Al valor que está publicado en la pagina -que es lo que te lleva a contratar-, se le suma casi el.50% entre impuestos y no sé qué más en el total de lo que pagamos

Tienen incluido el estacionamiento lo cual es un plus. El spa es muy completo y todo muy bien. Las cosas en los cuartos parece que necesitan una renovación, las telas de los sillones algunas estabas rotas. La ducha no funcionaba bien y en el spa las telas de los sillones parecían sucias de viajas y algunas rotas.

The positives were the friendly staff, the outdoor space for children to run around, the shallow kids’ pool, and the spacious room. On the downside, both the hotel and the rooms feel quite worn out. Our room had an unpleasant smell, the air conditioner was noisy, and the fan speed could not be adjusted. The mattress was too firm for me, and the hotel was unable to provide a mattress topper. The kids’ club is open only from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and follows a very strict schedule. There is only one staff member, so if they are outside, the room is closed. The outdoor playground needs repair.

- Liaudat (7/5): Good overall stay, with some areas of improvements - What I liked the most during our stay was the pool area, especially the combination of indoor and outdoor pools, which makes it enjoyable regardless of the weather. The massage and spa area was also very well organized and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, with good variety and quality, and both the bar and the restaurant offered a very pleasant atmosphere and good service. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, ideal for a short getaway as a couple. One issue we experienced was the internet connection, particularly at night. The connection became very slow and unstable, making even basic streaming unusable, with frequent buffering every few minutes. This stood out given the hotel category and expectations. Aside from that, there were several minor maintenance and care details that affected the overall impression. These gave the feeling of a lack of attention to detail. For example, a service door near our room remained open for two days, exposing mattresses and storage items, the room carpet looks quite old and worn, and there were visible loose cables in different areas.

- Pedro (8/5): Para 1 noche estuvo bien - La vista a la piscina desde la habitacion Desayuno buffet bastante acotado, pocas opciones Poca presion de agua en el baño No proveen pantuflas en la habitacion
