• padoin (9/5): Rilassante, piacevole da ritornare sicuramente quanto prima. Bravi, bello! - La struttura in sé, nel verde, bella a Roma… incredibile pensarci, Ma vero! Bello bravi! sinceramente nulla. Siamo stati 1 sola notte ed era la nostra prima volta. Per fortuna abbiamo la possibilità di ritornare a giugno 😉❤️

La camera andrebbe completamente ristrutturata, ci sono segni di usura ovunque ed é un vero peccato. Purtroppo quello che ho speso probabilmente non vale il soggiorno.

• Chiara (8/5): Vicino alla perfezione! - La location è deliziosa, le camere sono belle e davvero molto comode. Punto molto a favore anche la pizzeria ristorante subito accanto, buona e accogliente. Staff eccezionale, tutte le persone con cui abbiamo interagito sono state estremamente gentili e disponibili. Manca poco per raggiungere la perfezione! Sarebbe carino avere qualche servizio in più in camera (un asciugamano in più, o il bollitore). Per quanto comode, altrimenti, le stanze sono un po' basic

• Giulia (8/5): - L'hotel si trova in una zona strategica di Roma, facilmente raggiungibili la stazione Tiburtina dei treni, il centro storico e il quartiere Eur. La struttura è organizzata come un residence, con camere che sembrano dei piccoli appartamenti, ricco di piante e fiori. Nelle zone verdi comuni vivono liberamente dei gatti meravigliosi. Adiacente alla struttura è presente un ristorante pizzeria di ottima qualità. l'area colazione molto piacevole e arricchita con piante da interni. Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile ed accogliente. Alcuni dettagli dell'arredamento della stanza e del bagno risultano di poco datati. Caratteristica che si compensa con la funzionalità della camera e la comodità del letto.

For my student budget, given how old the facility is, it was 10-20% too expensive. Nevertheless, it’s still the absolute best value for money in that particular location

• donato (10/5): - Hotel Orto di Roma – un’oasi verde alle porte della città Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Orto di Roma e sono rimasto colpito dalla tranquillità del posto. Immerso nel verde, lontano dal traffico ma comunque ben collegato al centro, è la scelta ideale per chi vuole visitare Roma senza rinunciare al relax. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, Wi-Fi gratuito, minibar e bagno privato. Gli spazi esterni sono curati, con un giardino silenzioso che rende l’atmosfera davvero piacevole. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire indicazioni e suggerimenti per spostarsi o scoprire angoli nascosti della città. Il parcheggio gratuito e la posizione comoda vicino all’EUR e alla via Appia rendono questo hotel perfetto sia per turisti che per chi viaggia per lavoro. I don't know if the nationality was to blame, but I got a dark and shabby room. dirty, cracked walls, cobwebs, cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Saturday night some noise from the restaurant guests. Monday morning noise from the workers who were doing repairs in the yard.

• veronique (9/5): Un hôtel que je garde en mémoire pour un futur séjour à Rome ! - Nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel est nous avons été tout de suite très bien reçu par la demoiselles à l'accueil (d'ailleurs elles sont deux et l'une d'elle parle français mais les deux parlent aussi l'italien et l'anglais). La chambre était tout à fait correcte et très spacieuse tout comme la salle de bain. Pour changer les serviettes, il suffisait soit de le demander (la dame était vraiment très gentille) soit de les regrouper dans l'évier. La piscine est juste INCROYABLE ! Pour les parents qui ont des enfants en bas âge, je ne peux que la conseiller car il y a déjà une "plage" pour descendre dans l'eau sur plusieurs niveau tout comme des "mini piscines" en contre bas de la piscine principale. Les enfants ont totalement pieds bien sûr il faut les surveiller mais j'ai trouvé cela génial. L'espace transat autour et en bas de la piscine est grand et permet d'avoir de l'espace. Vous pouvez demander rafraîchissement et apéritifs. Le personnel (jardinier, petit-déjeuner etc.) est vraiment gentil et compétent. Le restaurant de l'hôtel qui se trouve (attention on s'est fait avoir le 1er soir lol) à côté de la réception là où l'on prend les petits-déjeuners (il faut traverser la salle il y a un superbe extérieur) n'est certes pas forcément donné mais est vraiment vraiment excellent ! Il y a un 2ème restaurant (vous le verrez dès votre arrivée il se trouve juste avant l'entrée du parking de l'hôtel sur la gauche) il est plus simple un peu plus abordable et bon. Pour celles.ceux qui ont un budget limité ou veulent varier les "plaisirs", il y a d'autres restaurants non loin et un burger king. Personnellement, le plus est aussi sa localisation. Nous sommes venus en voiture, et nous étions à 20 min en voiture du Colisée. Qqs petits bémols mais sans gravité et compréhensible. Le jardinier devait tondre la pelouse autour de la piscine le matin au vue de la chaleur, donc forcément un peu de bruit pour celles.ceux qui veulent de suite la tranquillité de la piscine. Il y avait aussi qqs travaux mais ils ont été rapidement fait. Le petit-déjeuner est fourni mais pour ma part pas forcément assez, il manquait tout de même qqs produits/plats locaux et le combo gagnant partout dans les hôtel œufs brouillés/bacon/saucisse/pancakes. Mais il y a tout de même du choix.

