Jorge Alberto (9/5): Recomendo e seria uma das minhas primeiras opções ao retornar para esta cidade. - Quarto muito espaçoso, confortável, hospedagem com área verde, muito agradável, fácil acesso, ônibus público muito próximo, deixaram o quarto climatizado e com música ambiente para minha chegada, staff do hotel muito simpática. Ter bebidas quentes mais disponíveis, apenas uma bebida quente por hóspede incluída no café da manhã, caso desejar mais é cobrado.

The hotel is in a quiet area with no urban distractions, public transportation right across the road (if you walk a little farther, there are also more buses), and cute little restaurants around. Staff are attentive and willing to communicate using whatever apps work easily. The hotel is a 50-minute walk from the center of town (10-minute bus ride). The room is on the small side, and since the hotel is small, sound travels very well.

Glauce Carbone (5/5): Só em último caso. - Do silêncio do bairro. O local fica em um bairro distante do centro histórico, mas em um bom bairro. Silencioso e arborizado. Há pontos de ônibus muito próximos ao local, uma pena que passe somente uma linha e que os horários não sejam cumpridos. O portão de entrada não fica trancado nunca, nem mesmo de madrugada, qualquer um pode entrar a hora que quiser. Um dia ao voltarmos do nosso passeio, haviam pessoas próximas do nosso quarto. Não sabíamos se eram hóspedes ou alguem que havia entrado na propriedade. Chegamos antes do horáriodo check-in e precisamos deixar nossas bagagens, o que foi atendido prontamente, porém elas ficam ali, na recepção sem nenhum controle. A recepção é apenas uma mesinha e possui um cheiro absurdo de cigarro. O quarto que nos foi reservado fica nos fundos da propriedade, tipo um "puxadinho", não o quarto com varanda que estava reservado. Não vi no anúncio informação sobre ter lance de escada para acessar o quarto. O quarto era amplo, arejado e aparentemente limpo. A cama era confortável, muito baixa, mas confortável, com boa roupa de cama. Banheiro amplo e limpo, porém a água era aquecida através de um boiler ou seja, em duas pessoas o segundo a tomar banho já não tinha água quente até o final. Absurdo! O café da manhã fraquissimo, tudo industrializado, exceto o croissant que era gostosinho, mas não condiz com as fotos.

Noi abbiamo anche usufruito della cena, piatti semplici ma gustosissimi, preparati dalla moglie del proprietario con amore, sembra di stare a casa. Super consigliato.

Catalina Andrea (10/5): Estadía perfecta - Todo! Fue increíblemente perfecto ! Nos atendieron los mismo dueños u fue como una estadía en casa de familia. Muy cómodo, muy lindo. Nos hablaron en español, inglés e italiano todo increíble y muy claro. La habitación era muy cómoda, grande y el baño tenía una ducha increíble. Desayuno exquisito, café hecho por ellos mismos puedes elegir entre café solo o capuchino, hay de todo desde frutas hasta croissant. Nada. Todo perfecto.

Es muy tranquilo y se puede caminar fácilmente al centro, con una parada en los jardines de Boboli si quisieras. Los dueños son excelentes personas, grandes anfitriones, siempre felices y sonriendo. El desayuno es perfecto, la habitación super limpia y la mía tenía una vista al lindo jardín atrás. Por el precio, superó mis expectativas - allá me sentí muy feliz! Nada.

Zajtrk ni bogat, a vsakdo najde nekaj zase, da se okrepča. Za goste je moteče gledati napise o prepovedi uživanja hrane in pijače v sobi. Napisi z kaznijo nalepljeni v sobi, na hodniku, jedilnici, so za družino na dopustu enostavno moteči. Zraven črnega in zelenega čaja, bi pri zajtrku zaradi otrok lahko imeli sadni čaj. Omejitev ene tople pijače na osebo pa je glede na dodaten strošek tega resnično neprimerna in smešna. Ob drugačni organizaciji ponudbe toplih napitkov bi zajtrk bil prijetnejši.

Jose (10/5): Nice cozy place to stay. Not fairly good with public transportation. - I liked the vibe that this place gave off. It was fairly small, but also very cozy, not crowded like other hotels. It was a great location, around 40 mins to city center by walking, and the staff were very friendly. The only thing that I found annoying was the public transportation surrounding it. When we wanted to go into the city, we waited over an hour for the bus to come, but nothing ever came. On Google maps, it looked like it had passed twice, but nothing ever showed. We were on a tight schedule so that was very annoying.

Vija (10/5): Very nice and cute place with nice hosts. - I chose the hotel based on its location - 2 km from the old town - and the fact that it is an old and dignified building in the Tuscan style.It was nice to walk to the old town.We had a very beautiful and large terrace, and the hotel also had a sun terrace.Breakfast was taken care of by the very nice hotel owner and hostess, who made very good coffee and the food was plentiful.The bed and pillows were comfortable. The view of the courtyard was beautiful.It was also very secure - the large gates were locked and we had a gate key and code.

Posizione della camera depandance molto riservata, patio esterno per godersi l'aria fresca. Wifi molto fluido, smart TV direi abbastanza confort Il bagno è sprovvisto di bidet, la camera aveva un odore non so se di umidità o chiuso, pulizia non ottimale degli spazi, la colazione ahimè tasto dolentissimo. Prodotti non di ottima qualità, e poca varietà tra colazione italiana e internazionale.

Romanenko (4/5): I do not recommend - This property has a potential to become a wonderful place to stay but feels neglected Our room number 9 , toilet seat was not proper had a gap in front it was as very wobbly and pinched my skin many times. Towel warmer was not working. Top of the trash can in the toilet room was very dirty. There was mold in the shower. Bring your own water to brush your teeth as water in the property comes from the well and marked not drinkable. We had many mosquitoes in the room and were told it is normal because there are so many outside. Lobby/ breakfast room/ check in area smelled like cigarets. If you want to get something from vending machine outside make sure you have coins / cards not accepted. Towels smelled musty. If you are coming in the cold season we stayed in March and it was cold ) the floor is ice cold. There was a draft from under the door so that made It very cold. There is also a PENALTY 80 Euro if you are eating or drinking ANYTHING inside of your room. Some kind of a big commercial electric box was in the room that was strange and alarming. We asked about it and were told It is not working but did not open it for us to see so we feel comfortable. Bus station is near, but property is very far from all main attractions. Owner was nice and friendly.

Bruno (1/5): Péssima escolha - Nada (nothing) Fica até difícil enumerar tanta coisa ruim no mesmo lugar. Esse foi o PIOR hotel que ja fiquei em toda a minha vida. Para começar, depois que ja tinha alugado que avisam que é proibido se alimentar dentro do quarto, com multa de 80 euros. Do lado de fora não tem 1 local adequado para se alimentar enquanto está chovendo, tivemos que comer em pé na chuva. O quarto não era varrido, o lixo do banheiro transbordando, só forravam a cama as vezes para disfarçar. Não existia toalha de rosto, a de banho só trocaram 1 vez. Aquecedor do banheiro não funcionava, 6°c do lado de fora e tivemos que tomar banho no frio. No quarto de casal, tinha um pole dance e espelhos no teto e lateral, parecia um motel. Apesar de ter ponto de ônibus na frente, só passa 1 linha, você fica refém, pois alguns dias e horários demora muito para passar o ônibus. Foi uma experiência traumática. Não índico esse local para ninguém.
