Near shopping areas for mainstream and artsy Chinese brands, cafes and restaurants, with nice places to jog at nearby (near the tree-lined French Concession). Helpful staff too. Thanks!

Lavanderia de graça mas precisa de um número de celular chines para conseguir utilizar ou um internacional que consiga receber SMS. Quarto com um bom espaço, não é grande mas não é pequeno. Camas confortáveis e uma TV enorme. Águas eram repostas durante o serviço de quarto. Um pouco de barulho por conta de construção perto do hotel. Wifi não funcionava direito com VPN.
• Tintin L (7/5): Nice stay in central shanghai - Great location and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful and kind. It was also possible to send parcels to the hotel and easy to pick them up. The bathroom smelled a lot like cigarette smoke and I could also sense it when having the bathroom door closed.

• Omri (8/5): Great, but there's room for imrovement. - Was good. Much pricier than usual for china, but i guess thats how this erea is. Located right by a very good cafe and a macdonalds if you feel homesick. Good erea, in the middle of shanghai, with good access to the sea side and other ereas. Was pricey. The breakfast was good but also pricey and didn't have much of a veriety. I would much rather eat in a street resturant.

• Adam (8/5): - The room, or more like apartment, was very spacious, comfortable beds, clean and featured two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very good location close both to more modern areas but also the historical French Concession area. It was a little bit more expensive than you would expect from China - although to be fair it was a last minute booking - but still - the price was aligned with European/Western standards and we were surprised it did not include breakfast. Perhaps I am not used to things in Shanghai but hotels e.g. in modern cities such as Shenzhen feature maaaany more amenities, facilities, services and provide better value.

La lumière entre pleinement dans la chambre, ce qui est très dérangeant. Le personnel à l'accueil ne parle pas toujours Anglais et est moins souriant. Ils débarrassent trop tôt au petit déjeuner. Les odeurs à l'entrée de l'hôtel sont trop gênants (poubelles).

I heard from friends that that's not always the case in Shanghai hotels. - The location was great (except for the construction). You can walk to many places in the French Concession and are incredibly well connected to Metro getting you everywhere very fast (2 stations <5 min away with different metro lines). I found it harder than usual to research before the trip due to China's firewall, so I was hoping for the best and got positively surprised - Some of the staff didn't speak much English, but they were nice and trying with translator apps. - The room was pretty dark, because the window doesn't get much light, but not a big deal. Also a bit small, but no problem to open suitcases or similar - The wifi was bad - Maybe a temporary problem: there was annoying construction right outside the hotel, which made it harder to find + quite loud + dirty in the morning when leaving the hotel. Nothing they can do, but worth mentioning especially when you're checking in late at night in the dark

Helpful staff as well! The location is not bad at all, with a subway not too far from the hotel, but otherwise it seemed a bit far from the touristy places.

Завтраки хорошие, еды достаточно. В номерах очень чисто, убирали каждый день, полотенца меняли каждый день. В номере были даже коврик для йоги и скакалка. Отель находится в старой части города, в старинном здании. Очень удобные матрас, подушки и одеяла Такого не было

Aucun geste commercial n'a été consenti suite a cet incident malgré ma réclamation !

Heel lekker vers gebakken brood en croissants. De kwaliteit van het ontbijt is goed, wat wel een nadeel is, er is maar één koffie machine. Ook het aanvullen van het eten en het afruimen van servies kan verbeterd worden.

C'est assez compliqué pour l'insonorisation nous entendons beaucoup les chambres voisines et nos voisines de chambre faisaient beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin

• KSENIIA (9/5): - Отель расположен рядом с метро. Мы приехали на поезде из Пекина, добрались за 50 мин.Отель находится на торговой улице. Можно гулять и заходить в магазины. Рядом находится французкий сад куда можно сходить погулять. Также легко добраться до всех достопримечательностей. Отель небольшой, находится ы глубине двора. Очень тихо и комфортно проживать. Завтрак скромный, но голодным не останешься. Особенно порадовали Краусаны, настоящие французкие:). Огромное спасибо персоналу, который раздал интернет с личного номера, чтобы мы смогли пополнить банковскую карту( случилась временная поломка интернета). Общение через переводчик без проблем Понравилось все. Если ещё раз соберемся в Шанхай, то будем выбирать этот отель

• Tomoko (8/5): 素泊まりでしたが、快適でした - 安全な大通りからすぐ。地下鉄駅もすぐでわかりやすい。 大通りより少しだけ奥まっているからか、車の音も気にせず静か。施設はちょっと古いが、オシャレで清潔感あり。スタッフも親切。 シャワーも普通に水圧もあり問題なしだが、バスタブがあれば尚良し。