• MarioG1051 (4/5): A Disappointment - I wish I could leave a better review for this hotel, I had high hopes when I found it online. I got there on the 02/01 and planned to stay few days, the receptionist when checking me in asked me if I could leave a deposit and I agreed to pay the equivalent of two days on my credit card. I was given one of the small bungalows in the courtyard, the room was very basic, the bed uncomfortable as was equipped with a cheap spring mattress harder than marble. After dinner at their restaurant (which I can’t fault for service of quality of food to be fair) I retired to my room, I soon discovered the toilet flush was broken and reception sent a handy man at around 10 pm. The toilet was quite small and in need of an urgent upgrade. I decided to leave and book somewhere else that at the same price was offering much more modern and comfortable rooms. When I checked put in the morning I was told by the reception that despite my inconveniences and the fact that within few hours of booking I informed them I would leave the morning after they would not return my deposit let alone offer me any discount for the troubled night. On top of it all they also backtracked on the promise of refunding me the stay tax I was exempt from claiming they were already deducted (they wer not). I am left with no option but to open a complaint procedure with my Visa card to get a refund. The owner herself contacted over the phone declared she would keep the difference for her trouble!(ridicoulous). The hotel in itself is a lovely place although the buildings, rooms and courtyard are much in need of some restoration, the place looks overall shabby compared to its local competitors. The rooms are basic, poor or no decor at all, resemble a highway motel rooms rather than a touristic hotel. In substance, there is a lot of better places nearby for the same price and much kinder service elsewhere.

Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati la camera era fredda perché il riscaldamento veniva spento quando riassettano la camera. Anche l’area colazione era fredda e a volte abbiamo fatto colazione con i giubbotti. Colazione nella media.

• Patrycja (7/5): Lovely hotel with some great facilities. - The room was very spacious and everything was clean. We enjoyed a company of cats on the patio/in the garden. This was a very cute surprise. Loved the pool area, almost nobody there at the time of our stay, so we had a whole swimming pool to ourselves. Public transport to the city centre very conveniently the bus stop is just outside the hotel. Although we enjoyed the pool and garden area there were mosquitos all over the place, and some ant colonies, so you better be careful where you leave your towel. The restaurant quite expensive and not too many options to pick from, kids' menu technically not existent. Breakfast however was nice.

• Cy (10/5): - Lovely stay, room was a good size (no.140) staff excellent, on site resturant was amazing. They are renovating but this didnt spoil the stay. Staff went above and beyond, as this was our anniversary trip i put a few requests to the hotel to which they met and even added flowers as a little extra touch. Great transport link to city. Bus stop is just outside hotel. Im a seasoned traveller married to a Karen, she loved the hotel and couldnt fault it. Would we stay again, yes! Do we recomnend yes! This is perfect for a short stay exploring Rome.

Pulita la stanza si e per fortuna col pavimento, ma non proprio pulita un orribile moquette nei corridoi. La colazione buona ma con un servizio un po' scadente

• Marcus (8/5): - Das Hotel ist in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant welches zum Hotel gehört ist eindeutig überteuert. Das Frühstück ist wenig abwechslungsreich aber ausreichend, das beste sind die freundlichen Barista und deren Kaffeekreationen. Zum Glück ist in der Nähe eine Mall, wo man sehr günstig einkaufen kann, auch Essen und Trinken. Leider haben die Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank, so dass man sich nur begrenzt bevorraten kann.

• Antonio (8/5): Good value accommodation - Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, given the price I paid. The breakfast was good and access to the pool was very much appreciated. The hotel could use some updating however this is a 3-star hotel in the end. Access to public transport was good and there's a shopping centre (with a grocery) and a park within 10 minute walk. This is always handy to be near. It would have been nice to have the option to purchase beverages during the day, especially when spending time at the pool however this wasn't available
