- jean- claude (7/5): C’est plutôt un B&B - Emplacement très bien. Rapport qualité correct en tenant compte du fait que le prix des hôtels a complètement explosé en trois ans. Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais plutôt un B&B. Pas de possibilité de prendre une collation sur place, cela nous a permis d’aller prendre un petit déjeuner dans un établissement super sympa, nous sommes retournés le lendemain.

- Mariana (9/5): Estadia perfeita para quem quer ficar perto de tudo a pé. - A localização é perfeita, super perto da Fontana de Trevi, rua muito acessível e com um Carrefour a 2 min a pé. A única coisa que não gostei foi a área do duche que era demasiado pequena. De resto, água quente e com pressão estava excelente

Alla reception il personale, straniero, non era in grado di comunicare né in italiano né in inglese, cosa a dir poco assurda per una struttura ricettiva. La stessa difficoltà l’ho riscontrata anche contattando telefonicamente la struttura. Avevo prenotato con l’intenzione di soggiornare una notte, ma durante la prenotazione ho selezionato per errore le date sbagliate. Pochi istanti dopo ho provato ad annullare la prenotazione, spiegando che si trattava semplicemente di un errore di digitazione e che, se avessero accettato la cancellazione gratuita, avrei immediatamente riprenotato per la data corretta. Nonostante ciò, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta né disponibilità al dialogo: nessun confronto, nessuna assistenza, nulla. Hanno soltanto rifiutato più volte la cancellazione gratuita, dimostrando totale disinteresse verso il cliente e le sue esigenze, preferendo trattenere 58 euro piuttosto che garantire serietà e soddisfazione. Situazione davvero penosa. Sconsiglio assolutamente questa struttura.

Desde el portal se ve las escaleras de la Plaza de España y está a menos de un cuarto de hora de la Basílica de San Pedro. Diez minutos Panteón de Agripa, Plaza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, etc. La parada más cercana de metro es P.de España. Nuestra habitación era de las mejores (estándar) y no era muy grande, hay otras más pequeñas. Es un hotel para dormir, tiene nevera,limpio y hay que decir que en ciertos detalles se ve que el mantenimiento es un poco chapuza. Los empleados no hablan español, pero son muy amables. Están 24 horas. Si estuviera impecable las habitaciones serían de 300-500 € como los hoteles de la zona.. Insisto, hablo de mi habitación, estuve 7 noches... Es un hotel con dos pequeños tramos de escaleras, uno a la entrada y otro al llegar al piso. No sirve para personas con poca movilidad

Yataklar ve yastıklar rahattı. Fiyat fayda dengesi olacak bir yer. Duşakabinde şampuan koyacak yer yoktu. Oda küçük ve kullanışsızdı. Valizlerin üzerinden atlamak zorunda kaldık. Banyoda havlu asacak yer yoktu. Oda temizliği her gün yapılıyordu fakat sadece yorganları toplayıp yerleri sildiler. Çöpler alınmamıştı.

- Giorgos (1/5): Για μερικές μέρες μετά το check-out ξυπνούσα με εφιάλτες ότι είχα κοιμηθεί εκεί και δεν μπορούσα να αναπνεύσω!! Απαράδεκ - Η τοποθεσία. Ήταν απαράδεκτο το δωμάτιο! Μπορεί να διατίθενται και καλύτερα δωμάτια σε αυτό το κατάλυμα. Παρ όλα αυτά το συγκεκριμένο κάτω από την σκάλα δεν θα έπρεπε να έχει άδεια για να λειτουργεί !! Είχε όλο το δωμάτιο έντονη μυρωδιά μούχλας, υγρασίας και χλωρίνης!!! Όσον αφορά το μπάνιο, έχω ξανασυναντήσει μικρά μπάνια αλλά το να καθεσε στη λεκάνη και να έχεις τα πόδια κάτω από το νιπτήρα και πάλι να μην χωράς, πρώτη φορά!! Είναι κρίμα αν έχουν καλύτερα δωμάτια σε αυτό το κατάλυμα να προσβάλουν την παροχή τους με κάτι τέτοιο!!

- dymowicz (4/5): - Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa, blisko Watykanu i blisko historycznego centrum miasta. W pobliżu można zrobić zakupy na śniadanie, napić się kawy, zjeść posiłek. Hotel czysty, bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Hotel z pewnością wymaga remontu, mikroskopijna łazienka, mało przestrzeni, mało miejsca do przechowywania.

We’ - The location and the staff We have stayed here 5 times in the last 7 years and it has gotten progressively worse. Whoever does the renovations should be fired. Pipes sticking out of the walls, skirting around tub falling off, patio door drafty. Just an old hotel that needs to be properly renovated. They are getting away with band aid repairs because of location!
