• Johannes (9/5): - Die Lage direkt am Palazzo Vecchio ist unschlagbar, wir hatten vom Bett aus einen Blick auf den Palazzo. Der Preis ist Florenz üblich und für die Zimmergröße völlig in Ordnung. Der Empfang und Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.
• Anne Marie (8/5): emplacement idéal, mais prix élevé à mon sens - premiere précision importante: nous étions 2 personnes, et souhaitions chacune une chambre séparée, mais un espace commun pour repas. personnel souriant et accueillant emplacement parfait pour des deplacements vers les differents sites à visiter. petit déjeuner ponctuel servi en chambre par un personnel souriant ( mais épuisé après ses ascensions successives aux differents étages). je pense qu'il aurait ete bien de préciser que la suite simple ( vue sur cour) est au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur (il était indique qu'il n'y en avait pas, mais 3 etages avec bagages...). Les fenetres des 2 chambres donnent sur les nombreux appareils d'air co: un peu bruyant si on ouvre les fenetres, par lesquelles on entr apercoit le ciel. nous aurions aimé la possibilite de faire un petit cafe dans la cuisine, avec la mise à disposition d'un appareil genre Nescafé. j'avoue n'avoir pas eu le "waouh" que j'espérais rapport qualité/prix, mais on est à Florence!

Das ist extrem übertrieben. Von Luxus keine Spur außer der Größe. Wir hatten eine Suite. Nicht zu verwechseln mit einer Hotel Suite. Wir waren ein bisschen enttäuscht

• ORIT (10/5): מעולה ומומלץ מאוד - המקום מאוד מזמין וחם, המלון בעיצוב איטלקי אותנטי והאווירה בו הייתה מאוד טובה, מיקום מעולה, נהנינו מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה וטובה, הקפה הגיע רותח, בחדר יש את כל המתקנים הדרושים, נשארנו על טעם של עוד 🙏 חיסרון אחד שניתן להתגבר, שאין מעלית. לא הפריע מאוד

Accueil et hospitalité de l'équipe présente sur une plage horaire limitée (8h - 18h) Service de bagagerie. La description des équipements n'est pas totalement fidèle à la réalité. Pas réellement de minibar (indiqué comme gratuit) étant donné que son contenu était associé au petit déjeuner (jus d'orange et eau minérale). Les boissons du dit mini bar n'étaient pas fraiches à notre arrivée. Un petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet aurait été appréciés Certains des couverts présents dans la chambre n'étaient pas propres. Insonorisation pouvant être améliorée. La manutention d'objets métallique au milieu de la nuit était dérangeante.

Breakfast standard continental breakfast but they were nice to customize to your preferences and brought it to your room to enjoy. The beds were comfortable, rooms well proportioned Coffee wasnt very strong and I wish they had provided some hair conditioner
• KatChaves (8/5): Nice and centrally located, but if you're looking for quiet this is not the place. - Great location right on the square next to Palazzo Vecchio. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Room was very spacious. The square gets very busy and can be extremely loud / echoes. There is an Irish Pub very close by and people are singing karaoke until 2am and then go into the square and are extremely loud until late hours. If you're looking for somewhere quiet, don't stay here.

• Sylvie (9/5): Idéal pour un séjour au centre de Florence - L emplacement est topissime. Le personnel est très très très serviable et agréable. Le petit dej servi en chambre est très correct Rien. Si il faut vraiment dire qqch, nous avions choisi une chambre avec vue sur cour qui est en fait toute petite et pleine de climatiseurs donc on ne voit pas le ciel. Mais tout est très bien fait pour se protéger du bruit (2 fenêtres en parallèle) et c est tellement bien placé qu on ne reste dans la chambre que peu de temps

We needed to reset the fuse box ourselves to 'solve' the problem. Breakfast was brought into our room but the portions were small. Front desk was not manned after 6pm.

Studiate come farci entrare un piccolo ascensore!

• Shuyi (10/5): 喜欢！还想住！！！舍不得走 - 绝。太喜欢这个酒店了，一开始有点难找，在领主广场，旧宫对面的房子一楼一个小门，就在gucci的餐厅边上，要注意留意别错过了。按门铃，会有前台开门，上二楼后有reception，前台小哥性格很开朗，消除了我们的紧张感，他带着我们参观了房间，好古典的房间，厕所也很美，我狂拍照，窗户望出去就是海神喷泉，闹中取静，每天看着一群游客来，深夜又喧嚣散去，把窗关上就很安静了。外面还停着好几辆警车，安全。 一切都perfect！

This is a beautiful gracefully aged building and the decor has an old Florentine patina, for lack of better descriptors, that just feels perfect. On our next trip we will definitely return here. There is nothing we didn't like.

Soundproofed windows are amazing as the piazza gets crowded, it is still very calm and quiet in the room. Beds were very hard, but it is a metter of preference for some. TV did not work at all.A bit more shelves in the bathroom would be great.

Couldn't beat the location as it is right in front of the Piazza Della Signoria Our room was on the top floor so 5 floors to the top with heavy luggage was a bit difficult but it was part of the charm of staying here. If you want breakfast make sure to add that on during booking.

• MiStem (9/5): Zentrales ruhiges Hotel in Florenz - Sehr gute Lage, Frühstück kann man wählen und wird nach Wunsch vor die Tür gestellt. Es wahr angenehm ruhig und die Betten waren gut. Man erreicht alles gut zu Fuß. Man bekommt täglich kostenlos kleine Wasserflaschen. Mehrere Schlafzimmer. Tipp: P+R (7€/Tag) vor Florenz und mit der Straßenbahn in die Ortsmitte fahren. Mit dem Zug unter einer Stunde nach Pisa fahren. Kein Aufzug, nur Treppen. Frühstücks Qualität eher durchschnittlich. Hier könnte man etwas besseres erwarten. Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht, obwohl man sie auf den Boden gelegt hatte.
