is terrible in the rooms, had to go to the pool area to use.

Мы видели 2 номера - все дизайнерское, интересное, необычное. Красивые цветовые решения. Напротив отеля есть ресторан - тоже рекомендую. В самом отеле небольшой бассейн на одной территории, а на второй есть даже крыша с площадкой для йоги или каких-то групповых занятий. Все очень красиво, конечно. Много зелени внутри. Рукой подать "до всего". Завтрак был очень хороший: всего много и все, что нужно есть! Наш номер был очень красивый и с ванной, стоящей прямо в комнате (молодожены - это, видимо. для вас). При этом там так же был отдельно душ и туалет. Чай, кофе были в номере + зубные щетки, паста, гель и т.д. Но, я так понимаю, что в этом отеле каждый номер уникальный по дизайну. Если на 2-3 ночи - подходит отлично. У нас в душе потрескалась плитка на полу, но мы были не в сезон, наверное, к сезону это исправят. Предлагали прийти и посмотреть, но мы решили, раз мы на 1 ночь, то уж и ладно. Так же в номере не было ни стула, ни кресла, чтобы повесить одежду. Не было тапочек, но по звонку их принесли.

Although hotel has around 150 rooms it seemed more like a guest house, as the rooms are spread among different houses next to each other. Sraff helped us park our car, as the streets and space is very narrow. No good light close to the mirror and only 1 light on one side of the double bed. So only one person could read in bed

The rooms were spacious and clean One thing we especially enjoyed was the breakfast buffet which had a huge variety of options. A big shout out to Burak who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and always ready to help with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Plenty of cafes and food places nearby.

They had only placed what seemed to be hand soap as “shower gel,” which was extremely poor service. Additionally, when we returned to the room after breakfast, the electricity was cut off and the water was almost not running, so we couldn’t take a shower. It was a very uncomfortable stay and I would definitely not recommend it.

Allerdings hatte mein Zimmer eine so schlechte Schallisolierung das man eigentlich von nebenan und draussen alles gehört und auch die Gespräche verstanden hat. Das ist wirklich mangelhaft wenn man denkt die Nachbarn sitzen auf der Toilette im eigenen Zimmer.

Номер на 1 этаже, было немного прохладно в апреле. Номер темный, хотелось бы больше света. Так же есть мини кухня, но не было никакой посуды для приготовления, только все для чая/кофе (нам было не приницпиально, но если вам понадобится - возможно стоит заранее уточнить в отеле). Так же не смотрят на еще только начало сезона, было очень шумно, до полуночи, но это, естественно, не вина отеля

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Lage des Hotels war einfach perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und insgesamt wirklich hervorragend. Einziges Manko war leider das Badezimmer: Die Dusche war defekt, und der Boden war beschädigt. Das sollte definitiv repariert werden. Alles in allem jedoch eine sehr gute Erfahrung, und ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

Auch leider mangelnde Hygiene, überall liegt Katzenkot (klar, die Tiere sind present, aber mehrere Tage lang Katzenkot im Flur liegen zu lassen geht nicht). Schmutzige Gläser liegen tagelang rum. Im Zimmer gibt es Ameisen. Viele Sachen defekt (TV, Seifenspender) - wurden zwar repariert auf Anfrage dennoch, Vieles ist veraltet...

Chairs were not always cleaned when birds pooed on chairs.

The hotel has two resident puppies who are happy to play and have cuddles. They gave us a fruit platter in our room which was a nice touch. If you have any mobility issues make sure you contact them in advance as some of the rooms are up a lot of stairs. We didn't mind but it could be difficult for some people.
- Kiymet (5/5): die Qualität hat deutlich nachgelassen. - Ich kenne dieses Hotel seit vielen Jahren und war bereits fünf oder sechs Mal dort zu Gast – vielleicht sogar öfter. Meine bisherigen Aufenthalte waren immer wunderschön, ich habe mich jedes Mal sehr wohlgefühlt und konnte den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Leider muss ich aber sagen, dass mein letzter Aufenthalt mich enttäuscht hat. Im Vergleich zu früher hat die Qualität deutlich nachgelassen. Besonders beim Personal und bei der Sauberkeit habe ich einen klaren Unterschied bemerkt. Der Service wirkte weniger aufmerksam und insgesamt fehlte das Niveau, das ich von früher kannte. Auf Nachfrage habe ich erfahren, dass die ursprünglichen Besitzer das Hotel nicht mehr selbst führen. Meiner Meinung nach merkt man diese Veränderung leider deutlich. Leider war ich dieses Mal mit meinem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Besonders die Sauberkeit hat mich enttäuscht. Die Reinigungskräfte haben sehr nachlässig gearbeitet – trotz dreimaliger Beschwerde wurden Aufgaben wiederholt nicht erledigt. Auch die Ausstattung war unzureichend. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Wohn- und Schlafbereich, aber außerhalb des Badezimmers gab es keinen einzigen Spiegel, nicht einmal einen Schminkspiegel. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, man würde prüfen, ob man aus einem anderen Zimmer etwas zur Verfügung stellen kann. Das ist jedoch nicht passiert, obwohl das Hotel nicht voll ausgelastet war.

- Matthias (9/5): Alles tutti - Herausragende LAge in der Altstadt. Sehr sauber. Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Eiern. Wird täglich ein bisschen variiert. Schöner Innenhof mit Pool. War zum zweiten MAl hier und werde nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Es gab nichts, was so gravierend wäre, dass es für andere Reisende eine relevante Information sein könnte.
