• Varadarajan (8/5): Nice and comfortable stay - Central hotel is ideally located close to all facilities. I requested early check in and they tried to accommodate me but since it was full, I had to wait. Reception staff were polite and helpful. The fridge in the room was not working and they organised someone to look at it and swapped, but it still did not work. The breakfast is good with a variety of options. Room was a bit cramped but otherwise quite comfortable. The view of Acropolis from the window was a magic both at day and night.

• Mary (1/5): Items Stolen, Gaslighters - location During my stay at Central Athens Hotel, housekeeping stole my necklace and Tiffany bracelet engraved with “Mom.” After I repeatedly contacted the hotel, they suddenly “found” the necklace days later and claimed it was inside a bathrobe, even though I never used the robe. The bracelet was never returned. Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel attempted to cover up what happened and shift the blame onto me. I am extremely disappointed by the dishonesty, lack of accountability, and failure to return or reimburse the stolen $327 bracelet.

• Nico (8/5): Goed hotel op loopafstand van de Akropolis - Goede ligging ten opzichte van de Akropolis. Restaurant op de 7de verdieping een aanrader. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Wij zaten op de 6de verdieping en hoorden het constante geschuif van stoelen van het dakterras. Dat was het enige minpunt.

• Marija (9/5): - This is our 4th time in this hotel. The location is great. Easy access on door to all the major sights and also to underground station which leads to the airport. A bathroom could use the renovation.
• Ching Nar Cindy (7/5): - the hotel has an excellent location. food and service at its rooftop restaurant is excellent. the night view there is stunning. We booked a room for 3 persons. The photos at the booking showed that the room was spacious: apart from a double bed and a sofa bed, it also has a coffee table with 2 chairs at one side of the room, and a full size desk and a chair on another side of the room. So the room should be spacious enough for our 3 large luggage (for 3 persons). On our first night, the room provided to us did not have the coffee table and its 2 chairs at all!! The side table was there, but its chair cannot be put in front of the desk but instead the chair's back was at the short end of the table (so weird!!!) because the room was so small and crammed!!! If you sat in that chair, the desk was behind you and you also blocked the way and no one can walk pass. There was a huge mirror on the wall facing right into the double bed which made you feel scary when you woke up in the middle of the night. The photos at the booking are extremely misleading. We complained and we got changed to a normal 3 person room which was exactly what looked like in the photos the following night.

The breakfast was very fresh and tasteful and good quality,. The soundproofing of the room (110) was terrible. We could hear everything from the room above us and the room next to us. It was also terrible when someone flushed the toilet or coughed a lot. It was terribly disturbing. We woke up several times at night to people coughing next door. Every sound came from the corridor, even if a bag was rattling. In the dark you could see light filtering in under the front door and from the side, so the door's insulation and sealing are not good either. We recommend that they change this because it caused us a very bad night, even though the hotel is otherwise nice and we were satisfied with everything else.

We took two rooms, one of them with balcony which was smaller than the other room but it was really nice to have the space to sit outside. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great! It was in a good spacious area and it offered a mix of international and greek food, which was very tasty. The terrace bar/ restaurant was stunning and the food was of very good quality. All the personnel we talked to were friendly and helpful. Nothing comes to mind.

The location was perfect for local travel, but a distance to the port if you’re catching a ferry. The room was a good set up and the beds were comfortable. We felt very safe in this location as 2 females. I was on the top floor and could hear all the thumping from the rooftop bar. The air conditioner would start with a loud rattle and wake us up multiple times during the night. I didn’t find the staff on the front counter to be very helpful or approachable.

• Csernakne (10/5): Korrekt és kedves személyzet. Délelőtt 9:00 után érkeztünk, ezt az online bejelentkezésnél jeleztem. A szobát át is vehe - Központi elhelyezkedés. 7. emeleten a tetőterasz, csodálatos rálátással az Akropolis-ra. Bőséges, finom reggeli. Olyan nem volt.

Mange spisesteder, caféer og butikker i områder og alligevel en rolig beliggenhed, Intet - alt var godt. Dog kunne personalet godt være lidt mere hjertelige og interesserede i deres gæster. Et lille “god morgen”, “god dag”og “farvel” ved afrejse ville have en betydning for at man føler sig velkommen. Personalet i restauranten på rooftop var super.
• 5c8786dcd850719a116564f407cb1a57 (9/5): Location - Location. Proximity to restaurants, shopping, transportation, Syntagma square. and Acropolis. We would definitely stay there again. Evening view of the Acropolis from the rooftop restaurant and our room was breathtaking. Excellent breakfast. We even extended our stay another 4 days.
