- Rabiyathul Basariah (7/5): Strategic location and friendly staff - All staffs especially Kevin, Ceaser, Esther, Elliot, Ryan, Julio and Fran (and everyone whom we met) were great. Location was superb. It is a street away from Whole Foods, Bryant Park, Times Square, and Radio City. Fifth Avenue is a block away. Buses frequent the street opposite. Close to subway too. Washer and dryer in the room are so useful. The morning snacks and coffee are helpful. Heater was working well in the cold days. in April 2026, The room is quite rundown now compared to my last visit in January 2025. the frequency of cleaning (once a week) is not enough, other places offer more frequent housekeeping. For example, if you stay for 13 nights like me, you only got one cleaning session. This visit got more noisy at night than my last, the location is getting busy every season.

The apartment was exactly what we hoped for: clean, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed and peaceful enough to rest after long days in the city. The hosts were absolutely lovely and brought a smile to our faces every time we came “home”. Communication was smooth and genuinely warm, and we felt truly welcomed throughout our stay. A perfect base for exploring New York, and we would happily stay here again. The surrounding area was very touristy, which made the atmosphere quite busy at times. Of course, with this central location it’s something one can expect, but it’s still worth noting if you prefer a quieter neighborhood.

Gitmeden yorumlardan birinde gun isigina hasret kaldik diyen bir yorum okumustum tam da oyle yan binanin duvarina bakiyorsunuz. Ama cok dert etmedik konforu o kadar iyi ki penceresizde idare edebilirsiniz.

- Melanie (6/5): Very convenient location. - Location. Complimentary coffee & tea each morning. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very small and not well designed in so far as there was only the option for very high rain shower, the shower not enclosed so the main floor got wet, limited towel hanging space, toilet roll situated behind wet towels. The kitchen sink was not great, the drain catcher blocked constantly. Good to have access to a gym, but very small.

- Lucia060310 (4/5): Mala resolución de conflictos por parte del gerente del Hotel. - El personal fue MUY amable en todo momento, realmente ellos son el potencial del lugar. La habitación era espaciosa. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el baño. Nuestro inodoro estaba roto y mojaba el techo del baño del piso de abajo. Por ese motivo a primera hora de la primera mañana que estuvimos alojados, nos pidieron ingresar para arreglarlo. No pudieron resolverlo, y nos cambiaron de habitación. Pero el cambio no sucedió en el momento (por la mañana) sino que recién a las 6 pm pudimos estar instalados en la nueva habitación. Por lo tanto, estuvimos todo el día sin poder ir al baño, bañarnos, cocinar ni disponer de nuestra habitación, porque el agua estaba cortada. La solución por parte del hotel sólo fue pedir disculpas, vergonzoso y, la verdad es que los inconvenientes que nos trajo no se resuelven con disculpas. A parte, nosotros pagamos con dinero, por lo tanto si no pudieron brindar lo que correspondía, deberían habernos reintegrado una suma parcial del alojamiento por el tiempo que ellos hicieron que no podamos disponer de lo que habíamos pagado desde las 10 am hasta las 18 pm. Por otro lado, al realizar la reserva, indicaron que se cobraba un Fee, pero que si la estaría era mayor a 7 días, ese Fee no se cobraría. Nuestra estadía fue mayor y aún así nos lo cobraron. Después de muchas idas y vueltas, y de hacerse los desentendidos, echándole la culpa a Booking, diciendo que era Booking quien lo cobraba y no ellos (cuando en mi tarjeta figuraba el nombre del Hotel) nos devolvieron el cargo. Por último, la primera habitación (la 05 del piso 9) era luminosa, y se escuchaba muy poco ruido de la calle, sin embargo la segunda (la 04 del piso 9) era oscura, siempre teníamos que tener la luz encendida porque no se veía, el baño olía muy mal, y entraba mucho ruido de la calle.

- David (10/5): - Location is exceptional, friendly and helpful staff, nice room. The location is 3-4 blocks distance from at least 4 different subway stations that cover all train lines so you can literally go anywhere. The daily "resort fee" is a joke considering the price for the room in the first place.

