• Cristina (3/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación Si sustituyeran el “Boutique” por “Antique”, al menos el cliente llegaría avisado de que el hotel es completamente vintage… aunque no precisamente en el sentido encantador de la palabra. Nada más llegar, en recepción te anuncian orgullosamente que te han hecho un “upgrade”. Suena fantástico y, evidentemente, genera expectativas. El problema aparece en cuanto entras en la habitación y descubres que cuesta encontrar dónde está realmente esa mejora. Lo más decepcionante fue la limpieza que deja mucho que desear. Después de tres noches alojada, miré debajo de la cama porque pensé que se me había caído algo y la cantidad de polvo y pelusa acumulada era directamente desagradable. Caminar descalzo por la habitación no es precisamente recomendable si no quieres llevarte contigo todo lo que no se ha aspirado. El estado general de la habitación transmite más desgaste que encanto: toallas y almohadas muy deterioradas, amenities básicos, persiana rota, puertas que prácticamente hay que forzar para cerrarlas, huellas marcadas en los armarios visibles a plena luz del día y óxido en el desagüe de la bañera, suelo muy desgastado, entre otros detalles. Y como colofón, la sorpresa final: pagar un importe en durante el proceso de reserva y recibir después una factura con un importe superior. Para quienes viajamos por trabajo y debemos justificar gastos, sería interesante entender cómo se explica algo así a un departamento de contabilidad. Sinceramente, esperaba bastante más de un hotel que se presenta como “boutique” y que además presume de hacer upgrades a sus clientes.

• Lydia (7/5): it was ok for the money but I won't be coming back. - The location was very good for going to the beach (it takes a good 25 minutes to walk into town along a very nice pedestrian path next to the beach). Receptionists were friendly. Our room looked nothing like the ones advertised - it had one window looking out the dark entry of the parking garage. I had requested twin beds, but we got one bed and one pull-out couch, which was not very comfortable and also meant that one of us basically got the worse deal. The towels still had faint stains on them, one day we did not get a bathroom mat, and there was a black hair on the sheets (both my friend and I are blond).

Sauber Wir bekamen ein Zweibettzimmer in dem die Betten zwar zusammen geschoben wurden, es optisch aber nicht gepasst hat. Da dadurch zb die Steckdosen verdeckt wurden. Es scheint nicht genügend Doppelbetten zu geben. Es gibt eine Garage hier passen allerdings nur 5 Autos rein und diese sollten auch klein sein. Da große Autos nicht rein passen. Die Zimmer sind für ein Boutique Hotel leider etwas veraltet, abgenutzt.

• Melanie (8/5): Gutes 3 Sterne Hotel in guter Lage, sauber mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern - Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage in einer guten Gegend der Stadt. Man kann im Umkreis von 5km alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Die nahe Lage zum Steand ist ein Vorteil. Die Einrichtung ist etwas überaltet und nicht so modern, aber die Matratze war top und das Zimmer war sauber.Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hat hervorragend Englisch gesprochen. Der Radverleih und der Taxiservice erfolgte zuverlässig mit 2 sehr guten Unternehmen der Stadt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße mit viel Verkehr, der aber am Abend weniger wird und nachts nicht zu hören ist. Zusätzlich war gegenüber eine sehr laute Baustelle. Diese und die ältere Ausstattung luden nicht gerade zum verweilen in dem kleinen Zimmer ein, aber da man sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs war, war das nicht schlimm.Der Balkon ging seitlich und zeigte die Hinterhöfe der angrenzenden Häuser. Es gibt aber auch Zimmer mit Balkon nach vorne, die aber direkt an der lauten Strasse liegen.Der Frühstücksraum war etwas dunkel, da er im Keller lag. Ich konnte damit sehr gut leben.

On a été très bien reçu. Bon petit déjeuner dans l’ensemble mais peut être améliorer au niveau du choix. Mention spéciale pour le jus d’orange qui est délicieux.

Das Bad ist okay und sauber ,ist aber in die Jahre gekommen .Eine Gaze -Schiebetür wäre eine gute Investition ! Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung ,von jedem was dabei ! Das Personal dort ist freundlich und sehr tüchtig ! Grossen Dank ! Die Lage ist ideal, keine 100 m von der Strandpromenade, 15 min zum Zentrum, Bushaltestelle vorm Hotel ,,,, Wir sind nicht umsonst das 4. Mal hier gewesen ! Kommen das nächste Jahr wieder! Im Grossen und Ganzen gibt es nichts zu beanstanden !

• christopher (8/5): A great stay. - Comfortable bed, bathroom fine, storage space good, breakfast very good, plenty of localbuses, near the beach, Staff so helpful Jaun Carlos , in fact all staff, Tamsin provided a packed lunch when we went out on an early day trip, really helpful, they couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable, and it was., would we return ?, YES definitely. Unfortunately construction work on the opposite site of the road made it noisy during the day at the time of our visit. There is some road noise during the night, and the walls are not very thick so you can hear some noise from adjacent rooms, e.g. flushing the loo etc. so it would not be good if you are a light sleeper.

Im Bad waren mehrere Bodenfliesen lose. Frühstück gabs im Untergeschoß. (Kein Fenster) Parkgarage fast nicht zu befahren, sehr beengt. Flughafenshuttle erst ab 8 Uhr verfügbar!
• Mojca (4/5): - Pri nastanitvi nam je bila všeč lokacija, saj je hotel dokaj blizu glavnih znamenitosti v mestu Malaga. Prav tako nam je prav prišel parking, ki ga je nastanitev nudila, vendar je bil vhod v parking hotela zelo, zelo ozek, primeren je za manjše avtomobile ali najbolj spretne voznike. Soba hotela, ki smo jo dobili, ni bila primerno očiščena - tla so bila zelo umazana (naš otrok je bil zaradi plazenja po tleh ves umazan) in rjuhe niso bile zamenjane, saj smo med njimi našli koščke smeti in dlake. Osebje je bilo sicer zelo razumevajoče in je sobo očistilo še isti dan, rjuhe pa so bile naslednji dan zamenjane. Zaradi navedenega hotela ne bi priporočila.

L'accueil a été très agréable. Le parking est un piège. Nous avions un T-Roc de location : tout est passé à 5 cm près pour chaque manœuvre. L'hôtel est propre, mais notre chambre méritait un sérieux rafraîchissement : elle est en cours de vieillissement.

La proximité de la plage 👍 L'hôtel dans son ensemble est assez vieillissant (les baies vitrées donnant sur la rue n'isolent pas du bruit de la circulation). Les lumières de chaque côté du lit sont trop puissantes et ne peuvent pas s'éteindre individuellement. Les salles pour les petits déjeuners sont en sous-sol et trop petites. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas très bon

• Pia (9/5): Strandnära läge! - Mysigt och välstädat hotell med bra läge. Nära till stranden och ca 10 minuters promenad till city-kärnan. Lite slitet på toaletten men rent och välstädat ändå.
