• Natasha (9/5): Great cheap studios in perfect location. - The location, staff, air conditioning. Comfy beds. The fridge was lovely and big. Plenty of parking. There was only a few clothes hangers, but we managed. There were no kitchen utensils, whereas I expected some as there was a hob and microwave. Despite these, we came back and stayed another couple of nights at the end of our holiday and would certainly book again.

• Maruchi (1/5): Un asco todo - La situación únicamente No me gustó nada, hotel viejo muy viejo, sucio muy sucio, asqueroso, con insectos, destrozado, con un olor imposible de aguantar. El baño no se puede ni utilizar de lo sucio, viejo y asqueroso que está, la puerta no cerraba de lo vieja que estaba. Hay caja fuerte, completamente oxidada. Fuimos cuatro personas, solo nos dieron dos toallas, sucias. Nada que ver con lo que se ve en la foto. Tiene cocina y no hay ni un solo utensilio de cocina para poderla usar. El aire acondicionado hace un ruido horroroso no puedes ni dormir. Nos tocó planta a la calle y los coches aparcaban en la misma puerta con el motor arrancado y no puedes ni dormir. Parecía un prostíbulo, la peor experiencia de mi vida con este hotel, no lo recomiendo nada. Me gustaría que Booking lo retirara de su página y espero poder ayudar a alguien que esté buscando hotel en orlando. La situación muy buena pero para ir y menos con niños es lo peor.

• Franklin Jorge Nicolas (1/5): No lo recomiendo, lo unico aceptable es la ubicacion. - La ubicacion La mala atención de un hombre en recepción, no dejaba ni que leyera el documento que quería que firmara, también el olor a humedad en el cuarto no se iba era constante y tambien a lado tenia una habitacion con alquien con la musica fuerte y nadie le llamo la atencion, nunca hicieron la limpieza, fue el peor hotel que me he quedado en mi vida lo unico aceptable es la ubicacion, deje el cuarto limpio hasta tome un video para que despues no dijeran que habia roto algo.

The check-in process was smooth and everything was easy to book and confirm. The room itself was mostly clean and convenient, and I appreciated how simple everything was to use. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good for a short trip The bathroom could have been cleaned better, especially in the corners and smaller details. It wasn’t extremely dirty, but it didn’t feel fully cleaned. Also, the curtains seemed worn and were starting to fall apart, which made the room feel a bit outdated.

• Harenee Narayanan (2/5): Extremely poor. Dirty and worst. - Nothing. Staff were friendly but I spoke to them exactly once. It was a shitty Inn with everything broken and dirty. The lights has layers of dirt and didn even work. Sheets were not even warm. Floors were so dirty my feet were black with walking on them for a minute.

• Michelle (5/5): It was ok . Comfortable stay. Update laundry room and include 24 hours. - The staff was did ok. I like that they took different forms of payment including cash. The key was easy to use. I didn’t even have to take key out key holder. You just tapped the key on the key entrance and click you turn. Easy for if my hands full. They were kind. They do need to clean up more thoroughly. The dryer had some red stuff that looked like lipstick that I had rubbing alcohol on spray to clean. Yeah it was used to dry more with certain clothes since there was only one working dryer out of a few and all washer did not work . They need to get the said cameras the guy said to open laundry 24 hours though you couldn’t get in laundry room without a separate key card from room key. They need to update from 2 dollar quarter laundry. Even though they can give you some quarters. If they gonna have that have a machine to give change. UPDATE LAUNDRY ROOM . I had to go up the street because I had under 20 dollars available so I couldn’t use their ATM. Some places have different forms of payment even credit or debit card. Yes seriously. Hotels need 24 hour laundry. The room was as the picture. Please make sure sheets clean. Yes seriously. The room is like as the picture. The induction burners was nice . Could get an oven. Never mind need 24 hour laundry and updated laundry room to pay not just quarters for the washers and dryers. In their case one working dryer. Had to dry clothes at a actual 24 hour Laundrymat I had to drive to.
• Ruiz (5/5): It was bearable but I think Wyndham for about $10 to $20 more a night and less then .5 mile from this hotel is a better - Proximity to Universal Parks can’t be beat! Literally a 5 minute drive. You can see volcano bay from the property. Broken lamp shades, dusty shelves and table tops. Not horribly dirty but not clean.

Dishonest staff that work there I book one night, and when I get I was told to pay facilities fee. After that’s already charged on my credit card.

• gray (1/5): If you aren’t looking to buy meth this isn’t the place for you. - This place is terrible and I didn’t enjoy anything about it besides the proximity to universal. We came at night and everyone was OUT there were people actively using drugs in the walkways, hookers, and overall just very sketchy people. The pictures are very deceiving because this place is LOW quality. It wouldn’t surprise me if they had a roach or rat problem with how gross the room was. I couldn’t sleep because I was scared someone was going to break in. Staying at this place is honestly a near death experience.

El aseo estuvo terrible, hongos en el baño, la pila de cocina estaba dañada, el AC olía terrible, tiene cocina pero no tiene utensilios para su uso ni siquiera 1 vaso. Hay demasiadas personas consumiendo drogas en los pasillos y escaleras del hotel. En 4 noches, nunca nos cambiaron las toallas o retiraron basura.

• Nádia (8/5): - Excelente localização Possui Geladeira, cooktop e micro-ondas no quarto O hotel é bem simples, aparentemente foi recém reformado porque o piso do quarto está bem novo, porém a cama é bem simples e o quarto não tem uma boa iluminação, mesmo com tudo atendeu as minhas necessidades.

• Magda Augusta da Silva (1/5): Triste. - Nada, absolutamente nada! Pessimo hotel. Não reservem! Nada funcionou. Chuveiro, secador de cabelo, fogão, além da sujeira do quarto, digno de nojo. Nos corredores, o cheiro de Maconha era intenso. Minha experiência com esse hotel foi a pior que tive de todos os hotéis que fiquei, infelizmente. O mais triste é saber que vc sai de casa para aproveitar suas férias e se depara com essa péssima experiência.

• Tawana (1/5): Disgusting,Roaches,mildew,grimy - Absolutely NOTHING Everything. The stank smell of cigarettes and mold, the air smelled wet and musty. There were dead roaches, live roaches and silver fish bugs all in the room. The top blanket on one of the beds was disgusting and visibly dirty, there was a thick layer of dust on the top of the fridge and a layer half that on parts of other furniture in the room. The floor was slick and grimy feeling and when we turned the A/C on it made the room smell worse. We checked in at 10 but didn't get to the room until around 2am. The front desk was rude, said we couldn't come in and use the room for whatever we wanted and ask for a refund. I told him cameras would show we were in the room all of 5 minutes before we attempted to change rooms but were told there were no other available rooms

• Alexandria (10/5): It was comfortable and affordable, and the staff were quick and friendly. - I liked the space of the room and that it had a regular sized fridge. On vacation I always feel bad for not bringing back leftovers from restaurants because of little to no fridge space- but this time I was able to finish my leftovers thanks to the ample room. It was confusing to find due to the construction happening and it being behind another building. Which is neither fault of theirs but it took us 20 minutes to figure out how to park in the parking lot since google maps didn't know what was happening.
