• Sean Andrew (7/5): Good enough location, quiet, nice pool, decent facilities. - Nice quaint little hotel in a peaceful part of town. Walking distance to some beaches and of course the main strip. My bed was uncomfortable, they put a large mattress on two single beds. It was all misaligned, which was frustrating.
• Brito (7/5): Buen lugar, con sus detalles. - Siempre me hospedo ahí cuando voy a Cancún de trabajo y me gusta mucho por la ubicación y precio. En esta ocasión, me tocó un recepcionista grosero, que no quería hacer válida nuestra reservación y nos mintió que no había llegado. Nunca me había pasado eso y al contrario, siempre nos habían tratado muy bien.

• Kasi (6/5): Price isn’t bad. Location is decent, but I think next time I will stay somewhere else. - Location is great. Pool is nice. They tried to charge me 600 pesos for “stained towels” yet none of my towels were stained, nor did I have any cleaners in my room the entire time I was there, so how would they know? Seemed a little suspicious. When I mentioned that’s impossible the guy then said don’t worry about it.

• Agustín Nahuel (2/5): Lamentable - Nos pusieron en una habitación al lado de la recepción, desayunador e ingreso en la cual dejaron de hacer ruido pasadas las 2 de la mañana y comenzaron con demasiados ruidos a las 6 de la mañana, no se podía dormir porque se escuchaba hasta lo que hablaban en el desayuno… Luego, una empleada nos tocó la puerta súper temprano, abrimos y nos dijo que estaba haciendo contabilidad de ocupación y se fue… Uno se toma vacaciones para descansar y resultó ser todo lo contrario. Cabe aclarar que un empleado nos comentó que tenían un 20% de ocupación por lo cual podrían haber brindado otra habitación MENOS RUIDOSA. Él wifi no andaba directamente. Lo único bueno es el jardín con la piscina.

• Ferenc (5/5): run-down hotel - Oranga juice in the breakfast It is very dilapidated and in terrible condition. the bed was uncomfortable there was no blanket only a thin blanket the doors cannot be closed because the insulation is terrible the outside noise is extremely loud and all the lights come in because there were no blackout curtains .

• Danielle (2/5): Crazy rude front desk - The property was in an ok spot.. a little shop right next door for all the essentials but definitely need transportation for most, not exactly walking friendly. The worst part of the property was the staff, which is unfortunate because I really liked the night front desk person who checked me in. But the daytime man was extremely rude and unprofessional. On my second day I was heading out to the lobby for an excursion pick up and I realized I wasn’t sure where my key was. I needed to get to the lobby so my tour wouldn’t leave me so I thought I’d just ask the front desk for another key so I could get going. I went down to the front desk, but he refused. I explained I was sure I had the key I just couldn’t find the key at the moment and need to get going for my tour, and he still refused. I asked how I could get back to my room then and after a lot of inappropriate commentary he finally agreed he would make me a key, but I would be charged for the first key if I didn’t turn it in. Mind you, this is just the basic plastic keys, so I said that’s fine I’m sure I have it I just need to get going. He continued with a lot of unnecessary commentary and made me a replacement key. When I got back from my tour 7 hours later, I walked into the hotel and he immediately spots me, calls me over to the desk even though he was helping other people, and demanded I check if I had the original key. I went to get it, came back and turned it in. This front desk man acted like this little plastic key card was his first born child! When I was checking out, it was the same front desk man and he wouldn’t speak a word to me. When he finished checking me out he said “that’s all”. Not even a how was your stay? Or thanks for staying with us or anything at all. I don’t know why he took the room key so personally and made it a personal vendetta against me, I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life. Not worth the hassle to stay here when there’s so many hotels to choose from.

• Maira (8/5): Bien de acuerdo al precio - La verdad tenia varios comentarios malos, pero para el precio que ofrecen y si uno no va pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel esta perfecto!! Tiene una piscina muy bonita desayuno clásico que lo podíamos llevar a la habitación. La limpieza del cuarto es diaria e impecable, nuestra habitación tenia una vista muy bonita el aire acondicionado funciona súper bien, lo recomiendo la verdad, fui con mi pareja y lo pasamos increíble además que es super cerca de la zona hotelera y las playas mas lindas, en menos de 15 minutos llegábamos caminando, destacando que es un barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. Las instalaciones un poco antiguas pero nada mas que eso.

