nathaliab707 (10/5): Exceptional Stay at Swissotel Krasnye Holmy - I recently traveled to Russia for the first time and stayed at the Swissotel Krasnye Holmy. My experience there could not have been better. The hotel’s facilities were amazing, but what truly made my stay special was the thoughtfulness of the staff. I spent a week in Moscow, and my birthday happened to fall during that time. I spent the day out, and when I returned to my room, I found a cute little birthday cake waiting for me—a completely unexpected gesture that made me really happy. The hotel also kindly granted us a late checkout due to our evening flight back to Brazil, which we greatly appreciated. I strongly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again on a future visit to Moscow.

nasrink2024 (6/5): Halal foof - I had a great stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-located with impressive views of the city. The staff were professional and the service was generally excellent. One great plus is that they also offer halal food, which was very convenient and appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed with the check-in experience. Even though our room was ready, they wouldn’t allow us to check in even one hour early without charging an extra fee for two hours. This was the first time I’ve encountered such a strict policy, especially considering the room was already available. It left a slightly negative impression at the start of an otherwise very enjoyable stay. I’d still recommend Swissôtel Moscow for its quality, comfort, and halal food options just be aware of the strict check-in rules.

Ambience and overall expereince was okay but the team had promised us that there would be a firework but it never happened. If you go there ask for the sushi and rolls as they are very fresh and not frozen like many other places do in town. The check was obviously high but worth the money.

Паномара с 21 этажа на центр Москвы завораживает. Шикарные завтраки, бизнес ланч и ужин были доступны нам по категории номера. Хорошая спа зона с красивым бассейном.

Sergey (4/5): Не стоит денег, которые за него просят. Не советую - Абсолютно не стоит своих денег. Весьма старый отель, вид из окна удручающий (по одной стороне отеля точно). Зубной набор надо просить отдельно. Дополнительную воду вам не принесут, а только Эйвон за 1000 рублей :) Постоянно просят оставить на чай :) (мне не жалко,но так никогда нигде на этом не настаивали,видимо зарплаты у персонала не очень). Дизайн номера ничем не примечательный,но старый кран (или новый но выглядещий как старый) над раковиной дополняет удручающую атмосферу, как в отеле за 2 тысячи рублей в сутки. Также в раковине нет перелива, он почему-то заделан, видимо, чтобы была возможность подтопить соседей снизу. Из плюсов - бар с панорамным видом, но если хочется посмотреть на мск с высоты, то лучше съездить в Сити.
Anastasija (10/5): Grossartiges Hotel - Ein wirklich wunderbares, modernes und sauberes Hotel! Das Zimmer hat eine perfekte Grösse, die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist top und das Bett ist super bequem. Man kann ausserdem aus sieben Extra-Kissen für jedes Schlafbedürfnis auswählen. Es ist sehr ruhig, man hört weder von der Strasse noch aus den anderen Zimmern etwas. Wenn ich etwas kritisieren müsste, dann wäre das der Haarfön. Da sollte ein etwas moderneres Gerät her. Auch war es befremdlich, dass keiner der anderen Gäste eine Maske getragen hat. Das Personal ist ausserdem sehr freundlich und die Lage ist ziemlich gut. Man ist mit dem Taxi schnell im Touri-Zentrum. Aber auch zu Fuss kann man den Fluss entlang bis zum roten Platz spazieren.

Grigorii (10/5): Прекрасный отдых! - Замечательно отдохнули вдвоём с женой. Отмечали ее день рождения. Бронировал обыкновенный номер с завтраком. Но Отель, в качестве подарка, предложил клубный номер на 25 этаже ( вид- пол-Москвы и Садовое кольцо) с включённым завтраком, обедом и ужином. В ресторане было малолюдно, обслуживали официанты по меню. В спа-зону записывают заранее, по 4-5 человек на час. Мы оказались в бассейне одни. По поводу пандемии-минимум контактов с соблюдением всех рекомендованных мер. Прекрасно провели время! Большая благодарность отелю!

Полный бардак сейчас с парковкой , нет охраны, не пойми кто туда может поставить машину , на ресепшн сказали « что вы сами несёте ответственность за свою машину» ну ок ) возможно , издержки ограничительных мер. Завтрак тоже совсем не тот, цена прежняя

Elijah (10/5): An enjoyable stat - The hotel was actually on the other side of town fro where I needed to be.But this never proved a problem.The view over Moscow was breath taking and it was a very well managed hotel.Particularly useful for me were the executive facilities on the third floor as I had an unpredictable schedule.
craig (10/5): Fantastic hotel. - King suite with executive lounge access was better than expected. Hotel staff were helpful, ample food. Nd drinks available all day in the lounge..even meals when we just wanted a quiet evening! 34th floor restaurant had magnificent views and service too. This hotel exceeded all my expectations for us. I couldnt Recommend it more!!

Verified traveler (8/5): Good - Positives: location, transport links, views, friendly staff, great cocktail bar. Improvement required: attention to detail (delivered in-room breakfast with a used jam jar; meanwhile, daily cleaning did not extend to out of sight areas), quality of food, furniture needs to taken care of as it shows noticeable wear and tear. Overall: on balance, would stay there again, due to a great location and staff who try to please, but would love to see a slightly better food menu and more attention to detail.
Verified traveler (8/5): Don't eat the food! - The hotel itself was great, the room was huge with an amazing view, and the pool area was great for the kids. The only downside was the food at the hotel. The value for money is terrible. The food from the Acapella restaurant on the second floor was inedible, slow in coming and cost a fortune! The food at the City Space bar was better (though the fish was still terrible!) but still incredible pricey! You are better off walking the few steps outside to the nearby Paulaner German beer restaurant, which could have been pulled straight out of Munich!

