• Janet (8/5): Good location - Good location, bus stop outside the hotel to bondi junction or 10mins walk to central station. Very good bakery & cafes just around the corner from the hotel. Hotel room has separate kitchen & open dining area to the bedroom, separate bathroom Shower cubicle could do with a complete refurbishment. Kitchen equipment needs a serious overhaul, ie; 2 dinner plates but only 1 side plate, the cooking pans very poor quality & cleanliness. Nice size room but no separate seating area to watch tv

• Vanessa (5/5): The bed and sofa bed need to be replaced and cleaning should be more thorough. - The proximity to where we were going was good. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sofa bed impossible to sleep on. Perhaps only ok for a small child but if you’re over 6 foot, forget it. It was better on the floor.
• VALLEJOS RAMIREZ (10/5): - That we were 3 people and they provided us with an extra bed, so that made it very comfortable. Also the apartment was well equipped. That we had to evacuated a couple of times because of the fire alarm. One of those times it was caused by a guy who made eggs and toast 🥲

• Hunter (9/5): Very nice hotel in good location. - We were there March 3-9. After a long night at the airport we arrived several hours before check-in. Phillipe met us a check-in and told us that our room would be available in 10min - great news. He also told us to make use of nice weather days to go to the beach and we changed our plans one day and went to Bondi. He gave us good info on what is around the area. The bus to Bondi was right in front for the hotel. The hotel is a 15min walk from Central train station and from chinatown. Our room was a studio with kitchen and balcony. We used the washer/dryer in the washroom. We had our morning breakfast on the balcony each morning. We did not use the on-site parking in the building. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel seemed secure as you needed your room card to enter the hotel off hours. If you don't like walking, it seemed like you had to walk 10-15 min to get to the bus/ light rail or train everywhere you wanted to go. The check-in desk seems to only be available 7am to 5pm. None of this was a real issue with us, but if you want to nit-pick...

After changing rooms, I am quite satisfied—the room is well-equipped and relatively clean, and the hotel even has a rooftop swimming pool. The location is convenient, with shopping areas all within easy reach." "My initial check-in experience was nothing short of a nightmare. It was my first time staying in such a place—the lighting was dim, the tableware was greasy, and the air conditioner vents inside the room were black with dirt. Under the outdoor AC unit, there was a pool of water on the ground with a few bird feathers floating on the surface. Fortunately, the staff took our complaints seriously, resolved the issues promptly, and arranged a room change for us the next day. We sincerely hope such situations will not occur again.

• Kevin (6/5): Value for money stay away from the centre of Sydney - Value for money apartment used as a base for a 5 night stay in Sydney. Reasonable kitchen facilities - although insufficient crockery to justify use of the dishwasher! Laundry facilities in the bathroom much appreciated as we are on a long trip. Would have used roof top pool if staying longer. Had to ask for plugs as none of the sinks had them. The staff did provide them quickly and tried to sort out the two non functioning safes. Even then the replacement one was freestanding. We knew in advance that we would be some distance from central Sydney, however it was typically 10 - 15 min walk to an appropriate bus stop or closest restaurants. We used Uber to get to and from the airport.
• Cillian (10/5): Overall, a really pleasant stay — I would happily recommend it and would stay here again. - I had a great stay at Nesuto Aparthotel Chippendale. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The facilities are excellent and well maintained, and the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to get around the city while still feeling relaxed at the end of the day. The interior and pool area are a bit dated but no issues besides

• Constance (5/5): Fine for a night but I probably wouldn't book in again - Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room had clearly been cleaned/refreshed with care. Appreciated washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, and parking facilities. Room is well overdue for renovating. The skirting boards were very dirty and peeling off the walls, tiles in the shower were loose, and grouting/edges in bathroom were grubby and hadn't had a deep clean in a long time. The room was also a bit noisy with sounds travelling from the street/trains and other rooms.

• Raymond (8/5): Clean and friendly basic accommodation with all amenities, close to the city. In a word, Great. - This place was a very pleasant surprise. Although a little dated, everything was sparkling clean. Desk lady was amenable and friendly. Great location near trains and buses. Quiet at night and we even had a little balcony. Excellent value for money. We will come again. King zip bed was not zipped up and the halves separated in the night.

• Claire (6/5): In short it was OK for what we needed but wasn’t as comfortable as we had hoped. - It’s easy location to Central Sydney and the public transport system We had early starts and later evenings which did not coincide with the reception being open. We found that our cooker didn’t work so wasn’t to able to speak directly to anyone about it nor cook with it. We were located on the first floor and it was incredibly noisy with traffic throughout the night. Particularly Lorry’s, vans and motorbikes in the early hours. Small things would be helpful in a self contained apartment such as USB outlets to charge phones.

Utilizzare dei prodotti profumati per fare le pulizie per evitare che resti un odore sgradevole, più pentole per cucinare. La ventola in bagno non funziona ma sarebbe meglio sistemarla perché sennò c’è troppa umidità dopo la doccia.

• Natalie (8/5): A great central location with parking - a gem of a find!! - The location was pretty central and the unit was big for the price! Parking was easy and air con (which on that particular day was essential!!) worked really well - very happy! It was a bit noisy (but that’s to be expected) and the blinds weren’t terribly effective against the morning sun so we woke up pretty early. Not deal breakers for us though.

• jean (7/5): Building more of a 2.5 - 3 star rating than a 4 , but area is quiet ,safe and for a short stay good value for money. - Location for Xmas break with family was great - street parking ( paid) was east to find and getting into the city - Apartment was very tired - both furnishings and fittings . Had issue with mild in shower, range fan very dirty & greasy . And only a single bed duvet on a queen bed. THAT being said the onsite ( 9-5) manager was AMAZING ! She offered another apartment , which did not suit - then had ALL the issues fixed , room cleaned and could not be helpful ! Housekeeping staff also top notch!
• Caroline (8/5): We had a great stay ! - The staff lady Manon was friendly and very helpful, she did everything she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room was comfortable and we loved the gym and the proximity to the city. The spa pool was a bit cold for us.

• Salman (5/5): Seems to be in a dodgy neighborhood but sheets were clean. - Central location, sheets were clean and pressed. Friendly staff. There was a moldy, musty smell to the room. There was yelling early in the morning from surrounding and the staff were friendly but appeared slightly inebriated on arrival. It was Christmas I guess.
