• Michael (5/5): - Bar 2 Tage ohne ersichtlichen Grund geschlossen, Zimmer Stand 1980.
• Markus (8/5): wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und hervorragend gefrühstückt. - Das Frühstück war zwar überschaubar, aber dafür herausragend gut und umfangreich sortiert. Sowohl Lactosefreier Joghurts und Hafermilch in der Kaffeemaschine waren dabei wie auch ein Pancake Backautomat. In der ersten Nacht von Freitag auf Samstag war es ein bisschen laut im Haus. Das Problem ist eine Feuertür im Treppenhaus, die sehr laut zu fällt. Das ist Nachts aber ein Problem.

• Mariella (7/5): Da es in dieser Gegend kaum gleichwertige Alternativen gibt, muss man sich wohl damit zufrieden geben. - Das Frühstück ist richtig lecker! Auch wenn Obst und Gemüse bereits am Vortag hergerichtet werden und somit nicht mehr frisch sind. Ich bin häufiger beruflich dort und das Personal ist zu 80% nicht sonderlich hilfsbereit, was Rechnungsstellung und co betrifft. Am liebsten ist es ihnen, wenn man alles selbst digital erledigt, obwohl die Prozesse definitiv Optimierungspotential haben.

Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. Mit Bus 50 und U6 innerhalb 25 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Oder Straßenbahn 17. Bettgestell abgenutzt. Das Einchecksystem könnte einfacher gestaltet sein. Kein od. wenige Ansprechpartner vor Ort.

• Ary (8/5): Empfehlenwertes Hotel für ein Besuch an München - Check in und check out waren uncompliziert. Freundliches Personal. Verbinding zur Stadt mit dem Tram 17 gut, nur 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Ganzen Tag stehen Kaffee/Tee/Chocomilch und Wasser zur Verfügung. Kein Rührei beim Frühstück. Sonst nichts. Aber man muss wissen, dass das Hotel kein Bargeld nimmt.
• Chantal (10/5): Parking à régler à la réception - Chambre silencieuse, propre et fonctionnelle, avec des rangements en suffisance. Le personnel est présent si besoin. Le petit déjeuner est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix, rien ne manquait. Dommage que par manque d'information nous ayons payé le parking à l'automate directement car 5€ plus cher qu'en le réglant à la réception. L'information devrait être mieux communiquée
• Anton (10/5): Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise waren wir sehr begeistert! - Dieses Hotel können wir nur sehr lobenswert weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet, die Parkgarage ist mit dem Lift erreichbar. Es gibt auch ein sehr leckeres Frühstück vom Buffet. Das gesammte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

• Tobias (7/5): Viel Potenzial das genutzt werden sollte. - Die Lage/Anbindung ist absolut in Ordnung und toll für einen Besuch in der Allianz Arena. Es gibt rund um die Uhr einen Kaffevollautomaten und tagsüber das Café mit grandiosen Getränken. In der Kaffeeecke hat grundsätzlich etwas gefehlt. Sei es Milch, Zucker oder Becher. Die Zimmer sind schon sehr klein und könnten ein Update gebrauchen, wirken etwas wie in den 90ern hängen geblieben. TV-Empfang war eher schlecht und der Minikühlschrank war konnte nicht genutzt werden.

• Eugenio (3/5): - Dopo aver pagato 15€ di parcheggio a che a detta del hotel era “no limit”, ci siamo ritrovati a pagare altri 15€ per ogni giorno che l’abbiamo lasciata lì perché in realtà valeva 24h il ticket. L’ultimo giorno, abbiamo dovuto pagare comunque 15€ sebbene avessi sforato di poco più di 1h le 24h del giorno prima…. Lo staff non si è nemmeno scusato, non ha voluto chiamare il responsabile per chiarire la situazione e quando gli abbiamo detto che non era normale pagare 15€ per poco più di 1h dato che stavamo andando via non ha nemmeno risposto e ci ha presentato solo il POS con il conto da pagare.

Die Mitarbeiterin Maren waren sehr engagiert, ganz grosses Lob!! Beim Frühstück war es etwas chaotisch, alles an Belag war fast leer nach einer halben Stunde war dann wieder alles aufgefüllt. Das müsste ein wenig schneller passieren .

• Vesna (10/5): Gutes Hotel - Lage, Parkmöglichkeit (24 Stunden Tiefgerage /15 Euro pro Tag) Super Frühstück, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, DM, Rewe, Lidel und viel mehr Geschäfte direkt daneben Glastür die mann nicht richtig schließen kann und nicht die Geräusche abdichtet. Wenn sie alleine reisen kein Problem wenn es sie stört das jemand wenn sie auf der Toilette sind alles mitkriegt dann ist es das falsche Hotelzimmer.
