• Oleh (10/5): - The apartment was excellent everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and it was extremely quiet; we couldn’t hear any noise from the street at all. There was also a very pleasant smell throughout the apartment.

L'appartamento era grande, ben diviso e pulito. Letti comodi e bagno carino. La cucina era attrezzata. Ottima esperienza. Era tutto perfetto, l'unico piccolo difetto è che i prodotti da bagno erano molto standard e gli asciugamani forse un po' pochi.

Would definitely recommend for anyone planning on spending more that 3 days in Dublin. Honestly the only thing I can think of was that the listing stated that the unit would have a dishwasher, and it did not. This was not big enough of an issue for me to raise with the staff as I am very happy washing dishes.

• John (3/5): Won’t stay here again. - Location was good Our apartment was run down. Several things were damaged, broken or just needed replacement. Floors not clean and cutlery & pots in bad shape. Road noise from high street was bad.

• Petra (6/5): Tolle Unterkunft für Partygäste - mit großen Urlaubsbeeinträchtigungen für uns - 2 von 3 Mitarbeiter waren bemüht und freundlich. Das Apartment war sauber, gelüftet, gut ausgestattet. Die Betten fanden wir bequem. Gute Anbindung mit Bus und bike. Beim check out wurde unsere Beschwerde Ernst genommen. Auf die Bitten/ Wünsche im Vorfeld wurde nicht eingegangen. Wir haben Monate im Voraus um ein ruhig gelegenes Apartment gebeten. Wir haben auch einen Aufpreis angeboten, damit wir ganz oben schlafen können. Die Apartments sind generell hellhörig und das meiste Publikum ist auf Party am Wochenende. Ein großer Teil der Unterkunft geht auf eine laute, viel befahrene Straße bei mäßigen Fenstern. Vor Ort hätten wir bis 17 Uhr warten müssen, damit das "Wunsch-Apartment hergerichtet ist...also es war frei. Eine Angestellte war extrem unfreundlich, hat alle Optionen der "Vorgängerin" abgewürgt. Schnippische Antworten zu 24 Grad im Zimmer bei eingeschalteter Heizung gegeben zum Bsp. Wir konnten und wollten nicht mehr warten. So haben die oberen Nachbarn in der ersten Nacht lautstark "vorgeglüht" und in der zweiten Nacht kam mindestens eine betrunkene, laute Truppe nach 2 Uhr früh zurück. (Türen fallen laut ins Schloss, Stühle rücken, Musikbeschallung usw. Das sollte man beim Buchen wissen.

• Marco Vissers (9/5): Excellent location, great staff - Location was superb, walking distance to the centre and a lot of pubs. Staff was also super friendly. The sofa bed was bit hard, could feel the metal parts in it.

Apartment was excellent in all respects spacious clean and comfortable. The only negative was a stale odour in the corridor. This would not prevent me from staying at this location in the future

Me and four friends had a comfortable stay and made use of the fully equipped kitchen/ living room. • Elizabeth (10/5): Lovely clean modern spacious apart - The location was fantastic. In the centre but away from all the noisy bars. It had a lovely balcony with views of 2 lovely churches and Christchurch cathedral. We arrived before check in and they was happy to store our bags safely. We did request a balcony and this request was met. We was so happy with the accommodation. They have a lift so all floors are easy accessible. The apartment was fantastic. Full kitchen with everything you could need. Complimentary tea coffee sugar milk and kitchen essentials. Very spacious throughout. Great living room and large dining table. Balcony easily big enough for 2 chairs. The bedroom was perfect and very comfortable. It also had a lovely bathroom and great shower. All very clean and it even had a storage cupboard! The only thing that would be better is to be able to reserve and guarantee a room with a balcony rather than hoping you will get one upon arrival. Apart from that it was perfect!

• olivier (8/5): Decent apartment, but needs some maintenance - The apartment is well located near the city center and easily accessible by airport shuttle. The kitchen is fully equipped. The windows have good sound insulation. The apartment would need to be refreshed (painting and maintenance, particularly the toilet door handle and latch).
• Lars (9/5): Super sted hvis du ikke har behov for hotel service - Vi var 4 voksne afsted og ville gerne have et sted hvor vi kunne dele stue og køkken og have hvert vores soveværelse. Det fandt vi her og det var en super god base for os, med parkering tæt på til overkommelig pris. Vi fik ikke tip til hvordan vi kom af med vores affald, men det håndterede receptionen fint bare vi kom ned med det.

It’s strange that while there’s a place to stay for one night, there aren’t the amenities needed to spend the night. There’s a washing machine, but no detergent. Küche war nicht sauber. Vom Vorgänger war eingebranntes auf der Herdplatte. Beim Unterschrank waren Rückstände von was runder gelaufenem. Bei Kombination war es noch klebrig. Im Bad viel zu wenig Haken, Spiegel zu hoch und zu weit weg, nicht ideal für kleine Leute. Ziemlich laut, wir hatten die Wohnung zur Strasse.

The property allowed us to check in early, which was especially helpful as a family of five and made the rest of the day much easier. The apartment was a good size and had the amenities we needed. The apartment could have been cleaner—there was some hair in the shower upon arrival. The beds and pillows were also not the most comfortable for us.

• ascremers (5/5): Not quite what I expected for that price - Great location close to City Center, 2 bedroom apartment, bedrooms were quite comfy with very good beds, enough closet space. Lots of natural light, kitchen was well equipped possibility to do laundry. Some of the staff at reception are very friendly and keen to solve problems. Possibility to leave luggage on last day. Strong cigarette smell lingering in the apartment for a couple of days, we had to leave windows open to air. Staff proposed to throughly clean, or to change apartments, but none of the solutions were a great fit. The apartment was overall a bt rundown - the sofa, the sofa bed, the bathroom. The sofa bed in the room was pretty bumpy. The TV did not work. They would habitually pile up dirty laundry in the hallway next to our apartment, which did not leave a very clean impression. Not cleaning or offering fresh linen/towels for a stay within 6 days is a bit meaner. For the amount paid per night you would expect a higher standard.

• Amy (9/5): Excellent stay, staff super friendly and getting access earlier than expected was the best news on arrival. - Great location and plenty of space for 4 adults to stay in. Everything we could have needed, including washing up liquid in the kitchen. Whilst there were mirrors in the bedrooms, would have been useful to have one above the chest of drawers - 4 people needing to apply make up was a challenge.
