• Hirokazu (8/5): フロントの対応はパーフェクトです - リアルト橋の水上バス乗り場からすぐのロケーション。ベネチアは訪れる際に駅の前で入場料をとるようになりましたが、宿泊者は免除されます。その手続きをホテルが代行してくれて助かりました。フロントもフレンドリーでGOODです。 お部屋から運河を望めず残念。お値段の割にとても狭い客室です。ホテルのページに掲載される素敵な写真は朝食会場の写真、ここは良かった。共用トイレも水漏れの修理中でした。

• Frank (9/5): Absoluut een aanbeveling, maar wees er snel bij want dit hotel zit altijd vol :-) - Er was geen ontbijtbuffet maar dat was juist geweldig: je kon van alles bestellen en het werd vers bereid en aan je tafeltje bezorgd, inclusief een prachtig uitzicht op het water. De bediening was ongelofelijk vriendelijk zo ook de gastvrijheid was top! Het was 26 graden op de kamer en de airco kon (nog) niet aan, dus onaangenaam warm op de kamer. Raam kon wel open maar de zeer warme lucht van de keuken of bakkerij van de verdieping eronder kwam dan naar binnen, dus dat was geen optie...

We were walking distance to St. Marks Square and had taxi and water bus service nearly at the front door. The bed was very comfortable and the staff helpful. There is a beautiful breakfast/bar room with a wonderful view of the Grand Canal and good food. We were in the residence building which does involve some stairs but they will help you with luggage.

Location is great, 10 minute walk to San Marco. Our room looked out on the court yard and there was construction and scaffolding, but luckily double windows blocked out the noise.

Very clean and a friendly, helpful staff. Note that the rooms at the rear overlook a small courtyard that gets noisy , very very early in the morning with kitchen staff and delivery porters. The room was small with no air conditioning - the staff did kindly give us a fan - and we had to request milk (rather than it being available) for the tea and coffee maker.

• 728connorf (10/5): Spectacular location, amazing views and excellent service. Definitely recommend staying here! - The location of this hotel cannot be better. You are looking out at the Grand Canal and you are steps away from the Rialto bridge. You can easily walk to any major location and you truly feel like you are immersed within Venice while staying here. The staff is excellent and friendly and their breakfast pastries are some of the best I've ever had in my entire life. The hotel itself is smaller and boutique, but we never felt we were lacking anything during our stay. Our room was excellent and I would highly recommend it if available. It had a large sitting room, a giant private jacuzzi, and a separate bedroom with small dining area overlooking the canal. Next time you are in Venice I definitely recommend staying here!
• Michaela (9/5): Perfekte, gepflegte Unterkunft mit Toplage und Flair für verlängertes Wochenende, das Frühstücken im Zimmer war wunderba - Lage, Grösse, Flair, Aussicht auf Wasser und Rialtobrücke, Vaporettoanlegestelle (auch zum Flughafen) direkt vor der Türe Es war wirklich alles sehr gut, was für uns Verbesserungspotential hätte: zu wenig Ablage/Stauraum im Bad, Arbeitsplatz einer Büro-Mitarbeiterin direkt vor unserem Zimmer war irgendwie seltsam, immer etwas wenig Nespressokapseln und WC-Papier, daran sollte man bei den Preisen bitte nicht sparen, mehr Vorrat wäre angenehmer.

L'hôtel a un super emplacement, mais les prestations sont trop cher, tout comme la chambre qui était un bien petite peu lumineuse (lumière naturelle) pour le prix payé. L'accueil par le personnel était froid.
• Soul Adventures (6/5): Prime location in Venice, offering a cosy and comfortable stay - The hotel was in a great location right next to the famous Rialto Bridge, a supermarket right next door, and a 5-7 min walk to San Marco's Square. The hotel offers a complimentary trip to Murano, which we took advantage of. It was a lovely high-end crystal maker who provided insight into how they blow their glass creations, and then a tour of the factory store from which we purchased a memento to take home. They also took us back to San Marco Square afterwards. The rooms are very tight, and the decor could be updated, at least in the communal areas. You need to ring the front doorbell to gain entry. We mentioned it was our honeymoon, but no upgrade or any token was presented.

• stephen (9/5): Un voyage romantique en couple qui a trouvé son nid à Venise - L’hôtel est très bien située tout prés du Pont Rialto. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec un large choix et pris dans le breakfast room face au Grand Canal.

• Dr. Grace (9/5): Enjoyed very much - The location is amazing. City center, directly at the ferry stop, private transport available too, safe, clean, funky style. GREAT breakfast included. The shower was teenie tiny and difficult to maneuver in. Good luck shaving your legs ladies unless you're a contortionist! But great water pressure. They had weird scented toilet paper (that was a new one) which we hated and it definitely bothered my bestie's balance. We had to go buy our own unscented at the shops so if perfumed things like that bother you be prepared.

• fernandonL5761DF (10/5): IDYLIC 30TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY STAY - A somewhat beleted review on this fabulous small boutique hotel in the centre of venice. I chose this hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary and we were very happy with our entire experience. On arrival at Marco Polo Airporgt on a crisp November morning we decided to take what we thought was a vaparetto but was more like a water taxi but one that accomodated up to about 16 people seated in 2 rows below deck. It made a number of stops before we arrived at out stop the Rialto Bridge. No sooner had we stepped off the vessel and walked a few steps we were at the entrance of our hotel. Fantastic ! To our immediate keft was the always bustling and noisy Rialto Bridge and we thought that we gad made the wrong choice. However once inside the place was sound proofed and you could not hear any of the outside noise. The hotel is small and we chose a junior suite. Our room with a Rialto Bridge Grand Canal view was a perfect choice for our wedding anniversary and our breakfasts were exceptional in fact everything you could want. Service was unobtrusive but always available when called upon. I dont think we could have chosen a better stay for our 30th wedding aniversary than Venice and EGO BOUTIQUE THE SILK ROAD and athough this review has been slightly delayed in being posted we were contemplating rebooking for next year and thought hey! I didnt place the positive review the Ego boutique hotel deserves. Well here it is definitely would revisit and would recommend to friends and family. • Heathcote (9/5): Our 20 year anniversary break in Venice - The location is fantastic. Rialto Bridge is so close and therefore all the best restaurants, cantinas and bars are very close. Our room was large, quiet and very comfortable. Staff were great.

Die Lage dieses Boutique Hotels ist völlig unschlagbar! Wir haben unseren Kurzaufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Tageslicht gab es aufgrund des gegenüberliegenden Gebäudes nur wenig. Das war für uns aber ein unbedeutender Makel.
