• E. Joseph (9/5): Sehr zufriedenstellend! - Hotel und Zimmer ziemlich neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Lage sehr zentral und nah zu BVG (Bus-, U-Bahn) Haltestellen. Frühstück reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut. Frühstückszeiten sehr gut(Mo-Fr. bis 10:30 Uhr; Sa-So bis 11:00 Uhr) Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal. Nur eine große Bettüberdecke beim Doppelbett. 2 getrennte Bettüberdecken wäre uns lieber gewesen.

Rozkładana kanapa z bardzo ostrym zakończeniem - juz na dzień dobry rozdarłam spodnie i zraniłam się w łydkę. Nie było to zbyt bezpieczne zwłaszcza w kontekście dzieci. Śniadania mocno mnie rozczarowały- w takiej kwocie przywykłam do bardzo urozmaiconych śniadań, przygltowywanych na bieżąco przy gościach a nie do jajecznicy z proszku. Powiem szczerze - wybrałam hotel ze względu na lokalizacje i opinie ale wiem ze mogłam trafić lepiej.

Turns out the room was available anyway. That felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. The rest of the staff was very friendly. Also, are bibles (new testament, and Mormon) in a room really needed?

Les chambres étaient spacieuses, nous étions 3 et vraiment on a pu poser nos valises et ne pas se sentir à l'étroit dans la chambre. Nous étions un peu plus déçues du menu du restaurant le soir qui était assez restreint. Et également il manquait des serviettes dans notre salle de bain, il n'y en avait que 2 grandes pour une réservation de 3 personnes mais le personnel de l'accueil a été très réactif pour nous en fournir plus.

• Fabio (10/5): Fantastico soggiorno - L’hotel si trova in una buona posizione, 10 minuti a piedi da check point charlie e 20 da Alexander Platz; inoltre a 2 minuti c’è la fermata della metro che ti collega su tutta Berlino. Abbiamo potuto fare il check-in appena arrivati in struttura sebbene fossimo in anticipo di 3 h; anche per il check-out c’è la possibilità di poterlo effettuare fino alle 12 e lasciare i bagagli anche dopo l’orario, molto comodo. L’hotel dispone di una grande sala ristoro in cui la mattina c’è un ampio buffet colazione. Personale gentile e accogliente, sempre disponibile. Ci sono anche servizi come sala fitness, Wi-Fi, sala comune. Camere ampie, moderne e pulite. Consiglio fortemente questo hotel e sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Berlino soggiornerei nuovamente qui Nulla

• Juliet (9/5): An excellent place to stay for a short break in Berlin - The hotel is in the central Mitte area and within easy walking distance of a U Bahn and of many points of interest, including museums and sections of the Berlin Wall. Our room was in a quiet area, spacious, well appointed and very comfortable - the recipe for a good night's sleep, ready for more sightseeing in the morning! Talking of the morning, the hotel breakfast was magnificent, with a wide choice of everything you could possibly want. If we go back to Berlin, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly.

• K M A (9/5): - Tyypillinen business-hotelli, sisustus ja värit pyrkivät luomaan yksilöllistä tunnelmaa aika hyvin siinä onnistuen. Mukavat vuoteet. Huoneessa hyvin toimiva ja hiljainen ilmastointi. Ikkunankin olisi saanut auki, mutta silloin katumelu häiritsi. Minibaari huoneessa oli tyhjä, mutta sen virkaa toimitti myyntialue vastaanoton vieressä. Tämä toimi erinomaisesti ja tarjosi kohtuullisen laajan valikoiman mm tuoreita voileipiä, hedelmäsalaattia yms. Erittäin hyvä palveluajatus! Aamiainen tyypillinen buffet, hyvä, ei kovin persoonallinen mutta monipuolinen. Kahviautomaatit hyvät ja monipuoliset. Suuri osa kaiksesta sisustuksesta oli muovia huolimatta esim. tekstiilin ulkonäöstä. Tyynyt synteettistä materiaalia, olen Saksassa yleensä saanut nauttia ihanista untuvaisista tyynyistä ja peitoistakin. Tyynyt kuitenkin varsin mukavat ja nukuin hyvin. Aamiaisen tuoreet hedelmät usein raakoja ja mauttomia.

• Hans Peter (8/5): very satisfactory - It was a calm spot in Berlin within easy walking to many historical sites - e.g Jüdisches Museum, Checkpoint Charlie, Museum Insel. If you want shops nearby, maybe not your cup of tea. Breakfast had a good selection for all. Ate supper with friends on Sunday evening in the restaurant. Very pleasant. I'd prefer proper coffee in the room on awakening, not Schnellkaffee. Nothing to do with the hotel, but please let reception tell tourists to be more aware of THIEVES!!!! This should be told to all who visit Berlin!!!! We were robbed by a group of young females wanting money for "disabled children" in front of the Humbold Forum. They are professional and trained to distract through holding up a petition to sign. Not new, I know, but they are clever and professional.

Die Handtücher im Bad wurden nach nur einer Nacht gewechselt, obwohl es eine Umweltpolicy gibt und die Handtücher nicht auf dem Boden lagen. Der Boden im Zimmer hat mir nicht gefallen, war aus Plastik. Es gab keinen Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad, ein echt großer Minuspunkt.

Restaurant tiene un menu muy limitado si uno va a cenar en la noche. Idealmente mantener opción calefaccion ban̈o,cuando la temperatura esta baja.

• Jan (9/5): Geweldig hotel op een fijne plek. - We hadden een fantastische kamer (appartement) van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel fijn om met een baby nog een aparte kamer te hebben. De bedden waren comfortabel en de inrichting was heel prettig. We zouden hier zeker nog een keer verblijven! De schoonmaker kwam twee keer binnen terwijl onze baby sliep. 1 keer omdat hij was vergeten was. En 1 keer omdat hij dacht dat we al hadden uitgecheckt (we hadden al betaald maar expliciet gezegd dat we nog niet uitcheckten). Dat was wel hinderlijk maar verder was alles top.