Verified traveler (10/5): Luxury hotel with incredible views. - If i were traveling to Moscow for holiday, I might look to stay somewhere a little more central, and more traditionally Russian. But as I was there on business, the hotel was perfect- with everything possible I could need. Gym, spa, 24 hr room service (very important when you're jetlagged and have early meetings!), helpful staff, and dining in-hotel. Plus the views... I didn't want to even leave the room, really. Also the room was luxuriously appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Plus the huge tub. I really don't have enough space to go on and on about this place... but I loved it and would happily move in there!

Petr (8/5): average stay - bit overpriced for what you get - I havent find the location being as perfect as I though and the staff (except receptionists) don't speak or understand English - I know Im in Moscow on one hand, on other hand Im Swissotel - therefore I expect the staff being able to understand me (Im not native English speaker either - but in international 5star property "wanna be" I would assume that English on side of Russian would be "normal").

Kristen (8/5): Amazing hotel - isolated location - First trip to Russia - I thought it was a safe bet, given the price range. It turns out this is a new, gorgeous hotel with the most thoughtfully-designed room I have ever experienced. Clean, smart, European design - I really never wanted to leave, which is good because you are not in easy walking distance to anything. Rooms are ridiculously inexpensive for the quality, but food and drink make up for that. Don't get me wrong - I would go back in a heartbeat, despite the typically unfriendly security guards. I travel a bit, and this is my favorite room ever.

MARIA (10/5): Excellent - Overall, it was a great stay. Super clean room. It was so nice of the hotel front desk to allow us to check in earlier, since we arrived super early in the morning by train. We had one of the best views from our window on the 20th floor-we could see the Red Square and other historical buildings. Very close to express train taking you to DME. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
Verified traveler (10/5): You cannot get better value in Moscow - The hotel is a 4-5 minute walk from the Metro, where an all-day pass is less than two dollars (220 rubles). Red Square, the Kremlin, and the Bolshoi are two Metro stops away, and this is a safe, fast way to travel. The hotel and its staff are five star -- what you would expect at a hotel comparable to a Ritz Carlton or a Four Seasons. The size and quality of the room made it a top value on our weeks long trip.

Verified traveler (8/5): almost "perfect" - I booked this hotel for our last day stay in Moscow and I'm very impressed. just like how grandiose most of the buildings are in Moscow, this too has its own feel of grandiosity. the staff were so welcoming and helpful. the check in was speedy and we were whisked to our room pretty quick. upon getting inside the room, i was amazed at how big the room was and how breathtaking the view is. we could see most of Moscow from our standpoint. if there is something negative I can say about this hotel it is about their bathroom. the tub is separate from the shower which is nice. however, when you take a shower, the water doesn't drain so when we took a shower the next day the water was still pooling on the floor. there's no point calling for housekeeping or maintenance since we are checking out the next day. but it would have been nice if they could address that issue. overall, I will still come back to this hotel. staff wise, this is the most welcoming that I've been to. I've been to Marriott, four seasons, radisson royal and the ritz in Moscow, by far, swissotel exceeded customer relations in my opinion!

IKA (8/5): Top Class Hotel. Location less to my preference. - Stayed only for 1 night... The hotel is perfect if you fancy the location. Personally i moved to another hotel in a better location near Old Arbat Street which was much more convenient. However, i do have to give out that Swissotel was perfect aside that location thing. Sleep quality was amazing. Bed + Pillows + Bedding was one of the most comfortable i ever had in any hotel around the world. Also the view was amazing. And for last thing... near the hotel there is a Georgian Restaurant... 5 min walk. If only to go eat there i would stay in this hotel :)

Nylon (10/5): One of the best in Moscow! - This isn't the 1st time I've stayed here. This is truly one of the most professionally run Hotels in Moscow. The staff are very good and friendly. If you have visited Russia before, you would know that it is not known for its friendly service culture. Swissotel is a gem in this regard. The rooms are 5 Star by Western standards. A major plus is that the hotel is right next to Pavletsky railway station. Which means that if you are flying into Domodedovo Airport, you can take the Aeroexpress train (45 minutes - express in name only!) into the heart of Moscow for 320 RUR and avoid the massive crippling traffic jams. The only downside is the price. This is an expensive hotel. $12 for a cappuccino.
Kunal (10/5): Excellent business hotel with easy access to Domodedovo Airport - I travel a lot to Russia for work and have stayed in a few Moscow hotels. So far this has been one of the most comfortable stays. Staff are polite, knowledgeable and eager to help. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are wonderful. The lighiting is a little dim in some of the rooms. The hotel is a block and a half from Paveletsky railway station, which has a dedicated link to Domodedovo airport running every 30 or 60 minutes depending on time of day. I will return.
Fred (10/5): Real 5 star treatment - Fantastic new hotel with great service, though pricey (Moscow is almost universally so). I would strongly recommend upgrading to executive, as it gives you a high floor room and access to the lounge (19th floor - great views) offering other complimentary benefits.

Terri (10/5): Great location. Worth upgrading to executive - Great location for sightseeing. 10 mins walk from train station. 30 min walk to Kremlin. Fabulous views. Alcohol expensive so worth upgrading to executive as alcohol and pastries free during certain times of the day. Fabulous outside veranda on executive lounge with excellent service and views of city. Rooms modern and clean. Staff helpful.
Lee (10/5): Little pricey, but very posh - The hotel isn't right in the middle of everything, but the staff is more than avail to help get you around. The Train station is close, and that's all you really need.
