- Lena (1/5): - Although the room was on the smaller side, it was incredibly cozy and thoughtfully designed with absolutely everything I needed. The space was perfectly clean, and I especially loved the wonderful smell of the shampoo. I am writing to share my severe disappointment with my recent stay. The soundproofing in the rooms is virtually non-existent; the walls are so thin that the road noise was unacceptably loud. To make matters worse, at approximately 3:00 AM, the couple in the adjacent room was loudly fighting for over an hour, and we could hear every word. The entire night was an absolute nightmare. I was unable to get any sleep and had to go to work the next day completely exhausted. I expected a restful environment and was deeply let down.

- Kathy (6/5): Comfortable but too expensive for what it was. - The location is good the hotel is tired and needs smartening up, especially for the $500+ per night that we paid. The staff are lovely and helpful. The gym is grungy. The shower and bed worked and were comfortable. It just seems an insane process to pay for what it was. Also we had to pay a $40 “resort fee.” That was outrageous for WiFi and the gym… Cleaner appearance and smarter.

- Jorge Esteban (8/5): Nice a well-located hotel - Unbeatable location, nice and spacious bathroom, very clean room but the rugs looked old and seemed that they need to be renewed Housekeeping start their work early in the mornings and they use to knock on doors to check if guests are there or not, which makes the place noisy and doesn’t allow guests to sleeping in if desired. They interrupted our sleep several times. Also, room was tiny (that’s typical in NYC though) and there wasn’t a fridge in it

Le lendemain on nous a dit non pas possible ! Il était midi … la responsable est venue pas très aimable elle a confirmé pas possible !!! Elle ne nous a même pas dit au revoir. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seules pour trouver un endroit pour faire garder nos valises, payant bien sûr . Dommage cela nous a gâché le séjour qui s’était bien déroulé et tous les autres personnels étaient sympas …

After Chekqued out i I asked the receptionist to keep my lugage because I needed to have several woking meetings and could no take the Case. Then, the guy in the front desk told me they did not have doorman in that moment. I complained and a girl that was working in the hotel told that every hotel was free to have their policies, but finally the kept my lugage, but the treatment was not good

- bravo (3/5): - Tengo que decirles que quisieron estafarme.. yo había pagado todo por medio de bookin por 1 noche y no entiendo por qué me pidió de nuevo mi tarjeta ,, y después de 4 días se volvieron a cobrar la habitación y pasaron 3 días más y lo volvieron hacer. Mi banco les puso la demanda y me los regresaron .. eso estuvo muy mal de parte de ellos .. lástima con personas así por que el hotel es bonito

- Maria Cristina (10/5): Da próxima vez que for a NY escolherei o hotel 57 - a reserva não incluía pequeno almoço. O atendimento por parte de Verónica e de Yuko foi inexcedível. Foram extremamente amáveis e prontas a encontrar uma solução para o que nos preocupava. Os porteiros também muito prestáveis. Garantiram-nos um transporte de regresso ao aeroporto. A localização do hotel é excelente. Bem central rodeado de restaurantes simpáticos e perto de estações de Metro o que nos facilitou as deslocações em Nova Iorque Sinto que o hotel poderia ser alvo de medidas de modernização. Penso na alcatifa no chão. A limpeza é inexcedível , mas com um soalho seria mais simples e mais saudável. O lobby poderia ser mais espaçoso. Seria mais confortável , pois por vezes apenas temos avião de regresso já com o dia adiantado, o que nos obriga a esperar pela hora de regresso num espaço muito exíguo e não somos os únicos hóspedes do hotel.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE NEEDING ACCESSIBLE - clean sheets dark entry. . hitting head on hard glass shelving after rising from toilet seat for both of us, 5' and 6'6"....no handle bars in or by shower despite slippery floor. HVAC system has two modes: OFF and LOUD. One night stand for two people. One face cloth for two people. You have to leave the hotel to get real coffee. (non-descript instant coffee in the room with dry coffee creamer, no tea bag. No mention of where the ice machines are.

- Larissa (7/5): Der Aufenthalt war gut. - Die Lage war super. Innerhalb von 20 Gehminuten ist man beim Timessquare oder Broadway. Ebenfalls ist der Centralpark sehr nahe. 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt war gleich eine Subway-Station. Sehr praktisch. Es gibt im Zimmer nicht sehr viele Ablageflächen im Bad. Der Kleiderschrank ist auch klein.

Cada dia el servei de neteja deixava l'habitació impecable: llit fet, lavabo net i endreçat, tovalloles canviades. Dona gust quan arribes de caminar 20km diaris per NYC i trobar-te confortable a l'habitació. El llit de matrimoni una mica petit. Aparell de calefacció/aire condicionat fa molt soroll. Sort que no el vam necessitar i l vam tenir apagat.

- Fabio (2/5): - Only the location. I had booked a superior room, but at check-in I was given a budget room, which was more like a hostel and quite unpleasant. I went back to the reception and, after some insistence, they finally gave me the room I had originally booked, claiming they had “exceptionally granted me an upgrade.” However, this was not true, as the room I received afterward was exactly the one I had reserved. The reception staff did not seem courteous. I also noticed that after the incident, when I went out, they did not even respond to my greeting.
