Nábytek v pokoji byl úplně totožný jako pokoj bez upgrade který jsme zaplatili. Obrovský smrad v pokoji, který nešel vyvětrat kvůli starým oknům které jsme nemohli otevřít. Když jsem to řekla na recepci bylo mi řečeno že mám napsat na booking, že to není jejich starost. Určitě nedoporučuji!
• Holguin (7/5): - Location is great close to where we need to go! We had an unexpected staff member just use a key to come into the room unexpectedly didn't knock they! According to them they didn't know they room was taken and were trying to let another person use it! That was not okay good thing we had just came back at the end of the night early we had all our belongings there!

• Laramine (1/5): Stay here if you’re desperate. - It was cheap. The floors were stained and dirty. The bed sheets were stained and had someone else’s hair in the sheets. The towels had hair on them. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were also stained. The sink is outside of the bathroom right next to the bed and nothing in that room felt or looked clean at all.

They told us we can go park in the back, which was in the alley area and was not safe at all when they were doing construction we had to go through debris that was on top of the stairway and go around the painters that were there, and people that were working on there when ask the maids can I have extra pillows she kinda hesitated, and then rolled her eyes and said I could only have two pillows that were extra then asked her for towels, and she said I can only have two extra towels, one of the towels was very dirty that I got from them, walked into the room by the TV was really dusting, and the backboard bed to the bedroom was dirty. You can tell that the restroom door handle was dirty and not sanitized.

• Alexis (8/5): - I loved the parking and how close it was to the venue. Check in was easy and the bed was comfy. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the guests in the room next to mind. I get it was a Saturday night and they were probably in a party mode, but it was loud. Oh there was also some cockroachs in the bathroom, but that might have been my fault for not covering the shower drain after the shower.

• Jofré (4/5): The insecticide makes you wanna vomit - The room was spacious, clean, and in good condition. The house keeper was super nice to us The worst part of all was the constant smell of insecticide. It took me a couple of days to notice the device that was plugged in behind the tv furniture, and it constantly made me feel nauseous and like I was going to vomit. The mattress was very worn out and hard, so it wasn’t comfortable to sleep on. The room’s window was very small, making it difficult to ventilate. Also, this particular room faced the street, so you could constantly hear traffic noise. As for the hotel itself, it was very difficult to carry luggage up and down those stairs, and the refrigerator would suddenly make a very loud noise in the middle of the night. The neighborhood honestly had a lot of homeless people and felt quite unsafe.

I wish they had called me before I checked in or told me at check in, so I could have gone somewhere else. I hate to see any business lose money, but no hot water is a huge thing.

• Roland (8/5): It was ok. - There was a street construction right in front of the hotel. It was extremely noisy but it's not the hotel's fault. The beds we confortable but the pillows were not comfortable at all. The pillows were terrible. There was not hair dryer.

• Brennan (2/5): TOO NOISY - BAD GUESTS - Room was ready. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. It's super noisy from the street outside. That's not the hotels fault but it did make going to sleep at night difficult so you should be aware of that. There were also people above us making so much sex or sawing or druggy noise at 1 am and again around 5:30-6 am which woke us up. I called the front desk twice to tell them to please tell the upstairs guests to be quiet and then the noise stopped for a little while. Seemed like druggies doing druggy things from the noises.

There was a lot of dust and the floors could have been better cleaned as well. I did like the fact that everything I needed was walking distance!

• Marco (6/5): A Bargain I Guess? - So the only benefit of this place is its convenient proximity to Dodger Stadium and the Echoplex. That’s about it. It’s a bad area of LA and you wouldn’t feel really safe walking around at night. The hotel staff was great, friendly, accessible, and probably the best thing about the hotel. The hotel itself… is not that great. It’s very mid and or compatible to like a Motel 6. I did witness the staff washing the sheets and towels but they either need new machines or to reorder some towels/sheets. The towels and sheets smelled clean but they didn’t really look it. The towels had dark stains on them and some had a few hair follicles that weren’t mine. The sheets had negligible stains but if you’re really looking you’ll find them. Bugs easily got into the room somehow, especially small gnats and mosquitos. The shower was good at least, good pressure, and no leaks. My main issue was really the lack of cleanliness of the towels and the first set of sheets. Also the back parking looks pretty shady, don’t leave valuables in your car and careful at night! The entrance of the back parking lot as a deep dip and lower cars will definitely scrape front/back fenders no matter how slow you go. This place is only a bargain if you’re in town for a baseball game or for a concert. I will probably look for a spot in a better area next time.

• Adam (10/5): - This is our preferred go-to hotel when we travel to Los Angeles for holiday weekends! Centrally located to Universal Studios, Santa Monica Pier, and downtown. Great food options within 10 minutes that are authentic and won't break the bank. Starbucks Reserve 1/2 mile away so that the lady can have her Starbucks coffee every morning before going out for the travels of the day. Perfect for Dodgers games also, less than 2 miles away! Best hotel value in Los Angeles!

• Roberto (6/5): - Coming from San Diego just to watch the Dodgers Padres game at Dodger stadium. So it's very convenient because it's walkable distance to the stadium. But because it's right next to the freeway and they're fixing the road it was a little noisy but doable. It's great for one two nights. And very convenient walk to sunset Boulevard so in general very good bang for your buck
