Guest Reviews
- Michael (8/5): - Clean room, comfortable bed. Only caution it is very noisy so if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Starting at 6am you can hear the garbage trucks and glass collection outside and the walls are also very thin. We could hear the people above us. If you are an early riser than this is likely okay for you. Bathroom was nice too and the roof top patio is a perk. Sabrina who checked us is was fabulous.
- Allyson (10/5): - Sabrina was so great when she checked us in, making us feel so comfortable. They were very helpful with dinner options in the neighborhood. Breakfast was solid and so nice it was outside on the terrace. I also love that the shower was separate from the toilet for the bathroom set up. I would definitely stay here again!
- Kimberly (10/5): - Lovely stay. Will be back.
- Mark (10/5): A slice above.... - The staf was AMAZING!!! Patrick provided customer service on such a professional and interpersonal manner, that one might expect from an expensive hotel. The price was unbeatable ESPECIALLY given the locetion. The pizza at the restaurant was an enjoyable experience. Smartly appointed and clean room made my stay more than comfortable. AGAIN, the customer service provided by Patrick Sky Morales just sets this hotel above the others and should demand your consideration!!!
- Krista (10/5): - Location is incredible, we walked to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Ruins, pantheon, Tiber Island and more. The breakfast is very good. The staff helped us book our cab to the train station at the end of our stay.
We recommend and would return.
- Deborah (8/5): - The property needs a proper reception area and the Wi-Fi needs improvement Everything else was excellent. All the staff was friendly and helpful.
- Michael (10/5): - ...
- Chalsea (10/5): - Convenient location to the Colosseum, city center and the metro. Receptionist Sky was very welcoming and hospitable during our stay. Good breakfast at rooftop with a beautiful view.
- Juan (8/5): - Todo bien, salvo el último día no había wifi
- Marco (10/5): - Das Hotelbhat eine super Lage
- MARK (6/5): - Very central location but surrounded by tourist traps. Small dark bedrooms so probably would not stay here again.
- Rachel (10/5): - Cute boutique hotel. Excellent location
- Carol (4/5): - The pictures of this property were not a good representation of what we experienced. The property is tired. Everything from the front door to the elevator to the room were just worn out. We called Expedia to complain. They asked us to take pictures of the property, of which we did. But Expedia seemed to defend the property saying it was an 'old building and we should expect that'. Okay, we were going for that old world charm of the beamed ceilings, etc. Our room had no beamed ceiling and the property management said they couldn't take a picture of every room. In the end Expedia gave us a small discount but I found Expedia to be sterile in their response to the situation, the property owner changed our room to a room that was nicer, with a beamed ceiling and we made the best of a not great situation. They also sent fruit, crackers and humus to the room in an effort to make us happy. The location is only steps from the Forum and there are some great restaurants on the street. But we will never stay there again and we will be reluctant to book a property through Expedia. We both have traveled extensively throughout the world and this property was a disappointment. We love Rome, love Italy and we have never been disappointed within Itlay. I have never posted a bad review of anything but in an effort to help other travelers not have the same experience as we did....we found it important to disclose reality.