- Annette (9/5): Relaxing stay in a hyper busy city - I liked that the studio has hardwood flooring. There’s a nice roof lounge space where there was breakfast pastries with tea and coffee. Kitchen had both a fridge and freezer (ice box) as well as electric hob (stove top), oven, microwave, dishwasher and basic kitchen equipment. Having a washer and dryer in the room is very convenient for longer stays. Hotel location is great - very near Bryant Park as well as Times Square. There’s less traffic/noise on the streets than the avenues. It would be useful to have instructions on using some of the appliances although I’m sure you could call the front desk for assistance if required. The bathroom could do with more shelving space for items too big to fit in the cabinet and a clothes drying rack. The windows don’t block out all noises (occasional sirens, rubbish/trash truck, loud motorbikes etc) but city noises don’t bother me so it’s just something for light sleepers to consider.

- Deborah (10/5): Great location, room and staff ! - We chose aka Times Square due to the size of the room with a kitchenette. We were very happy with the room. The bed was super comfortable, all very clean and good provisions in the kitchen. Location was very convenient just off Times Square and a short distance to subway stations and bus routes. All reception staff were great but a massive shout out for Kevin who really did make you feel a special guest at every interaction. All hotels and venues with customer service need a Kevin. He would be a superb trainer for the rest of the company!!! Due to being in a built up area the room did not have a view and it was a little dark, but you don't go to New York to stay in your room and the upside was that it was very quiet even though it is steps from Times Square.
- Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - Really comfortable apartment with everything you need on a ten-day vacation. Location is more than perfect, because you're on Times Square, still far away not to be bothered by all the lights and noise at night. Would definitely stay here again.

- Nadia (10/5): - The staff, extraordinary!!!! Every front desk and doorman and housekeeper, they were all absolutely amazing and quickly became extended friends. The hotel is locked 24/7 with staff always at the desk. It truly was a feeling of being at home as the room was a great apartment setting. The location was perfect for walking to many things. We met lots of returning guests and plan to return as well.

The face of the apartment/hotel and the elevator section should be a different colour to black
- Ioana (9/5): comfortable stay in the center of New York! - wonderful staff, very well sized rooms especially for New York, generally very comfortable. it’s right by Times Square but I didn’t hear the loud noises at night (on top floor). the morning coffee in the common space was very good and a nice touch. this is probably more on me but I was expecting more of a kitchenette than I had. there was a sink and a fridge but no cutlery, dishes, microwave, kettle. I stayed in one of the penthouses which apparently doesn’t come with a kitchenette and I think the hotel should make that clearer. also the penthouse, while very nice and spacious, was very dark.

- Gus (9/5): The perfect location for our perfect honeymoon! - No more than a 30 second walk from being straight into Times Square, it was a fantastic location! The room was lovely and spacious and we had a huge bed. All staff were friendly and the more relaxed nature of it made it feel a lot more like home, rather than a hotel which we really enjoyed. We loved the coffee and pastries in the lounge, but they kept running out of both at various times throughout the morning.
- katrina (10/5): Perfect stay! - Brilliant location, could see the ball drop from our living room, which was exciting. The staff are all so friendly, would highly recommend staying here. The location is obviously brilliant, but the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry when away for an extended period of time can not be understated.

- Irma (9/5): I would come back! - The room is huge! It's extremely rare for NY. The location is perfect for tourists - it's super close to Times Square, NYPL, Bryant Park, and multiple metro stations in walking proximity. Being in the heart of downtown it's silent in the rooms. Complimentary breakfast is small but pleasant - pastries, coffee, and apples. No fridge in the room, no kettle.
- David (10/5): Spent a week with my 20something year old kids. - Rooms were well done and spacious, location was brilliant, staff were super friendly and helpful. Loads of TV channels on all 3 TVs which is very rare. Full kitchen and Washing machine & Dryer. Times square and Subway half a block away. Single bathroom might annoy some fussy people but it really wasn't a problem.

- Kathy (8/5): Quality, friendly and welcoming accommodation in top location - Excellent location. We were able to walk to many attractions. Well appointed spotlessly clean apartment, equipped with all the amenities of home. All the staff were exceptional - always a warm, friendly welcome and showing genuine interest in our daily activities. Big shout out to Kevin, who was a joy! - so nice to have uplifting and happy interaction, which made our stay extra special 🤍 There wasn’t too much, but why we dropped a couple of points on rating….thought the lifts were very dark and gloomy…. could be an age thing, as we’re in our mid sixties - but was a bit uncomfortable when we used them. The air conditioning in our bedroom was extremely noisy, which disturbed sleep. No hairdryer in room.
