I also appreciated the ladies powder room. My MIL used the space to do make up and hair. She loved the space and the cleanliness. 女性用パウダールームなんているかなって思ったけど、一緒に泊まった義母にメイクやヘアセットするのに使ってもらえてよかった。座って作業できてよかった。 ないです。

It isn't big enough to lay out two suitcases and the shower was quite small. We preferred using the spa instead.

- Takako (9/5): コスパ最高です！ - お風呂が最高でした！1人貸切的な露天風呂、サウナ、お風呂上がりのデッキでの夕涼み♡とても気持ちよかったです！リピートしたいです！系列の新大阪の露天風呂の方が個人的には好きですが、こちらは周りに食事するところもたくさんあり、ロケーション的にもアクセスも抜群で、大阪泊まるならここですね〜^_^

- KIKUO (8/5): 気の利いたホテルだった - いろいろなところでちょっと気の利いたサ－ビスがある ウェルカムドリンクの充実、エアコンの効いたエレベーター、屋上のお風呂と屋外のお風呂も気持ちが良かった 指定の駐車場は24時間分無料だった 部屋が角の部屋でいびつなカタチをしてデッドスペースがかなりあった 駐車場が分かり辛かった

Unfortunately, the spa is closed.. they write that the staff were absent so they cannot patrol at the onsen area. i am so disappointed because, we chexk in late and the spa is the only thing i Can enjoy because were staying here shortly… but the location is okay breakfast is good. Rooms are small and also breakfast area too. Want to sit on the table area because we have kids..

- Igor Marini (9/5): Amazing SPA - The hotel is just one block from the subway station, with plenty of nearby restaurants and street-food options. Although most menus were only in Japanese since it’s not a very touristy area, it was still easy to manage. The highlight was definitely the spa on the 10th floor, with hot pools, individual hot baths, and a sauna. Overall, it was a great experience The listing said the last room available had a king-size bed. We were two people and needed two separate beds, but since this was the only available option, we booked it anyway. When we arrived, we found that the ‘king bed’ was actually two mattresses pushed together with one large sheet to make it look like a single bed. When we separated the beds, we were left without proper bedding, as there was only one sheet. We asked the staff to properly separate the beds and provide two sets of linens after the next day’s cleaning, but our request was denied. I don’t understand why, since the room clearly had two separate mattresses

- Grzegorz (10/5): Polecam - Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, idealny jako baza do zwiedzania miasta. Czyste, wygodne pokoje, miła obsługa oraz bardzo dobre śniadania w formie bufetu z daniami japońskimi. W okolicy liczne restauracje i sklepy. Świetna lokalizacja i komfort na pobyt w Osace.
