• Grant (10/5): Amazing service levels and customer care. - The team at the hotel were amazing as I left my AirPods behind and they took the time to let me know and couriered them to Buenos Aires to a new hotel for me while I was travelling around Argentina. What a great team and superb service.

The following night I am in the Holiday Inn Lima Airport and the cost, including breakfast, is a very reasonable $115,.

Not luxury, but high end and clean and well worth the price. Great massages available. The restaurant food is good if you stick to the classic Argentine dishes (steak, pasta etc). Good parking across the street that is locked to keep your car safe. One of the menu items (shrimp bisque with cilantro) was weird and inedible. I appreciate the effort to try and diversify the menu but the execution was poor. Breakfast was pretty good but the eggs were a little bland.

The rooms and installations are clean and in great shape. We did not visit the casino, but it seemed to have a healthy number of visitors for a Monday night. Large rooms and baths. Not at all noisy. The restaurant is good. Continental breakfast included. Covid protocol respected. Quite recommendable.

• DOMINGO (10/5): Mi estadía es Epic Hotel - Excelente hotel, a la altura de los mejores. Muy buena atención, así como la limpieza. Las habitaciones muy confortables y de gran calidad. La ubicación del hotel es de fácil acceso y cercano al centro comercial de la ciudad. Muy recomendable.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Business travel - Most of the hotel amenities are fine, the big draw is the restaurant, extremely limited food options and the service is extremely slow. I have stayed several times at this hotel for business travel and the average time is no less than 1 hour and 30 minutes even for a “tostado” (ham & cheese sandwich).
• mark (8/5): ok Hotel but very bad gym - Stayed Here for two weeks on business, room ok but if you like it quite stay at the back of the hotel the square is very busy and loud at night, my only complaint is the gym is shocking, all 3 machines were broken the belt slips on running machine and no weights.

• Mauro1972 (8/5): Wonderfull Hotel - This is really a nice Hotel, they have wonderful bedroom , very well refurbished , mini bar filled daily, fast laundry service, great staff speaking English and huge breakfast for both salt and sweet taste. The position is also in the middle of city , where you can easily reach restaurant or cofee shop walking . They have a beautiful swimming pool and a small gym ( frankly speaking this is the less nice thing) They have also a Casino at ground floor but I don't go.

Como extra habría pedido flexibilidad en el check out, para poder seguir utilizando la pileta durante la tarde como otros hoteles hacen, pero no tienen esa modalidad, tampoco es algo criticable, sino que habría sido un lindo extra para hacerlo más que perfecto.
• José Antonio (8/5): Nos parece un lindo hotel, pero falta personal. - Es la segunda vez que estamos en el hotel, nos gusta, pero la atención de los empleados deja bastante que desear. No se molestan en ayudarte con las maletas, están detras del mostrador y ni se mueven. El sabado 30 de Julio ingresamos a las 23 horas, cansados de viajar 11 horas, sinceramente me parece una falta de respeto al viajero, no ayudar con las maletas. La habitacion espectacular.
• federicou743 (10/5): A five star hotel in the Middle of Argentina - Indeed a five star rating. Rooms are big and comfortable, beds and mattresses as well. Service good and discrete. Swimming pool, fitness centre, kids corner, nice restaurant. Forgot to mention the casino, sharing same entrance, which sometimes is not the best option. Anyway, a 10 points stay!
• Gitanomac (8/5): An over nighter - When I travel to the west from Buenos Aires I will try to make my first night at this hotel. They offer many good things such as secure parking, which for me as a motorcycle rider is very important. The rooms are large and comfortable and the restaurant offers a good meal. They have began to offer a buffet at night as well though I ordered off the menu as it starts later than I wanted to wait. A good nights rest and I was on my way the next day. I am not a gambler so I have never been in the casino. The hotel used to be part of the Amerian chain but once that contract expired the owner of the hotel did not renew it. A nice hotel in the middle of the town. Easy to get to and leave from for the next leg of your journey.

• 852dianec (6/5): Needs an upgrade - The bathrooms need an upgrade , the room is fine , well we stayed in a suite so the size was spacious , the bed was clean and comfortable , but the bathroom was really old fashion and what really disappointed us was the buffet for dinner and breakfast , the food was overlooked and the croissants were uncooked and the rest of the food looked as a third class hotel Casino The staff was friendly .the casino is small and very busy.
