• Julie (8/5): - Location is good, and I’ve been walking distance from old town. Walked around in circles and up and down many stairs for over an hour and a half trying to find the property. We received many emails with different addresses and one of the addresses was wrong. It was difficult to get a hold of anybody to help us. We finally got a hold of someone and they told us which directions to follow with the pictures in the guide.

• Rob (8/5): - Excellent location. Clean Tv not working and not attended to, even after reporting it. Lots of steps to climb with heavy luggage.
• Nota (9/5): Clean and well located - Before arrival we received detailed information on how to find the property and that’s a big plus because old town can be chaotic. The room was very clean and fully equipped, they had turned on air conditioning and we checked in to heaven as we arrived at the hottest hour of the day. Location was ideal, we explored everything on foot. Even though we did not meet the staff they were always kind and replied immediately to the messages. A bit of uncomfortable mattress, but not a reason not to stay in studio Amy.

• Emily (4/5): Like camping but with one more star. - Positive: 1- great communication with the property manager who acts soon. 2- shower pressure and amount of water is awesome. Better than home. 3- cheapest compared to nearby flats 4- dubrovnik is not an accessible city generally speaking. This flat was slightly better with less staircase and very close to old town. 5- great aircon to heat (didn't use the cooling system) Negative: 1- too many ants around the property: in the sink, microwave, kitchen floor. It started to spread into the bedroom. 2- Shower room design is awkward. You accidentally touch the lever all the time with your elbow changing the heat and amount of water. 3- You see 2 side lights by the bed. Only one is working. The other is for show. 4- TV working needs manual. I couldn't figure out how to use it. 5- bed is ok but little number of thin sheets. I am on the cold side but thankfully air con worked as heating system 6- windows is heavy and old to open and to avoid breaking when opening everyday, decided to leave it shut. Then room becomes dark, boring and groomy. 7- Internet connection was awful. I needed to get another link from property manager to use it.
• Galyna (8/5): Very good - 1) Great location: 7-10 min from Old City, near bus stop. 2) Correlation between price and quality: for the same price in Old City you will get room with shared(!) bathroom, and here you have whole apartments for the same money and very close to the old city. 3) You have a small balcony with the view to the garden. 4) Free luggage storage in the Amico tours in the Old City and on the reception. 5) You have almost everything you need for comfortable stay: Kitchen with all equipment, shower, big bed, all the necessary little things, for example: iron, clothes dryer, hair dryer, even umbrellas. 6) It was really clean when we arrived. 7) The staff tries to help as possible: we asked is it possible to check in earlier and we got message as soon as apartments were ready. 1) The place is mosquito paradise, there should be mosquito nets on all windows and on the doors and even on the small window in the toilet, which is permanently opened, because it is really uncomfortable when you are bitten by the mosquitos all the time during your stay in the apartment. 2) On the glass doors to the kitchen wall cabinet for dishes should be silicon protection, because they are from the glass if you forget to close them you can get hurt badly. I got hurt once during stay and my mother got hurt so badly, she thought she had bleeding,but fortunately there was no bleeding. 3) Toilet is so small, me with the heigh 1 m 63 cm it was almost impossible to close doors. 4) Shower and toilet in the immediate vicinity from the kitchen and dining table and only separated with plastic walls, so from my opinion it will be uncomfortable to go to the toilet or take a shower when someone cooking or eating. 5) "Breaking deposit" organised in very very wrong way: 1) there is no information about this deposit on booking.com; 2) you must to pay via the link you get via email according to demand you get via Watsapp messaging (it is definitely demand not the kind ask, because in the case of not making payment you will not get the code from the key box) and booking.com is clearly reccomend not to make any payments accept via booking site and not to communicate with apartment owners or staff via other messengers accept the booking com site/app. 3) If you are charging "breaking deposit" it should be authorised person during the check-in and during check-out with whom me as a client will check all the possible damages. For example if after check out of previous client you missed some damage but noticed it after my check out how I can prove that this damage was already when I checked in.
• Barani (8/5): Great for a short stay - Was close to old town and close to amenities, great for short stay being in own apartment Got also air conditioning but only downside is that it is in the bedroom and still some mosquitos were present Has all amenities and facilities except a few like shower gel or shampoo but overall pleasant stay
• Anna (7/5): Fantastic location, provided everything we needed. - Very inaccurate address info and zero signage making it extremely difficult to locate. Hosts didn’t answer the phone to help as number provided by Booking.com was wrong

• Ayeya (7/5): Good - Good location €6.5...city tax.. I stayed 6days...that's not too much money..that's annoyed keep texting me to pay...before i arrived...i think that i get message over than 5times....
• Loida (1/5): We are seriously disgusted, we definitely do not recomend this place to anyone. - It was difficult to reach the place because the location in Google maps it is not correct. It would be much easier if you add a photo of the church in your Guide or you send the address instead of a localization. The apartment was not as clean as a host would desires. There were dust and fluff all around the bed, on the floor, remains of crumbs on the table of the microwave and insects dead on the floor, windows and walls. The outside tree has aphip and it has invaded half of the balcony. We have had to remove it to have enough space to sit down outside. When we arrived a window was open so the apartment was completely full of mosquitoes. If you prefer to leave windows open, at least you could provide some product for the mosquitoes. Since we arrived, we haven't got wifi. Even you sit next to the router, it is so slow, that you can't send a WhatsApp. The router doesn't work properly. And the worst of all, there are rats jumping on the tree of the balcony over our heads!!!! We have seen them many times. When I informed you by WhatsApp, the answer was: omg This is a really serious issue and it could be a health problem for us and all the people around. We complained in person and by email but anyone answers.
• Mathias (8/5): Very good overall, enjoyed the stay. - Superb location. Easy to use little kitchenette and shower. Large bedroom. Good price ratio for location and apt. features. A little tricky to find in the dark, but agency helped immediately. Lockbox could use a small label ‘Amy’ or similar to assist the first time visitors.
• Rory93 (9/5): Lovely apartment - excellent location - Very clean and looks as shown in photos. Location is excellent - less than 10min walk to the old town, less than 5min walk to lovely small pebbley beach/swim area. We also walked to bus station (30mins). Couple of supermarkets close by (less than 10mins). Nice private terrace with table and chairs. Shower only has enough hot water for 2 quick showers - you have to give the boiler up to 30mins between if you want a longer shower. (This was detailed in manual so we were prepared!)