• VITALII (8/5): - Тишина и спокойствие Отсутствие горячей воды в номере 707 , пришлось переезжать в другой номер , холодильник старый с поломанными ножками , приходилось импровизировать и подкладывать скрутки из бумаги под угол , иначе дверка не закрывалась , та же проблема с обеденным столом , шатался и частенько уборщики вынимали эти подкладки , приходилось почти ежедневно опять их восстанавливать. Есть микроволновка , мойка , рабочий столик кухни и раненный холодильник но нет посуды , ни тарелок , ни вилок ,ни ложек , ни ножей ни моющих средств , ни разделочной досточки . Кухня вроде бы и есть но она неполноценная , все нужно покупать самому . Хотя в других отелях этого уровня все эти предметы в наличии , бери и пользуйся . Есть бассейн и это + но у бассейна стоит десяток старых и поломанных лежаков ! И один единственный столик с четырьмя стульями . Вечером если хочешь посидеть у бассейна на берегу лагуны нужно шустрее поворачиваться , и занимать единственный столик . Как по моему это жлобство ! И это очень легко исправить , совсем небольшие вложения и клиенты будут очень довольны !!

Desayuno completo, leche jugos, té y variedad de facturas mexicanas, convenio con otro hotel e para ir a la playa, Muy limpio y la atención muy cálida. Volvería sin dudarlo, nos sentimos en casa. Nada, la verdad todo muy bueno.

• Yunus Anwer (5/5): It's okay - The view of the pool and lagoon was amazing from our room and the location was good only 15 minute walk to the coco bongo etc. Rooms need updating, no plug sockets near beds, door frame and balcony door frame need sealing causing all the mosquitos to enter the room and getting bitten non stop. If your afraid of geckos, lizards, snakes and iguanas this Hotel ain't for you as I seen all these around the pool area.

La habitación es cómoda y cuenta con lo necesario para una estadía agradable, con la opción de cocinar o comprar alimentos para comer en el lugar. La limpieza de la habitación y del baño dejó bastante que desear; esperaba un nivel de aseo más adecuado

• Charlotte (1/5): Hôtel à fuir - Son seul avantage est d’être proche du port si vous avez un bateau à prendre. A fuir. Hôtel sale. Le sol était mouillé et les draps humides. Vous n’avez pas envie de prendre ce qui peut ressembler à un petit déjeuner quand vous voyez l’aspect des cuisines.

• medina (8/5): - La alberca siempre estuvo muy limpia. La ubicación es buena si quieres darte un paseo por la zona hotelera y si necesitas transporte hacia el centro. El hotel tiene mucho potencial, está en una muy buena zona, podrían remodelarlo y sería estupendo! La relación entre precio-y lo que ofertan está bien. No es un hotel de lujo, si lo que quieres es salir a pasear y conocer, y sólo regresar a descansar y estar un rato en la alberca, este hotel definitivamente te ayuda en eso. El chico que hace mantenimiento muy amable, cuando llegó a comentarnos en la noche que la alberca ya tenía que cerrarse, nos lo dijo de una manera súper amable y servicial, es bueno que se tengan este tipo de personas en tu equipo, -administrador del hotel - un aumento al chico! 😊 Me hubiera encantado tener algún streaming para ver películas. Tampoco funciona el WIFI en las habitaciones ni en el área de alberca, muy pobre la señal 🛜
• Chapaca (8/5): Calidad vs precio - Aprobado - Que todos los días limpiaban la habitación, y cambiaban toallas. También que la piscina siempre estaba limpia y sobre todo la ubicación. Muy céntrico y accesible a las principales atracciones de la zona hotelera. Que si había humedad en las habitaciones, pero tolerable, considero que deberían darle mantenimiento al edificio, otra a mejorar mucho es incluir mayor variedad en el desayuno y mesas.

• Raul (6/5): - It’s cheap but you pay for what you get. In the bathroom there was a leak underneath the faucet. There were cracks on the walls. I had also paid for a balcony thinking I was going to have a great view and I got a first floor room to view to nothing. You also have to pay taxes when you check in. The cleaning is not that good either. It could’ve been better.
• Wanda (4/5): - The plumbing on the property was terrible. We were told not to put toliet tissue in toliet because it would get clogged. The mattress was soiled with some nasty unknown substance. The staff was nice and very helpful with information about activities to do in Cancun. No phones in the rooms for the guests to use. The bed didn't have fitted sheets put on the mattresses just regular sheets and no spreads to keep you warm. The breakfast wasn't real breakfast just cereal, milk and orange juice.
